I enjoyed reading this book. It helped bring back to life the reason I became a teacher, to challenge and bring out the best in students. Sadly over the years that passion has dwindled due to stresses and demands placed on teachers. I have learned that to keep the love of your craft you need to read about what will help you remember why you became a teacher and renew spark of implementing something new. The author does a great job in this book breaking down content. As a veteran teacher of 14 years, I still found some things new to me. I would highly recommend this to new teachers. There are online resources and some web resources. Each chapter ends with a conclusion and a place to write your insights. This book was very much worth the money!
