Menace is standing in the midst of his destruction. He now knows that he has ultimately caused this due to lack of trust for Kiyomi all along. Going for everything he loves and cherishes, no one could have prepared him for what he’s up against. Not even knowing what lies ahead himself. Could going after Kiyomi be all wrong to begin with? Dialogue
The turns came out of NOWHERE. The ‘real’ baby daddy is murdered… the twin pops up with a history that is skimmed over… she murdered her mom? She’s been watching? She’s hates her sister? Where is all of this coming from????? the shipment is stolen. the crackhead mom has a daughter/whore for pimp who happens to be the brother to menaces sneaky link. Who also happen to be auntie to the long lost sister of menace and shottas…stop. at this point it’s ridiculous.
The reasoning behind all the couples drama was dumb as hell… a quick one sentence explanation here or there would have cleared all that shit up. (You not my woman and we have no established relationship. But while I was balls deep in a skank I found out you were dancing and now I can’t trust you… this is the end of us… both our hearts are broken …. WTF?!?!??🤔😒🤔)
I gave the book 3 stars because I like Shottas as a character. The dialogue did not drive the story and the plot lines were ridiculously underwhelming bc they were not fully developed. Honestly, 1 of the plot lines being fully developed would have been better than all these different ones thrown into the same pot. I could not make it past half of the second book. I really tried.

Stefon trying to weasle his way back into Tonii life didn't work out to well when Shottas crazy ass showed up. Tonii scandalous sister and momma popping back up wasn't good either. It put her and Shottas in a situation. Then add to the fact one phone call has Tonii snapping. Kaori little plan almost worked except Menace picked up on her shadiness. Kiyomi was done with Menace after finding herself fighting for her life and after finding out about the games Kaori was playing. However Kiyomi was wrong for messing with Steppa knowing she still had feelings for Menace. Menace knew damn well Sincere wasn't mother material. Now she's done the unthinkable and potential put her life in danger

MUST READ SERIES!!!!
Coco you did the darn thing with this book/series..It was just as good as part 1. The story flowed from beginning to end...I’m still loving the guys and girls together. I can’t wait to read part 3. This is most definitely a must read book/series.

Ok so for starters Sincere is pathetic I mean how could you keep taling drugs knowing you have a baby growing inside of you smh 😔 she should know she's about to meet her fate real soon, also I have a strong feeling that the baby isn't even his. Yomi is knocked up and Menace is the father....I love those two together even though alot has transpired between those two they need to understand that everything happens for a reason, but they're both so stubborn 😂. Tonii omg she has got to stop overreacting I mean first off you can't go by hearsay and I feel like she did the most for no reason at all. Lawd the crew put me through it this book.....I can't wait to see what's in store in book 3. Great read 🥰

This book was good. Shottas, Menace, Steppa, and Murder all got some stuff with them. I’m left feeling bad for everyone but Murda at the end of this installment. As far as part 2’s go.... this was just as good as the first installment.

