When does a Single Dad not have any kids? When he’s a single Daddy.
What eternal bachelor and Wall Street mogul Damien wants more than anything is a boy of his own to cherish, but after years of heartbreak, he’s given up hope. No boy will ever love him as much as they love his wallet.
Until he meets his best friend’s son—a young man almost twenty years his junior.
A boy Damien hopes might one day call him Daddy.
Since ending an abusive relationship, single dad Matthew isn’t looking to fall in love… but he can’t deny the way he feels after meeting his dad’s best friend.
Teen dad Matthew is determined to make a life for himself and his daughter, Emily. But when he meets his father’s friend Damien, he can’t help but wonder if he’s not missing the bigger picture.
Where Matthew is timid, Damien is brave.
Where Matthew is shy, Damien’s confidently cocky.
And where Matthew falters, Damien is there to show him the way.
Falling head over heels with so much at stake is a terrible idea, but how can either of them help it when the answer they’ve both been looking for is each other?
The Answer is the 105,000 word conclusion to the Single Dad Support Group series. It features blazing hot chemistry shared between a Daddy and his boy, the galaxy’s best d*ck pics, obscene confetti, and a friendship seven years in the making that will forever withstand the test of time.
Piper Scott debuted as a trio of authors looking to write together for fun. Their collaboration led to three novella-length books (Love Me, Save Me, and Keep Me,) before life sent them in different directions, leaving just one author with an omegaverse plot bunny that wouldn’t leave her alone. Obey was born several months later… but the plot bunny never left—it multiplied.
Left to her own devices, Piper Scott writes scorching but heartfelt contemporary omegaverse romance about men you can’t help but fall in love with.
I was very happy to see all of the single dads back, the relationships, weddings, babies and chats. Knot and Matthew's relationship moved soooo fast. I get insta-love in omegaverse stories so that's not a big issue. My issue with the story was that the hijinks were a bit over the top, and often came off more juvenile than entertaining to me, taking over a lot of the story that I would have liked to have gone to developing the actual relationship between Knot and Matthew.
There is light Daddy kink. Matthew calls Knot daddy and Knot wants to take care of his boy, but it didn't go much further than that. I adored Knot's relationship with Emily and the way he devoted himself to Matthew and I really liked the way they dealt with Gwynn finding out.
Bringing everyone together in the end to support Matthew and Knot and getting an update on everyone's lives was a really good way to end the story and the series.
Damien falls for his friend’s son ! This is very entertaining. I had not read any of the series, but I enjoyed this one very much. It stands alone. Wealthy Alpha Damien is in a chat group he really doesn’t deserve to be in. They are a sassy, funny, pranksters and a devoted bunch. Damien likes them and they make him welcome. At a destination wedding in Fiji he meets an beautiful Omega, Matthew, 20, not knowing he is the son of one of the group. Matthew and Damien get their sexy times, and keep in touch back at home. (Daddy/boy)
There are complications, anger, and Damien shows his glorious true self, and shows how deeply he feels for Matthew, when their relationship takes a turn. We see a standoff, love in bloom, and lots of understanding from the diverse characters. Damien also deals with his job issues.
Later, with all of the changes, we get an emergency, and all rally around. Terrific epilogue. ENJOY !
As sad as I am that the series is over, I am glad that Knot got his book and HEA. The only surprising thing is who it was with. My only complaint was the insta-love factor of the book but it honestly didn't dampen my enjoyment of it.
Piper Scott has a wicked sense of humor and I would definitely love to pick her brains. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.
I’m quite disappointed with this series...it’s definitely not as good as the original series (this is a spinoff series) and while this one started off good, it dropped off sharply at around the 50% mark (I didn’t quite check where I was) and never recovered for me. I get standing for yourself and your loved ones but raising a hand to your parent who never once abused you in your entire life? Sorry, I find that an excessive overreaction 😤
Also, it felt a bit like false advertising to me. The blurb made it sound like Damien had a Daddy kink going. But while he liked to spoil Matthew, it wasn’t daddy kink. He just liked to be called daddy. So all in all, I’m largely disappointed with this entire series 😞
This was the perfect ending to great series. Knot had me in stitches. His humor was so intoxicating, I couldn't stop laughing.
The chemistry between Damien and Matthew was sexy as hell. The love that Piper weaved with her words to make it come to life was wonderful. I truly hate that this is the last book. WE NEED THE WEDDING AND THE GLITTER WAR OF A LIFETIME!! After that I'm golden.
