Life in Christ: Walking in Newness of Life

Rate this book
Life in Christ is the essence of our faith. The apostle wrote, 'If anyone is in Christ he is a new creation'. He addresses the Ephesians as the 'faithful in Christ Jesus'. He uses this idea nearly two hundred times in his writings. For Paul, a Christian is simply a man or woman who is 'in Christ'. Theologians call the believer's connection with Christ 'union with Christ', and state that it is 'the central truth of the whole doctrine of salvation', and 'at the heart of evangelical theology'. But what does it mean to be 'in Christ'?

Such a helpful book - the text of a series of messages preached at the EMW Conference at Aberystwyth. He explains the truth of our union with Christ as believers and the implications. Simple and yet far reaching in its implications.