Turning to the door, I couldn’t front like I could take all this pressure. Taking the easy way out, I let her be. Going back downstairs, I witnessed Tonii and True in the front room. They were on the couch having the time of their life. “You're gone already, Murda,” Tonii looked back. “Yeah, I’mma give her some space,” I nodded. “For what? To get used to doing things on her own, and then you have to deal with that Yatta? Murda, don’t leave her. She’s nineteen, pregnant, and her emotions are doubled right now. Whatever else is going on, it’s not worth walking out on,” she encouraged, surely not knowing my intentions on the baby being aborted. “You sure it’s best I go up thurr? She damn sure told me to leave more than once and she was crying.” “That means she wants you more than ever, boy. She’s not going to beg you to make that choice. She's damn sure Shottas and Menace´s little sister with that stubborn mentality. Like I said, go back upstairs. Work it out and talk when she’s up for it.” “If you hurr me getting my ass beat up thurr, you better look out for my ass Sis,” I joked. Needing to grab my charger out of the car, I was quick running out to my whip. Going back in, Tonii was in my ear letting me know I could do the shit. Kicking my shoes off and removing my shirt, I laid down with her. Wrapping my arms around her, we didn’t share any words. She eventually stopped crying, and somewhere between us in deep thought, we fell asleep. Stirring from my sleep hours later, I was pulling Yatta closer to me every time she tried to get up. “Murda, wait. I need to talk to Shottas…” “Mane,” I huffed, not even opening my eyes. I could hear that nigga arguing with Tonii about Yatta´s pregnancy. Knowing Yatta, I knew she was trying to plead her case, but there wasn’t anything to prove. What was done, was done. “You can’t keep me in this bed,” she said looking over her shoulder at me. “Tonii got that man. Take yo ass back to sleep,” I said to her back. Soon as she was about to attempt to lift up, Shottas bust through the door with his pistol out. Quick with my hands, I grabbed mine. “Nigga, then you come lay up in my shit without coming to me as a man! Get up blood!” Shottas was on fire right now, and little Tonii looked like she was about to get run over if she kept trying to stop him. Easing out of the bed, Yatta tried to come at her brother before I did so wouldn’t nothing pop off. I had no worries, because this was my brother. The nigga I was raised under from the time I was young and out on the streets. “Shottas, we weren’t planning on keeping the baby, so that’s why we hadn’t come to you,” Yatta spilled. “Be mad, but that’s the truth. I didn’t know I was pregnant.” “Uh, mane so YOUUU pregnant,” Shottas went off, looking at Tonii. “Told you playa! Now run me my fucking money,” she said with her hand out. “Get it out of my safe, Lil Bit,” he shot back, with his face turning red. “At least somebody ‘round this bitch pregnant,” Shottas said to Tonii’s back as she walked away with the biggest smile. “You still lied!” “Yeah, that wasn’t what we bet,” she waved off, disappearing from the room. Shottas came fully into the room, and sat on the bed, then shot up quick as fuck. “Y’all make the baby right hurr?!” “NO,” Yatta shouted quickly, looking the most uncomfortable. “Why the fuck you running up on me with gats,” I questioned, seeing him hold his hand on his head. “Shid, I asked about the positive test that was in the trash downstairs. She knows I’on use that bathroom, but I went in thurr today to take a shit…It was a good ass shit, so I’m chilling hard letting my ass loose! I see the piss stick knowing I wasn’t seeing a pregnancy test. I go to holla’ at Tonii and she froze up. Looked guilty as fuck! First name she said was yours and how sorry she was. I thought yo out of jail ass got too comfortable. Fucked my wife on some horny shit! I can’t give her no penitentiary style dick! You know I give her that-“ “Dawg! You ain’t gotta tell me all dat’,” I laughed, shaking my head. Putting my gun down, this man was really sitting stuck because he had everything all wrong. “Tonii just eased twenty racks out of me that quick. I can’t believe I woke up losing money. Day fucked up already,” he shook his head. “Shottas, so you’re not mad,” Yatta asked. Giving her a look, it pissed me off she even gave a fuck about ANYBODY being mad. “Nah! Great Read
Picked up right where the last installment left off. Still full of drama and more drama, lies, secrets and betrayal. Those twist and turns kept me wondering, but I expected a different ending. I'll have to wait and see what Coco has up her sleeve..... I hope Shotta and Tonii work it out cause, I love them together and the way he loves her and True. Now, Menace and Kiyomi both know the love each other and keep fighting their feelings. Need the next installment to see how it all unfolds. Great job Coco Shawnde.

Kiyomi missed me off by messing with Steppa. She knew her and Menace wasn't done and she goes to someone he deals with. No snake all day. She cried about Menace doing her wrong yet she knew what her sister did to him and didn't say a word. She knew he was her niece father and said nothing. So she can miss me with that. I hope Shottas and Tonii can work it out. They really love each other. Hurry with part 3

Kaori the twin was still alive and kidnapped her sister. Then she switched places with her sister trying to get some get back on her baby daddy! Her baby daddy realized that he was not with Kyomi he fibroid a bullet in the twin! Shottas cheated on Tonii because why else could someone say that they are pregnant! Manace and Shottas better get it together before they loose Tonii and Kyomi for good!

I love when a series just keep getting better and better…So many things unfolded. This was another wild ride. One too many people popping up pregnant in this book. Menace knew what he was going to get Yomi pregnant. I’m glad Menace got rid of Kaori. She was evil and hateful. I also feel like the baby with Sincere wasn’t his. I want to know why Shottas slept with Ayla that was crazy. I hope that baby ain’t his.

First off, Shottas is that MAN!!! He stands 10 toes down for Toni and True. The way he got active because he didn’t see Toni smiling. He didn’t even know the reason but was definitely about to catch bodies until she started smiling again. That man is certifiable! 🤣🤣🤣

wow this book had so many twisted and turn that I could not keep up. So as I thought I figure it out something else pop off. Well everythinghappenb for a reason nd timing but poor Menace is getting it from so many angles. I did like step but I knew that would never work bc when you love someone it just don't go away bc of hurt. Ive been their and know how it feels or tends to play out in the end...

Yomi twin sister was crazy. Glad Menace eventually figured out the real. Sincere a bird for what she did but Menace should have let her get an abortion. Like you can't force someone to have your baby. Hopefully things get better for Tonii and Shotta. Can't wait to see more of Yatta and Murda.

Great read
This book was everything and I loved every minute of it. I really want Tonii and Shotta to be a family along with everyone else. I can’t believe that sincere took those drugs and killed the baby in the process she was really jealous of Yomi though. I love Ms.Bessie though. She’s the truth.

April 26, 2025I really like all the books. My only take away was how Tonii was doing Shottas, as hard as he was trying plus the fact of everything he has done for her since day 1. I just feel like she shouldn't have been so over the top with him. But the books were really good. Shottas was definitely my favorite character he was so funny n kept me entertained.

This storyline was crazy lol so much going on. But that's what made it enjoyable. The ending has me on edge. Wow, can't believe Sincere did that. I'm excited to see how Menace handles it. I like the plot twists and the drama. Coco knows how to bring the drama. It's well done.