When starting this series Knot was my favorite character but after reading his book I was disappointed…
He was still funny and up to no good but the instalove in this was unreal, normally there’s instalove…. But this was INSTAlove like they saw each other did the deed and bam love in a span of a day… I was a little confused…
Besides that it was good to see all the Dad’s again.
Michael Ferraioulo did amazing job like always!
I would recommend this to people who have read the series it isn’t really a stand alone since you’d get lost from who all the Dad’s are
The final chapter of an excellent series. The glitter war to end all wars. When Damien runs into his arch enemy's son during their friend's wedding in Fiji, he doesn't initially realize who the boy is, and finds himself in chanted.
Matthew is a sweet and innocent victim of the glitter war, which ultimately leads to the two men hooking up in a pile of way, way, way too much glitter and confetti Don't ask me about the logistics, just accept the joke.
It appears that, in the end, Damien isn't meant to end up lonely and abandoned, or married to a cactus. But will the other members of the chat room accept their budding relationship?
Sweet, quirky, definitely playful. If you like mpreg books by a solid author this is going to be right up your alley. Placenta jokes, pregnancy real-talk. This is my favorite book in the series. If you haven't dipped your toes in yet, I highly recommend starting at the beginning. The set isn't really stand alone.
In this, the series’ finale, Knot finally finds love. Knot is a Daddy looking for a boy, not a baby. When he meets Matthew, he ends up with both.
Matthew, a single father himself, isn’t looking for a daddy, but when he meets his father’s friend, it’s lust at first sight, and when they get to know each other all bets are off.
I enjoyed this. The men meet in Fiji, but live in different states, so they get to know each other through text and occasional phone calls. I also like that when they do meet up again and Knot finds out about Mathew’s surprise, he steps up and finds a way to make everyone happy.
Sweet end to the series. Unfortunately, the “quirk, banter, hijinks” thing went too far for me. This was reminiscent of Dex in his later books - if a little is funny, a lot is annoying. This went way past that.
Note: this is book 6 in this series and as such contains major spoilers for the first five books and couples. It is recommended to consume this books in series order 🙂
The Single Dad Support Group has all converged on Fiji for the wedding of Vincent and Mal. Before the whole group arrives though, Matthew “runs into” – quite literally – Damian, aka Knot My Problem, from the group. There is immediate heat and chemistry between the two. The timing isn’t great – Matthew’s heat is approaching and he’s taking his blockers and his birth control, but man, he really wants Damian.
Damian realizes that whoever the gorgeous young man is, he’s off limits – especially when he realizes that it’s Laurence’s son. But chemistry is chemistry and when Matthew offers himself to Knot, well he doesn’t back away. What ensues is an amazing connection and the best sex either has ever had. But Damian’s work world is going to hell in a handbasket and despite how much he wants to stay, he has to return to New York.
When Matthew and company get home from Fiji, it doesn’t take too long before Matthew is feeling terrible. He assumes he’s picked something up on the trip and he’s having a hard time keeping from being sick 🙁 And it’s Alex who first suspects that Matthew might be pregnant. And so of course he ix and he’s got to tell Damian. As it turns out, Damian will be in town for TDs wedding and so Matthew figures out a way to tell him in person. And far from being angry, Damian actually appears to be thrilled with the idea. He only wants to take care of Matthew and their child – and Emily of course 🙂
But Laurence is not at all happy. When the confrontation takes place at the MOST inopportune time, it seems like it may be the end of the Single Dad Support Group. Well at least for Damian. Thankfully Harley is able to talk some sense, but things are definitely shifting. Matthew does not want to be responsible for Damian losing his friends, nor does he want to go back to the way things are with his father. So it’s a good thing that everyone gets on the same page 🙂
Damian figures out a few things after he realizes he really wants to be with Matthew and Emily. Matthew and Damian figure out how to make a life together. And with the help of family and friends, Matthew and Damian work out a plan that will give everyone what they want 🙂
*Sigh* I think this might be my favorite book of the series and I’m kinda sad that it’s the last one. I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting for Knot (aka Damian) to get his happy ending. He’s been the odd man out all along. Thankfully his issues with TD have resolved by this one – even though he still has antagonism for Arron. But his immediate laser focus on Matthew was really refreshing. One of the best things about this particular installment is the exploration of how all the relationships have changed and matured during the course of the years during which the series takes place. Mathew was an unhappy teenager in Book 1 when Laurence and Alex get together. His abusive boyfriend who left him pregnant and alone has sapped his self-confidence. But four years later, when he’s ready to move on with his life and go to school now that his daughter Emily is of an age where that’s possible he doesn’t expect to find himself accidentally pregnant again. But this time, he’s involved with a man – granted a man who is much older – but a man who cares about him and only wants to take care of him and love him. This is the thing that finally gives Matthew the courage to stand up to his father and take the reins of his life. I absolutely adored the way the author explored Laurence’s acceptance that Matthew has agency after a terrible initial reaction – even if that reaction was based on love. I really loved Damian and his whole family 🙂 What a surprise they were. I loved all of the glitter wars, the chats, and Damian’s decision to put his life before his career. There were so many funny moments to balance the angst of coming clean about Damian and Matthew’s relationship. The Single Dads are single no more – but they are still there for each other 😀
As usual, Michael Ferriauolo is brilliant narrating this series. There are soooo many voices – from the Single Dad group to the kids to Damian’s coworkers and family to the various doctors, etc. and he manages to make them all distinct. There is so much material for him to work with here – from sorrow to anger to joy to humor to dismay and surprise. I loved every single second of it. I’d imagine like the rest of us, Michael will miss these characters. Highly recommended!
