I loved it! Recommending to everyone who works with people in health and fitness industry. It's crucial to recognize patterns which will allow better use of tools and skills to recognize problems that are maybe not in one's scope of practice.
I have personally learned from Dr. Todd at 2 of his symposiums and for the book release of this amazing real life resource and tool- WTF Book. Expertly and lovely written with "Fatherly-Daughterly" bits and pieces made it memorable AND effective! They have lived it and share the love of knowing faces! Dr. Todd's experience in restorative health care and his amazing way of teaching shines in this book. I am a Chef by trade and have greatly benefited from this book personally and professionally. Highly reccommend this gem, and a must do to get the face diagram too. It contextualizes it much more effectively.
This book is fantastic for anyone in the alternative health space interested in facial diagnoses. Not everything landed for me, but it was a fantastic introduction to Chinese facial analysis. Im having fun playing with it, and seeing people’s faces in a totally different way! I also loved that they gave a pretty hefty list of further reading on the topic.
Loved this book! Dr. Todd did a wonderful job describing the elements and facial diagnosis. This will take lots of practice but really helps you learn more about your own health as well as reading others. I intend to use this in my practice. This book kept me entertained and intrigued the entire time. Can’t recommend this book enough!
Best book I've every read on facial diagnosis. I would recommend this book to any practitioner to help support and effectively communicate with their patients.
