This series is awesome and Remy and Ace's story is the best.
Remy's story devastated me. I wept with her over the past decisions she made and the regret she feels for what happened between her and Ace 3 years ago.
Ace is a dominant man who is hurting. That hurt brings out his cruel and sadistic traits. At times I was shouting at him to let the past go.
Linzi writes beautiful stories that grip the reader from page one and doesn't let go.

Words cannot describe how incredible this series is and how each book just gets better and better! This time we read about Ace aka Master Leo. He is described as a loner as something from his past made him that way. He does his job, but with no real emotions. Until Remy walks back into his life and throws everything into a tailspin. These two have a past, and it didn’t end so well, but Remy wants to make things right, but will Ace ever want her in his life again? When Ace gives her a proposal of sorts, it’s one she isn’t sure she can follow thru with, but she knows if she wants to be with him, this may be the only way. These two characters have such incredible chemistry and it shows in all their actions and words, but can that be enough? As with the other books in the series, it’s not just about couples or relationships, it is so much more. It has mystery and intrigue mixed in as well which makes this such a great read. I also find that this story will pull at your very heart and soul and keep in mind, you will need a tissue or two or three. I never feel my reviews give true justice to the books I read, but with this story, let me reiterate that you need it in your life. You need to read it. The pain and the emotions thru out. Ace's emotions were raw and pulled at my heart and soul. Remy, seemed to be dealing with her personal struggles, triggers and never gave herself a chance at happiness. And lets not forget Peyton ... bring on the tissues. Then throw in the very protective cousins and special forces covert ops, the danger they chase or that finds them and you have an emotionally driven, soul searching story twist that keeps you on edge and reaching for the tissues. Definitely a must read ...

One SERIOUSLY EXCITING non-stop erotic & suspenseful thrill ride!!
What makes an author one of a reader's top favorites? Well, in my case it's a writer I can depend on to deliver the goods, no matter WHAT the author writes. Because, IMO, a great author IS ABLE to write virtually anything & it will be awesome.
And that is what Ms Basset does for me. No matter what she writes, her wordcraft just completely ensorcells me. There are times I admit, I enjoy a deeply pared down style of writing, but those are exceptions to my preference.
I live for the magic of writing that encompasses me, swirls me away from reality effortlessly, that causes me to forget I am reading, that takes me into the author's realm of creation. And Ms Basset delivers that for me EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Does that sound too 'overkill'? Maybe to some, but I think readers who enjoy substance, 'meat', the escape, the magic which reading an excellent book provides, will understand & agree.
This one is 4th in Ms Basset's 'Castle Sin' series & focuses on a emotionally wounded Master Leo & the woman, Remy, who dealt that blow to his heart & pride.
Due to extreme circumstances, Remy is thrust back into Master Leo's life whether he wants her there or not. And only the promise of long delayed revenge on Remy prompts Master Leo to agree to allow her to stay. And his sadistic beast slipped its leash when Remy fled 3 years earlier & is slavering & eager to slake its thirst on the subject of its wrath while she is voluntarily under his complete control & dominance.
And Remy braves bearding the lion in its den to prove her worth, her regrets & most of all, her love for the wounded Master. But is that enough?
With this entry in Ms Basset's Castle Sin series, the reader is plunged immediately into intense & deep waters from page one. And the suspense, danger & intrigue only rachets up from there. The reader is kept on several tenterhooks at once thoroughout the entire book: Erotic, romantic, espionage, medical, emotional: ALL of these tension laden threads weaving together to keep the reader constantly on edge, that keep the reader enthralled, that dig deep into the readers emotions. You can feel the erotic pain, the sweat, the nervous fears; you can feel the anger & lust & sensual yearnings; you see clear as anything the island, the Castle, the dungeon. You feel buffeted by the complex governmental/dark web/hacker imbroglio,feel the rage of the Sinclair clan to find & punish not only those who have harmed one of their own but who also seek to threaten the defenses of the free world.
So, if you want intense & superb writing that grabs you by the throat & heartstrings & never lets you go throughout the entire book, if you want erotic scenes that sizzle off the page, if you want to tear up, smile, be so invested in characters you worry for them, root for them, hope for them; want villains you hate & pray recieve their just desserts; if you want the wonderfully magical experience of being pulled into a book & forget where you are & what you are doing, READ THIS BOOK.
IMO this is a stellar, gripping & exciting read from a superb writer.

