“When will we have given enough? When will we have lost enough? If there’s no one out there keeping track of how much pain we’re dealt, how much we’re asked to bear, then that’s the most terrifying thing, Silver. ’Cause if there’s no one keeping track...then there’s no one out there to make it stop.”

Pain is a currency the residents of Raleigh are rich in.

For Silver Parisi, life should be simpler than ever now that Jacob Weaving is behind bars. However, corruption runs deep within Raleigh's town limits, and power and money will turn even those sworn to serve and protect in the end.

Alex Moretti's never had anything to lose. Kicked from foster home to foster home, beaten, broken and abandoned, he's used to fighting for his own survival. The brutal challenges he's had to face have hardened him. Made him a savage force to be reckoned with.

But even the strongest amongst us have a breaking point...

FINISHED WITH A BANGER !!!!!

“She’s such a beautiful creature. This girl is beyond the realm of comprehension. She can’t be fucking real. Most days, I’m convinced that I’ve hallucinated her into existence. My mother hallucinated shit on the regular. No reason why I shouldn’t be following in her footsteps. I can’t quite muster the appropriate level of concern when I think things like this, though. If Silver is a hallucination, then so be it. Let me go mad, if it means I get to spend the rest of my life with her. I will descend into lunacy, and I will go gladly. So far, my experience of madness has been sublime.”

I simply LOVED this last book. It was absolutely perfection. It was more emotional than the first two and it started really sad. I cried instantly.
Poor Alex can’t catch a break. He is the definition of misunderstood bad boy. He is so jaded but his heart is made of gold. He loves INTENSELY and his whole heart was for Ben his little brother and Silver.
This book brought a lot surprises and pain. Nothing in his life is easy but through all he has Silver and their love is everything! They are broken together, jaded together, shattered together. Their love doesn’t fade and doesn’t tarnish, no matter what life throws at them, no matter who tries to break them, they take it all, him with the most courageous snarl on his face and her with her head held high and a bravely we only see in women.
Silver IS strong, kind and perfect for Alex. They make a powerful couple.
So many twists and turns in this book that just like the last one I was on the edge of my seat waiting for the disaster to happen and at the same time hoping it wouldn’t actually happen 🥺
Another thing worth mentioning is that I LOVED the love, dedication and commitment of the MMC, that was no OW drama nor miscommunication. Even though he worked in a bar with strippers and a sex club in the basement, he was loyal and never even looked at other women!
Again the side character highlight goes to her father Cam. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST ! His comic sarcasm is everything, his friendship with Alex was all Alex needed to see not all adult man were garbage. His love for his daughter was unbreakable and unwavering. Another side character that deserves a highlight was Zander, he also brought a comic relief in this very dark heavy story.
All I want to say now is that I WILL TEAR DOWN the whole Callie Hart catalog and I will read all her books. That are characters here that I know are from other books and I was super intrigued by them. I WILL READ about Zeth because he was everything.

This was the conclusion of the trilogy of the Raleigh Rebels! Once again there was a ton of angst in the story. So much darkness, grief, and bullying.

Alex and Silver are once again up against past enemies whom give them both a run for their money. Silver’s Dad is the coolest Dad in the book world! I just adored him and loved how supportive of both Alex and Silver he was!!!

All in all this trilogy is worth the read. It’s dark and some of the themes are hard to swallow at times... It’s entertaining though and the love between Silver and Alex is so heartwarming that it makes the chaos seem less prominent!

So I had been kicking myself with not finishing this series, I'd only read the 1st book and then had forgotten others were to come, but reading it like I have back to back was the best thing I could've done.

This series is going to be one of my top ones to date, it had everything I could've wished for and more, I didn't think I'd come away feeling as though I was saying goodbye to family members I'd never see again, these characters burrowed themselves so deep within my core, it was hard closing out of that last page.

The end..

Now I have to go on a search and find something similar to this series.

