Currently with the Covid-19, many companies have found it necessary to allow their workers to do remote work, so this reading turns out to be practical and easy to read and provides the relevant aspects and techniques that must be taken into account to make remote work work, with the right group of people, simplified processes and good communication that allows you to effectively manage and solve problems.