Castle Sin is the fourth book about the BDSM club and training facility run by the brothers and cousins of the Sinclair family. This particular story is all about emotions, secrets, lies, sex, hurt, tears, kink, revenge and mystery. Sounds like a lot to fit into one story but that's the charm of just about every Linzi Basset book, it's all there for our enjoyment. Remy left Ace three years ago after he proposed to her, his hurt and humiliation has festered ever since, but now he's been wounded and lays in a hospital bed with an uncertain future and Remy rushes to his side to do her best to rekindle the love they had for each other. Remy will be paying a severe price for all the hurt she caused Ace aka Master Leo. Ace will accept nothing but Remy's complete submission as his slave. The path to redemption will be a painful one for Remy as Ace intends to break her. The story will definitely keep you turning the pages as swiftly as you can read the words and fanning yourself with the heat of the sex and kink as Remy is put through her paces as Ace's slave. There is also the mystery about who is actually responsible for Ace's abduction that begins this complex, but very enjoyable story. I can't possibly explain all that occurs without revealing too much, so get Ace and start reading, I promise you won't stop until you know everything that happens and will be very satisfied with this Castle Sin book.

Phenomenal heartbreaking love story!
WOW! This story was utterly phenomenal and thrilling. My emotions were all over the place. It was one very intense and extremely erotic rollercoaster ride from start to finish. The story and the characters were absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t get enough of it.
Ace and Remy are such fierce and strong characters. But both have very heart wrenching pasts that seem to haunt them. Ace loved Remy so much but when she left it broke his heart. Now Remy must do everything in her power to win Ace back. Ace and Remy were made for each other and their passion for one another oozes off the pages. Their interactions and their chemistry made for a very sexy, entertaining and thrilling story!
Brace yourself for this one because it’s very emotional and at times it will break your heart. But you will also feel the love and intense family connections all of the Castle Sin characters. Linzi Basset blew me away with this story. The depth of her characters and the suspense and intrigue she writes in her stories is phenomenal and utterly amazing. I can’t wait to read the next book. Highly recommend this whole series.

Once again Linzi gives us a fast paced and erotic story of a couple who love to push the boundaries in and out of the bedroom or dungeon. This was a total mind boggling story that takes you from Ace being kidnapped and tortured to being rescued by his special opts team only to have Stone shot. Once he wakes up Ace comes face to face with Remy the woman who shattered his heart and soul.
Remy has been undercover for so long shes not sure how to live a normal life but finding out that shes being assigned to guard her ex she decides that this is the time to start living her life and making amends for running out on him or will he let her?
How far will you go to say your sorry and to try to make someone love you again? Would you agree to be their slave 24/7 to be humiliated and degraded to prove to them you truly love them with all your heart and soul.
On the other side how far would you push the person who ran away when you asked them to marry you? Being a powerful Dom what erotic tortures could you come up with to mess with her mind and send her running again or break her for good?
Ace was the best story in this series so far its a must read to see how far people will go for love and what you can endure if you only want it enough.