4 stars!

The third and final book in the Raleigh Rebels series, this book took me on a rollercoaster of emotions! From the breath-taking beginning, through heartache, shocks, drama, laughs, and heart-clenching, super-sexy romance, I was captivated, and this book finishes off Alex and Silver’s story beautifully.

“When will we have given enough? When will we have lost enough? There’s no one out there, keeping track of how much pain we’re dealt…how much we’re asked to bear…and that’s the most terrifying thing, Silver.
‘Cause if there’s no one keeping track…

…then there’s no one out there to make it stop.”

Just when you think that Alex and Silver have gone through everything they could possibly go through… it gets worse. And the beginning of this book shattered me as they truly hit rock bottom. It’s heartwrenching, and I was reading with a sense of disbelief as once again, they are dealing with the unimaginable. But, deal with it, they do, and through it they emerge a little bit broken but still strong, which is just as well, because life hasn’t finished with the hits just yet.

We’re both so bruised and battered that it feels as though we’re both going to try and support the other, only to break and unintentionally let them fall.

The high school drama continues as evil from the past comes back to confront them once again. And OMG, when will it end? I shudder to think that this book has aspects of reality because… damn. Alex and Silver are forced to face corruptness, betrayal and downright evil, and it creates a wild ride that will take all the strength they have to overcome.

But in the middle of it all, we have this absolutely incredible love story. The connection that Alex and Silver share is the cornerstone to this entire trilogy, and their love for each other is so, so, beautiful to see. And though they may be high school students, there is nothing YA about their relationship which is intense, passionate, and super steamy, which begs the question… are 17 year olds really having sex like this? I don’t know, but their incredible physical connection is an extension of everything that they feel for each other, and there is no doubting the intensity of their love.

I love him so fucking much, every small, beautiful, broken, incredible part of him.

She’s the answer to ever single question I’ve ever fucking asked.

Silver and Alex have both come a long way since this series began, and this book sees them dealing with their demons (old and new) and coming out the other side, preparing for a future together that will bring the happiness and stability that they both crave.

Side characters again play a big part, and once again Silver’s Dad, Cameron, absolutely shines. His support of his daughter and his relationship with Alex are an absolute highlight, and friendships old and new (including some very welcome cameos from Callie’s other series) create fantastic depth and great dynamics to the story.

I look wholesome, the same way Dr. Romera does. Our men both look like they just got spat out of hell because even the halls of the damned couldn’t contain them.

Through highs and lows, twists and shocks, drama and extreme emotion, Alex and Silver’s story is an unforgettable ride that shows the beauty and healing power of true love. It hurt at times, and had its moments of unreality, but their love story is beautiful and I have loved watching them on their journey.

4 stars.

OH God!! It Hurts...it hurts so bad...to see them going through so much pain, so much loss!
A nonstop sequence of happenings keeps them clenching to their handlebars on the Rollercoaster, that's their life. Alex gets MORE than his share of misfortune, Silver is standing with him, through all his tumult and it's heartache after heartache!
“Careful, Argento. Everything I love turns to ashes. Everything I touch falls to pieces in the end.”
The plot went off track some places and an old fave of mine visits and that had me swooning, he could lock me in the trunk and I'll be happy!!
Thoroughly enjoyed it

I'm in love with their love 💞

This book and the whole trilogy easily convinced me that these two people belong together. I adored the way they treated each other, and thought of each other and always had each others back no matter the drama or grief around them.

This book was once again not very trope-y, so it's difficult for me to shelf it or describe it properly, but it was really good! I didn't really care about the side plot connected to the MC club and the whole DEA case...but the story around Silver and Alex was great 👌💕

Special mention of the glorious bromance between Alex and Papa Parisi 👑🔥 their interactions were the best!

Also, Zander was a great friend and supporting character and it bums me out a bit that we know nothing about him ...

