This book is short and spicy it doesn't mention anything in particular that I don't already know but renforced what I do know. Some of my greatest take away from this book is that some little things can be done to stop or limit over thinking. Some of these things are
*Clear clutter around your work space, this helps for your mind to clear up.
*Start with the easiest task to complete or what is absolutely important for that day ( prioritize)
*If you feel flustered get up and move around being active helps the juices to flow and hence help with clearer mind
*A negative mindset is contagious stay away from negative people as much as possible.
*Give your self rewards when you complete a task this will help you to push forward and feel better about the decisions you made.
*Make your goals some what detachable and flexible don't use a hard set time to achieve your goals cause nothing in life is absolute.
*Stay off social media so that you don't experience information overload.

There are some good messages and lessons throughout however the layout could be improved (listing symptoms before methods of treatment) and other general editing. There was one chapter which felt as though it were absolute gibberish even reading though paragraphs three or four times. Worth it for being on Kindle Unlimited but I wouldn’t pay for it.
