Clearing the Path

Rate this book
Stephen Parker has produced a profound explication of the psychological dimension of Yoga from the standpoint of classical Raja-yoga. I would recommend Clearing the Path for all students of Yoga and meditation who truly aspire to a deeper level of practice. - David Frawley

Often there is a belief, and I have had it up until recently, that there is a necessary dichotomy: science or spirituality; neuroscience, quantum physics, psychotherapy or yoga, Buddhism and zen?

I no longer believe in this strict distinction; science can learn from yoga and vice versa. This is a profound work that artfully commits fully to seemingly divergent worlds. It is all connected.

An excellent guide for moving through and beyond emotional hurdles for those on the path of yoga and meditation utilizing the eight limbs of raja yoga.