The beginning made me 😭😭😭😭 The ending made me 😭😭😭😭

This book was so good... the characters are so real and relatable that Alex and Silver won my heart. They have a horribly rough time, but find each other and are strong together. I love their love and how they are with each other. Cameron is so much fun and makes me laugh and smile. There is so much great stuff in this book, with love, humor, bullying, friendships, sex, scandal, crime, rape, foster care, family relationships, death, devotion, and more love! This has the best of everything! Please Callie, we want more high school life, bullying, attraction, conflict, sex, love, ...Amazing and mesmerizing!!! A must-read 📚 👌

What a way to end this series! The action was non stop in this last book and made it difficult to put it down. Alex and Silver have been dealt a very rough hand, finding themselves in bad situations around every turn. The author does a great job with detailing this story and making you feel as if you are there and the emotions are your own. The emotions this story evokes are strong and at times heart wrenching. If you haven’t read this series you definitely should. Start with book 1 and pay attention to the trigger warnings, as they are dark but oh so good!

Reckless At Raleigh High is book 3 in the Raleigh Rebels series and while it still had some OTT moments it was a really enjoyable conclusion to Silver and Alex's story. The beginning is heart breaking, there is an event that is alluded to in book 2 that is actually the reality and it's painful to read. Alex has gone through so much in his young life and it seems like the hits just keep coming but I love how strong Silver is and I adored the support that is given to them both by Cameron. As I mentioned above there will be OTT moments with Jake again but I'm happy to say he gets what he deserves. Zeth will show up and his help will come at the perfect moment and Sloane will be by his side. I loved the ending and yes I did shed a tear. Overall this was a very enjoyable series.

The final book!! I must admit I'm sad this series has finished. I absolutely adore the characters. And the story won't leave you indifferent.
This third book is apparently calmer. Well, I guess Alex and Silver have already suffer too much. Everything goes smoothly... Until it doesn't 😂.
But believe me, although my heart was beating crazily, the last part is EPIC.
This is a story of transformation. How the events we live throughout our lives shape us. The previous two books Alex was the knight in shining armor, saving Silver from everything. So it was kind of difficult to see him so lost in the beginning.
But the transformation is not only for the characters. The writer can make the readers' feelings change. I hated Zen in the two previous books. And here I am, feeling pity for her. And I absolutely adore the way Silver becomes the heroine. The strongest character of all. Because she knows when to do the right thing. And that, sometimes, it is really, really difficult.
This series is a must. I'm really going to miss Alex and his argento.

I have so much love for this series and I’m so sad that it’s finally come to an end. Alex and Silver’s finale is finally here and boy, what a ride it’s been.

I feel like I’ve been waiting for this ending for years but in reality it’s only been months, I’ve been so addicted to their story that it feels longer than it has been.

Reckless at Raleigh High, the third and final book in the Raleigh High series is just as incredible as the two before it. Silver and Alex are put through the ringer once again in this book, more pain and heartache especially for Alex. His heartbreak is unbearable and you can’t help but feel exactly what he’s feeling and having the pain for him. It’s intense and incredible to be able to feel what they feel.

I just want to give a shoutout to the characters that make an appearance from Callie’s other books, I sure do love when she does that.

Again, without fail Callie managed to hook you in and keep you captivated until the last page. Silver and Alex are two of my favourite of Callie’s (but then again I love all of her character) and it’s been a ride seeing them get to where they are. It’s been a fun ride that for sure.

Although I’m sad that its over I’m so unbelievably happy we got their story and I know for sure I’ll never forget these two.

Let me start by saying I love Callie's books, I've read them all, bar one I couldn't get in to. But I was really disappointed with this.
Did it wrap up the story? Yes it did...although it was possibly a bit anticlimactic after 3 books.
What made the story? Cam 100%, he is hilarious.
What took my enjoyment out of all of it? The editing! Not only did this book get delayed over and over again. But after waiting for extra time you would think they would make sure it is up to scratch before releasing it. I am used to there being typos in Callie's books but this was another level. I'm talking sentences out of sequence, words added where they shouldn't be where your eyes aren't skimming over it and correcting it automatically, you are literally having to stop and reread it multiple times to work out what it is supposed to say.
As a reader I was getting more and more frustrated and it honestly ruined the whole book for me.