Master Leo aka ACE, what can I tell you? This book is another amazing journey through Castle Sin’s Sinclair clan. Where the gentleman will turn you every which way loose, perspiring until you need a shower, and making your panties wet. It’s a dark,erotic, suspenseful story that takes a hold of you from the very beginning and keeps you captive till the last page. Ace and Remy had a relationship years ago, it was like fireworks between the two of them. Ace was the yin to her yang. So when she returned, they had a lot of issues to work through and he was going to make sure Remy paid in full.
But Remy had one thing on her mind, to win his love back. No matter what it cost her this time. She was willing to do whatever he wanted, as long as she had a chance to be able to make it up to him. But Ace decided he wasn’t going to go easy on her. He was still angry, and tried to break her spirit, break her down. He almost got to her a few times. Ace and Remy set my Kindle on fire. The Sinclair cousins are a force to be reckoned with individually and as a unit, and Ace is my new favorite. Ace and Remy are two forces of nature where their relationship keeps the reader on edge as we watch helplessly to see who blinks first. Couple this with the ongoing intrigue of the underlying storyline which in and of itself will have you on the edge of your seat as the twists and turns leave you breathless from the first chapter to the last, anxiously awaiting what will come next. what I like best is that the intimate times, while blazing lay hot, take a back seat to the romance, suspense, and interaction of all the characters...her ability to weave a storyline that takes you away from reality into the world she has created is what keeps me coming back and has made me a fan of all her books. Fabulous series.

A dramatic start to a fantastic read, each book I read within this series just gets better. Ace aka Master Leo is good at his job in fact he is one of the best, but he is emotionless he does what he has to but feels nothing. However things are not that simple there are things in his past that have hurt him and made him into the man he has become. Re-enter Remy a woman with whom he had a relationship with in the past. Emotions run high between them, there's anger, love, you name it. This book is an emotional roller-coaster. In true Linzi style the sex is off the charts, she also adds suspence into her books. It is a fantastic addition to the series, and highly recommended amazing

I’m never disappointed while reading one of Linzi’s books. This erotic, action packed suspenseful story is a page turner. Master Leo and Remy’s journey will pull at your heartstrings. Will past hurt and grief keep them from moving forward? A trip to Castle Sin is definitely recommend. This is one author you must read!

OMG!! Ace and Remy’s story had my mind , heart and soul tied up in their amazing love story. I was taken on an mind blowing journey of emotions. A storyline that pulled me in and wouldn’t let me go until I finished it and so intriguing and captivating that I was leaving craving more of their life’s path together. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to read a book that won’t disappoint them.

Amazing ... Ace was so good and yet once again I am in the waiting game of the next book ...
Remy is the woman who walked away and broke his heart .. yet she is also the thoughts that kept him going during his capture...
Once all the cousins and Families get back and are healing we find Stone is not doing so great after
the rescue because he was shot... and the thrilling escapades and the mystery take down
still continue for us readers..
Once again Ms Bassett has done an awesome writing job again ... Love it and you will too...

WOW!! I love this series, so much so that I cannot stop for the night and wind up staying up ALLLLL night, this one was probably my favorite, I felt so bad for how Remy treated Ace and left him, he was a train wreck, Linzi is such a superb author, and is so descriptive that I can feel so much what these characters are feeling. And the sex is mind blowing, goodness I wouldn't mind being under any of these men. I cannot wait for Zeke's book. I hope this doesn't end with Zeke.

I always struggle to review the books in this series because while I like the characters and the plots, I think sometimes the doms in these books go past being dominant into straining the limits of their power. Angry dominants punishing their subs in ways that don't seem right. Yet for the most part I do enjoy the characters and the sex scenes are well written and imaginative.

Remy runs when Ace proposes but there is always another side to the story but Ace doesn't know that. All he knows is that he hates Remy for what she did and now the sadist has fully arisen when Remy comes back into his life. Remy tries to make Ace see that she regrets her decision but until he founds out why she left, he has no room in his heart. A shattered heart is hard to mend but Remy and Ace are strong enough to put the pieces back together.

There was a lot of backstory and history in this book that was needed. I like discovering more about all these characters and how they interconnect. I'm very excited about the next book as it takes me back to Club Alpha Cove, where it all began for me and my love for this author.
