Best friends are hard to come by. So losing Olivia is not an option. However, when she volunteers to help me uncover why I leave women begging for more, and not in a good way, how can I refuse her help? I've been in love with her forever. Absolutely Awesome Read, well written, great characters, Awesome story line, easy read to hold you on their journey, this genre might not be for everyone but its a really wonderful story cannot wait for more from this Author.

He just can't seem to go the distance
Quickie is the first book I have ready by Kitty Barstow and I picked it up because I thought it looked like it would fun and entertaining, like a romcom but with sex scenes. I was sort of right as there were sex scenes and it was funny because the H, Lucas, seems to have a slight stamina problem. But it was not as much of a romcom as I had expected. Instead it had a number of more graphic scenes around Lucas and his manwhoring ways.
When Lucas finds out about issue, after being told by a woman who he has a quickie with in a private room at a nightclub, who he has hooked up with several times before, his ego is definitely bruised and he is left wondering if this is what every woman he has been with thinks. Well look no further than to a young waitress who he hooks up with a couple of nights later. I have to give it to Lucas as he is a man who just keeps on trying.
But when he finally tells his best friend and business partner Olivia about what was said she cannot believe it. So in the guise of pure research purposes he becomes the test subject to her Dr. Ollie for one steamy encounter, starting in the bathroom shower and ending in the bedroom.
I liked this short and fun story. It is a quick read which is entertaining and lighthearted.

Short and easy fun read about friends-to-lovers that can be easily read in less than an hour. Olivia and Lucas were it for each other it was just a matter of crossing the line.