What an explosive ending! This last installment is emotionally darker than the two first opuses. Family support and issues take the lead, with tons of love and tough stories.
Amongst the angst, Mrs Hart built a nail-bitting action-packed storyline and a good amount of funny retorts I absolutely adored.
Reckless At Raleigh High had everything, much like the whole series, for a quality reading time.
Silver and Alex shine, the strength they muster, the resilience they show, and their unbreakable bond and trust are truly heart-warming.
I only regret that there are still a few loose ends after everything is said and done.

The long awaited conclusion to Silver Parisi and Alex Moretti’s intense story is here. What will happen to Silver and Alex’s relationship? What about Alex’s brother Ben? When a catastrophic event changes their world as they know it, can they truly come out on top...together? Their going to be put through a lot before they can find their happiness. Another heartbreaking but beautiful ending to this trilogy. We finally get to see more of Alex’s backstory too. Maybe have a few tissues on hand. Oh and we get more Zander Hawkins if you enjoyed him prior and maybe a cameo of someone else we love!! Plenty of sweet & sad moments, action and a few surprises throughout. Told in dual POV

An absolute masterpiece

“𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙢𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜****** 𝙨𝙪𝙣, 𝘼𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤,”

Holy conclusion. Every time I thought Silver & Alex were seeing some light, darkness yanked them back with a vengeance.
But did they give up? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
I wanna be Silver Parisi when I grow up. The sheer backbone she displayed throughout this entire series is more than enough for a standing ovation.
And if it’s not a love like Alessandro feels for his Argento, then honestly, throw it out and try again.
The justice meted out here was almost perfection, and that Sloane & Zeth spotlight gave me all the butterflies!
Well done!

This book... this powerful, gripping, emotional, heartbreakingly beautiful book. It is the absolute best conclusion to one of my favorite series and favorite couples ever. I hate saying goodbye to Alex and Silver but man, what a sendoff.

I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC for this one and even from the prologue alone, I knew it was going to hurt. But oh, it hurt in the best ways. My emotions were in a vise grip from beginning to end, my heart bouncing from being caught in my throat, threatening to explode from my chest, and bottoming out in my stomach. I was so incredibly moved by Callie Hart’s writing, yet again, and I am not at all surprised at the masterpiece she has given us. The thing is though, is that I’ve heard and know all of the words she’s used in these pages. She didn’t write anything I hadn’t ever seen previously and yet, nobody has ever put them together in such a way before. I was in awe from the first word until the last.

This book is just SO MUCH. So much love, so much heartache, so much pain, so much strength, so much anger and hatred. It comes from every character we see, not just Alex and Silver. Every character is written so thoroughly and has such a solid foundation. We see their ups and downs, we feel their pain and joy. It’s overwhelming and threatens to crash over you, but it’s beautiful and haunting and perfect. It’s a delicate balance and a tightrope of emotions, but you know you’ll fall at some point and it’s okay, but you’ll be right along Alessandro and Argento the whole time.

This entire series isn’t just about reading three books, it’s a journey. An experience. Callie writes in such a way that you’ll feel as though you are inside the walls of Raleigh High yourself, seeing and feeling everything in real time. That’s why it’s so hard to let go. But in return, Alex and Silver will always be in your heart.

