This is the artbook of my absolute favorite Japanese artist, they have a unique way of doing the line art, which personally reminds me of the strokes in traditional Japanese art pieces. The artists also have a very special imagination, where they use many interesting objects in their art. Just for an example, they have a piece of art with a person sitting between two giant birds on a branch blowing red bubbles, the bubbles then become the fruits on the tree. Or another piece with two people sinking in the ocean of ice cream melon soda. I also really like the desaturated and limited color palette in their art, and they use patterns and shapes really well. I wish to incorporate some aspects of their art into my own, although I am not succeeding, I still enjoy reading and flipping through their beautiful art.
