Some things were just meant to be
Like a cherry on a bakewell tart
Or vanilla frosting on a cupcake
That was us
Star Crossed Lovers
What we had defied time, distance, or any other kind of logic
Me loving him
Him loving me
Until the end
But what happens when the end comes to soon
And neither of us are ready to let go?
*A story for over 18's only, due to content of an explicit nature.*
The ultimate second chance romance, for everyone who believes they can find their bit of happy, when the ever after doesn't go to plan.

Can I just fangirl for a second and tell you how phenomenal C. Lesbirel writing as Autumn Ruby for this book, Star Crossed? I read Crossed Paths and Crossed Forces by Star Crossed? Let me say this in a very unbiased way… these books changed romance for me. I LOVE these love stories, how real and raw they are. Star Crossed was different then anything I’ve ever read and as you all know as avid readers, it’s hard to come across that hasn’t been done before.
Thank you Autumn Ruby for restoring my love for romance through the ‘Crossed’ series.

Now, let’s talk about Gabe and Evelyn, our star crossed lovers...see what I did there? Star Crossed is the epiphany of second chances and when everything goes wrong, try again. Through guilt, sacrifice, struggle and love, you will see yourself in the characters of this story and find yourself wanting more because when it’s over, you’ll want to go and read all the other works by this author. As a story surrounding two single parents, this book is unlike any other as it not only dives into the struggles of finding love but also the hardship of finding it in the first place, let alone being able to let someone into your life...again.

I would recommend not only this book but also the series as well as this book is not enough. In saying that, I mean when you’re finished reading one, you’ll want to read them all! Fall in love with Gabe and Evelyn, their children, their story and their struggles as Star Crossed is not just another book to put on your shelves but you will add it to your favourites and tell all your bookish friends about it. I guarantee it.