My favorite, favorite thing about Alex Moretti and Silver Parisi is how genuine and authentic they are, not only as individuals, but as a couple, too. They are very unapologetic about who they are and the tribulations they have been through in their lives. It has, for better or worse, shaped them into who they are and who they will become. They found each other, through all the darkness, and have gripped onto one another, refusing to let go. Their love is so pure and untainted for each other, never judging. They fight and protect and are so fierce of each other, I have never worried about either of them having any sort of misstep. It simply wouldn’t be possible. This is a couple who is all in, hardcore ride or die. There will never be an end for Alex and Silver, for in this life, the next, or wherever they end up, they will always be together.

I have zero intentions, clearly, of summarizing this book in any way. This book made me feel in countless ways and I hope I’ve been able to properly express that. This series is dark, with some tragic and cruel and awful events occurring within the pages, because tragic and cruel and awful events happen in real life. Callie Hart understands that and doesn’t shy away from it. It’s real life happening to a larger than life couple that I will always, always, always love and root for. It’s so bittersweet saying goodbye to Alex and Silver, but I know they’ll be happy. They deserve it, after all.

“I forget that all my life, all I’ve known is war. In this moment, with time standing still and everything changing, everything evolving, everything Silver, all I know is peace.”

trigger warnings: bullying, self-harm, rape, violence.

Even though I already suspected what was going to happen in this book, it was still emotional to read about it. The way Callie Hart depicted grief and sadness was raw, beautiful and real. She showed a vulnerable side of Alex that made me love him even more. It was also amazing to see how Alex’s grief affected those around him, especially Silver. I can’t imagine how hard it must have been for her to be strong for Alex when all she wanted was to cry with him.

The first few chapters were heavy and introspective, so it took me a while to really get into the book. But after Alex slowly started to recover from what happened, the story moved a lot faster. The author creates suspense like no other and I was at the edge of my seat throughout most of the book.

However, I didn’t like that Alex and Silver apparently had no regard for their own safety. The way they put themselves in front of danger time and time again was just frustrating. I mean, you’re only 17. There’s no need to act like you have everything under control. I wish there was someone to tell them “just go home and be safe please” whenever they started to think about handling things alone lol

Besides that, I have nothing else to complain. Silver is definitely one of the strongest characters I know and I love how forgiving she was. I don’t understand how she could still want to be good to the people who hurt her the most, but that just shows how amazing and incredible she truly is. I’m so happy that she’s living her best life right now. She sure as hell deserves it.

Alex’s passion for Silver is out of this world. Even in his darkest moments, he never gave up because his love for her trumped everything else. I’m also gonna miss the way he tried to annoy Cameron, the way he pretended to hate Zander and his soft and funny side with Silver.

Alex and Silver are an amazing couple, but I think what made the Raleigh Rebels series even greater for me was Cameron (Silver’s dad). I still can’t believe they had a father figure who really cared about them. Cam really saw Alex as his son and that was just beautiful. Even after everything Silver went through, he trusted Alex to protect and love her. Their family dynamic was just perfect and I’m really glad they have each other’s back.

All in all, I think Reckless at Raleigh High was the perfect ending for this series. The heavy topics were handled with the respect they deserved and were depicted in the most realistic way possible. The characters showed a depth that isn’t common in books set in high school and even though they weren’t perfect, they were real. And that’s really all that matters.

Wow.. Reading this book I was pretty freaking emotional. Right off the bat I could barely contain myself within the first like five-six chapters— then again later on. This is by far my favorite of the series.

I can’t put into words how PERFECT Alessandro Moretti is... I just can’t. There aren’t enough words to describe him. What I do know for sure though, is that he is genuinely GOOD, protective, loyal, and beautifully broken 💔
Silver, astounds me. She’s so strong. Always strong. She loves with everything she has and would die protecting them. I love her so much!
Alex and Silver’s relationship has to be the most authentic relationship I’ve ever read. I love that they fight every obstacle TOGETHER. They never give up. They don’t hurt each other in the process of dealing with grief. They stand together and I just cannot get over them! Easily a favorite couple of mine, hands down!

