All he has to do is pass his Interview and join the Elite ranks.
Once an Elite, Raven isn’t prepared for all that follows. Besides the obvious need to find a blood source to sustain him, he also has to survive the Magic Users who hate him and the sun which threatens to blind him. And then there are the Threats, and Raven’s worth is put to the test when he’s the only one who can sense them.
With each ensuing attack, the Threats grow stronger. It’s up to Raven and his team to locate and stop the mastermind behind the attacks before disaster befalls them, but can a teenage Elite Captain succeed at the job?

Love this book, now I LOVE Raven more than before 😍... he overcame so many obstacles, including his family disowning and his first love rejection 😢... but his broken heart didn't stop him from fulfilling his goal, of becoming an Elite and help save lifes 💪... soon enough, he proved his worth and earned the Generals and everybody else's trust, forming his first team and getting a big promotion in record time 🏆... Now, I understand better his attitude, he lost to much, he suffered so much!!! 😭... Love, love, love Raven... Can't wait to read how his relationship with Koda will develop, love this couple!!! 💖 😍
Zero tolerance offers insight into what made Raven the man that Koda knows. Like the others before it, I devoured it! Heather Karn has created an amazing group of characters the I just want to hang out with and battle Threats with.
I enjoyed the overall story. That said, I feel Raven is being hero worshipped a bit too much. The explanations and how amazing he is in everything he does, is overkill. The ending of the book was also a bit meh. Don’t get me wrong - the author has built amazing characters with enough backstory that there could even be a novella for a few of them. I just feel that Raven’s character is not genuine enough.
The characters were all amazing and I enjoyed reading and getting to know each character better.
The storyline was incredible. It was very well written and kept me turning the pages just to see what would happen next. I loved the action and edge of your seat suspense and I highly recommend this read.
