The 2020 edition of this book is for those of us who are research buffs and want to understand the science behind EFT Tapping works. Most EFT Tapping books offer tapping scripts and teach you how to do EFT. This one actually dives deep into the studies that have been done, many of which have been published in peer-reviewed journals, yet in a way that you can understand even if you aren't involved in doing research yourself. It balances technical details with accessible language nicely, and is the most up-to-date book summary of research papers testing EFT's effectiveness. Combining what you read in this book with watching Dr Stapleton's 'The Latest Science of Clinical EFT' (2023) on YouTube
will get you up to date on the research that evidences, again and again, that EFT is a powerful stress management technique with a wide range of applications for various issues/problems.
