Sometimes, you just have to take a step back and reflect - at least, that was what Jason always told me.
After the past three years, I find his advice more and more relevant.
He was the one that convinced me to do what my grandparents wanted and go into the military. My four years in the Navy, sailing huge ass ships and going to every point of the globe, gave me that new perspective.
The world was different, constantly changing, but everything in my hometown stayed the same.
My friends were the same- being assholes, mostly, but the same.
My home was the same one my grandparents lived in- well, at least until I moved to Las Vegas.
But my 6 years in Vegas is coming to an end, and maybe… I can get back the one thing I hoped hadn’t changed.

I didn’t spend 15 years pining over Luca… Hell no… I definitely didn’t do that.
I didn’t spend a thousand sleepless nights hoping he was safe on a boat in the middle of the ocean.
I certainly didn’t wish he’d take me back after dumping me in high school, because that’s pretty sad…
Then again, who just ups and runs away to join the military after taking my virginity and giving me a romance I just couldn’t forget?
Now, our high school reunion is coming up, and I’m not 15 anymore. I made a promise to myself to get some answers and take my turn to run away.

Nope. Not having a blast with this book. I do not even like it. This is my first read by Miss Black and I am sorry, it would be my last.

This is the 4th book in this addictive series, and is Luca and Clairissa’s story. These two have a history and now with their 15th year school reunion coming up, Luca hope’s that he can redeem, but will they be able to overcome the undeniable chemistry between them. This is a well written story which is filled with drama, heartbreak, emotion and love, which all leads to an entertaining all-round read. I recommend for all MC lovers.

This is one of those books that I wish we got half star ratings. I enjoyed most of the characters and some of the plot was good. Clairissa and Luca were in love with each other in high school. After graduation they both went their separate ways. Now 15 years later they get their second chance. This time thankfully it all works out.

Luca is coming home and has a new job at one of three law offices. He is hoping to go to the 15 year high school reunion I order to see I’d high school sweetheart. After the death of his brother, he joined the navy and finished law school. Now was the time for her, that is if she could only forgive him. Clarissa has moved to town as well and will be starting teaching in the fall. She is also here for the reunion and her lost love, Luca.
This is the fourth book in the Black Angels MC series. The characters were interesting and complex complete with strengths and weakness. The narrative was good and the story flowed along smoothly. There were a lot of side stories making it somewhat difficult to concentrate on the love story being highlighted. I think mostly it was due to the fact I had not read the previous books. So I do recommend you start with the first book.having said that, I enjoyed the story, the characters and have just purchased the previous books in order to get caught up in the series I liked the gritty MC story and think those who love this genre will enjoy this series.

So many things all wrapped up into a fantastic story
Devil's Love is Book 4 in the Black Angels MC series and this book is a fabulous new addition.
This is the story of Luca and Clairissa. These two were high school sweethearts until Luca broke up with Clairissa. It is now 15 years later and a lot has changed with both of them. However, some things have stayed the same including their true feelings for each other, even if they are buried way deep down or at least buried deep between them.
Devil's Love is a fast paced and fun reading experience which has so much woven into the story it is hard to know where to start, so just a few things are danger, drama, suspense, action, pain, revenge, protective Alpha, courage, romance, sizzling passion and of course lots of love. If you have read any of the first 3 Black Angels MC books then you will fall in love with the story of Luca and Clairissa.

Luca and Clarissa were past loves they were together in high school Luca still thinks about her and with the high school reunion approaching he wants to go to see her . I mean it’s been a long fifteen years
And Clarissa bless her heart hasn’t moved on either since Luca he’s her first and only she is not only back in town for the reunion, but also to link back up with Luca.
What I loved most about this story was Luca was a motorcycle riding lawyer. Lol. And the love these two have for each other.
There is one part I could have done without towards the end and also this book ended without an epilogue so I guess there may be more to this series.

Another hit from this author. This story is about Clairissa and Luca. It feels like a lifetime apart but these two still are in love with one another. When they see each other after so long there is so much to say but neither of them but that is the last thing on their minds. A great love story that flows well, with enjoyable characters, and amazing chemistry. You will not put this one down till the end. A must read.

Clairissa is a teacher. Both are not looking forward to their school reunion for pretty much the same reasons. This is a second chance romance set 15 years after they both left school. The chemistry between these two is great but they have a few hurdles to overcome. Will they overcome them? Will they have their HEA? Read the book and find out.

I liked this book. Filled with deep emotions, tension, drama and turmoil, this second chance romance was in my opinion a bit sweet, a bit sad and a whole lot entertaining. Clairissa and Luca made a cute couple and they were easy to like together because of their chemistry. I just had a problem with the idea that maybe there was just too much time and water under that bridge to go back successfully. By my own choice I am posting a forthright review.

Luca has just moved back to his hometown where he reconnects with his childhood sweetheart Clairissa. It's been fifteen years since they've seen each other but the spark is still there. Their chemistry is off the charts hot but is it enough to get over the past. This book is filled with drama, angst, humor, steam and twists that made the story interesting. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

He has been in love with clairissa for more then 15 yrs and the high school reunion is coming up and he's hoping she will be there. Very cute

This is the 4th book in the series and I do recommend reading them in order. Even after 15 years Luca and Clairissa still have that spark between them. What will happen when they meet at their high school reunion? Fast-paced read with lots of drama, suspense and emotion. I really liked the characters and the story really drew me in. A good read.

Great FUCKING series
I'm really enjoying this series the more I get into it.so far the backstory is coming along nicely and keeping me anticipating what will happen next. The 2nd story felt like it had more smexy times than the first book which I really appreciated. Keep up with your writing style you are really talented.

Good story
Sooo many mistakes. Typos, misused words, sentences starting with "he" then switching to "she," it was hard to make out who was speaking sometimes and the endings? It's as though the writer got bored and just gave up.

I really enjoyed Luca & Clairissa's story. Good characters. Lots of suspense & emotions with this one. I'm voluntarily leaving an honest review for a copy of the book via booksprout.