This book was heart wrenching, captivating, hard, beautiful.. I laughed, I cried, I broke, I was pieced back together. In this book they break, they love, they protect, they HEAL. Callie Hart did a brilliant job bringing Alex and Silver’s story to an end. I will miss them tremendously 🖤❤️

P.S— I LOVE Cameron Parisi SO freaking much!!! He’s the best parent I’ve ever read and he made me want to hug him, laugh and cry so many times!

This book broke my heart!
It brought so much sadness but also so much better sweet love. This book made me cry and smile so often it was like whiplash.

Silver and Alex love is Undeniable heart shattering and make you the reader really believe in soulmates. Or rather two people who the world has broken down over and over again, telling them that they are Nothing and don’t matter. Until that person comes into your life and see the pain in your eyes and together the build each other up with unconditional love and trust.

That what makes there relationship so Special. This book was amazing it may have some moment when all I felt was sadness and grief but the devotion and love that was displayed in this book gave the book so much more.

I was given an advance readers copy of this book and have decided to write a voluntary honest review. I have only read the first half of this book and tears have come on strong. I just finished the half of this book. Wow Callie you did an amazing job. I didn't think I could love silver and Alex anymore then I already do. But you just proved me wrong. This couple are one of those that are way stronger together. They draw strength of each other which is beautiful to witness. I also loved the ending. I also would love more of zander. Also it was awesome to see zeth I missed him lol.

Oh My……..

This book was truly heartbreaking. Silver and Alex’s story continues to be very intense in the final book in the series. Silver is such a strong character that I really loved reading about! She never gives up and always stays true to herself. Now let’s talk about Alex. He is AMAZING! I absolutely love him, he is a great character that is very possessive, but not in a bad way like a lot of books I’ve read. Also, he’s just so caring and protective! I freaking love him and Silver’s relationship, they are true soulmates that have been through so much together. This book was a difficult one for me to review because so much went down. But, I think this series had the perfect ending for everyone. I’m so sad that it’s over now, I will really miss Alex and Silver. As I said this book was very intense from beginning to end, it had me crying a few times…. I still loved it so much though!

Overall I’d give this one 4.5 stars!

I highly recommend this series!!!

*** Reckless At Raleigh High is book three in the Raleigh Rebels series and should be read after the first two books. This review may contain spoilers if you are not yet caught up in the series. ***

Silver Parisi and Alex Moretti have been through so much more than any high schooler should ever have to endure. And although some of the biggest threats seem to no longer a problem, life at Raleigh isn't going to get any better soon...

Reckless At Raleigh High was the suspenseful and sexy conclusion to the heart pounding and unpredictable Raleigh Rebels series. Silver and Alex have been through hell and back, and as long as they have each other they know they will come out on top... but Raleigh is far from done with these two young, world hardened lovers...

In the final culmination of Silver and Alex's complicated love story, the ending of their high school careers is coming to a close, but before they exit the halls of Raleigh High forever, they have some loose ends to tie up in search of their final happily ever after.

This book showcased some excellent writing, an interesting plot and as always, some fantastic character tie-ins from some of the other beloved Callie Hart series. I also need to give a special highlight to one fantastic new character, Coach Foley, who added comic relief and the kind of no-nonsense push some of the rotten Raleigh kids were in desperate need of.

And while I enjoyed this story as a whole, it was verrrrryyyyyy long, which in the end I felt did the story more harm than good. There were too many added in plot points, which seemed to take away from the impactful beginning to the series. From their frustratingly bad decisions (I mean... PROM?!!), to the murky and somewhat convulated left-turn the storyline took, I was left a little disappointment in the end. And... the last bit of oddness I found was that the presence of two big parts of Silver's life were just completely left out with a "out of town for the entire book" excuse.

In the end, I enjoyed Silver and Alex's final book, with a theme of retribution and also some long needed acceptance, the only thing that took a backseat to the suspense of their hectic lives was the return of their incredibly sexy connection, and their relationship progression was top notch.

I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
