About the author

Gustavo Miguel Cinca was born in San Rafael, Argentina, and holds a degree in chemical engineering with an honorary degree. During his professional life, he worked as a construction director and ultimately as president of a construction and installation company. During his professional career, he built chemical treatment plants, refineries, gas pipelines, compressor plants and thermal power plants at home and abroad. Following his experience, the author offers readers learning and technical support books on issues related to calls for tenders and the execution of construction and assembly work.
