Five more pulse-pounding adventures with the Blue Moon Investigations Agency.
They say everyone has a skeleton in their closet, but why are so many of them coming to life? Tempest and Amanda work at the only paranormal detective agency in the book and business is booming.
This second box set gives you over 1000 pages of pulse-pounding hilarious paranormal mayhem as they get themselves into yet more hot water solving cases no one else would be dumb enough to take.
Dead Pirates of Cawsand – A ghost ship has been spotted off the coast of a quiet Cornish village where gold coins were recently found. Now skeletal pirates are wandering the streets, hiding in the mist to strike fear into the local community because they want their gold back. But they didn’t count on England’s best paranormal P.I. turning up. His well-earned break soon goes sideways as murder, kidnap, and ghost hunters ruin his vacation and threaten more than just his life.
In the Doodoo with Voodoo – A client cursed by a voodoo priest is the start of a case that will push Amanda to her very limits. With Tempest away in Cornwall, Amanda has no back up, but she wants to do this for herself even though the priest is a scary character. However, when BFF Patience goes missing, it’s a race against time to solve the case before someone dies and she is about to find out just how badly she underestimated her suspect.
The Witches of East Malling – There’s a storm brewing. It’s late Autumn in England, but the wet weather is hiding a dark crime – witches using lighting to kill! Hired to investigate, Tempest soon becomes a target himself when he comes face to face with a witch and she knows who and what he is. Is he closing in on the coven, or are they closing in on him? The deadly conclusion with leave you breathless.
Crop Circles, Cows, and Crazy Aliens – Aliens? Really? There are lights in the sky, crop circles in the fields and the cows are producing glowing milk. It’s Amanda’s case, and seems a simple one until the first body shows up. Suddenly she has a mystery person leaving her clues, an internet star trying to help her investigation and conspiracy nuts raining from the sky. Is this the first wave of an alien invasion, or something far worse?
Whispers in the Rigging – His dad reported stories of a ghost in the old Royal Dockyard, but that’s not why Tempest is going undercover. He’s there because his dad was found unconscious in a dumpster when he tried to poke around. Now Tempest must find out what is going on, but all too soon he realises there’s something beneath the dockyard that is much worse than ghosts.
The paranormal? It’s all nonsense, but proving might just get them killed.
Let's start this off with an invitation to get some FREE books. No, you didn't read that wrong, we are talking about multiple free books. I love giving away free books because once people delve into the fast-paced mystery thrills I write, they go on to buy lots more.
When I wrote my first novel, Paranormal Nonsense, I was a Captain in the British Army. I would love to pretend that I had one of those careers that has to be redacted and in general denied by the government and that I have had to change my name and continually move about because I am still on the watch list in several countries. In truth though, I started out as a mechanic. Not like Jason Statham, sneaking about as a contract killer, more like one of those greasy gits that charge you a fortune and keep your car for a week when all you went in for was a squeaky door hinge.
At school, I was mostly disinterested in every subject except creative writing, for which, at age ten, I won my first award. However, calling it my first award suggests that there have been more, which there have not. Accolades may come but, in the meantime, I am having a ball writing mystery stories and crime thrillers and will claim to have more than a hundred books forming an unruly queue in my head as they clamor to get out.
Now retired from the military, I live in the south-east corner of England with a pair of lazy sausage dogs. Surrounded by rolling hills, brooding castles, and vineyards, I doubt I will ever leave, the beer is just too good.
I loved all of it! From the dogs, to his friends, and even his Mum. The only disappointment is Big Ben and Patience...those two need a story all their own!
Hooked on the characters of the Blue moon agency..? Then you won't be disappointed with this 2nd compilation of stories.. Love the writing style, the bumbling blokey humour & the sassy females..5* from me each time
This is a fantastic boxed set! I spent so many nights staying up far too late in the wee hours reading, laughing, omgoshing and wore myself out! Totally worth every minute spent! One of the best set of books I've read in a very long time! Don't miss out on the world of Tempest Michaels and his crew of paranormal investigators as well as interesting and devoted friends.
I have just finished the second box set and am starting the third!Amazing stories the author tells keeps you reading on.The stories are filled with action and mystery and all characters are unique in their own ways to compliment the story unfolding. Hats off to this author! Suggest you check this author's work out!!!!
The series of books never ceases to amuse me. Even though there is no supernatural to it, the characters are real and the adventure never ends. I highly recommend this series to anyone who likes humor, monsters and mayham.
Am so enjoying this series and the adventures of Tempest, Amanda, Big Ben, Jane and the gang. Lovely stories, some giggles and evolving relationships make for a satisfying binge read. Here's to the next one.