This book was the first for me in the series, and now that I read all the other stories too, it was so much better to be back with Knot again.
Damien(Knot) and Matthew (his best friend, Gwynn's son) are so adorable together. Damien finally found someone who is perfect for him. All his friend in the Single Dad Support Group chat have already found their HEA and are now living happily in their own families with kids, so it was finally Knot's time.
The audiobook is just perfect - but I'm afraid I say the same after every Michael Ferrauiolo audio LOL, sorry not sorry. If something is good, then it's good. Love it how Michael plays with the voices and they fit perfectly for everyone. And I believe it's not an easy work to do especially with these many character, but he did it, and it was amazing.
I read the book before the audio, so there weren't any surprises for me, but I still enjoyed the hell out of this story. Damien is hilarious and his glitter war and placenta fear are the best thing in this series. This whole series is amazing and everyone in it are lovely and so loveable. Love how Piper Scott writes her characters, she can't write wrong.
The love, the romance and the erotica - everything is on the top. Matthew is cute, Damien is strong and knows what he wants and goes for it, no matter what. Loved listening to this audio. *I hope the single dad sunday chat will be on audio too hahaa
Not a standalone - you simply MUST read the other books in the series (because they're all AWESOME!). Knot is my favourite character from the series and it kills me that he had to be the last to get his HEA - but what a sweet HEA it is. Matthew is perfect for Damien and our Knot (Damien's online username) is so completely ready to have a boy to take care of and adore. The unravelling of the events - from the infamous GlitterWar (TM) in Fiji and all through Damien's work struggles are all so brilliantly told by Piper with passion, humour and raw emotions that the reader is completely swept up in the maelstrom of feelings, leaving us smiling, panting and perhaps even with a tear in our eye. The narration by Michael Ferrauiolo - once again - adds a whole new layer to the story, especially when it comes to the interactions with the children. His amazing voice bringing to life Emily's antics made my heart explode! My life is now complete that this wonderful series is all in Audio and all mine to listen to (or read) whenever I need to revisit my favourite Single Dads.
I found this to be absolutely adorable! There were ups and downs along the way, but for the most part, I found this book with Matthew and Damien to be fun, low angst, and heart-warming.
One part that had me confused for a lot of the story was trying to keep their screen names and real names straight since they referred to each other as both, but mainly shortened versions of their screen names. It was difficult for me to keep track of.
I also would have liked a bit more angst where their actual relationship was concerned, but thought the Daddy bit held enough weight to add some spice between them.
Overall, this was a great series and Michael Ferraiuolo was fantastic, as always!
This one was bit of hit and miss for me. While I still love Knot in all his snark and glory. I cannot lie for me this relationship simply fell flat at times and I just wasn't feeling it. However, the story was saved to a large degree by the strong presence of the rest of the SDSG. Things may not have ended on the high not that I was hoping for but I've definitely endured stories that were much, much worse and I'm gonna' call this one a win...because snark so much lovely snark and SDSG banter which is always delightful.
I enjoyed this last and final book in the series. I felt the chemistry between Matthew and Damien and loved their scenes together, and the conflict was well done and everything.
I do think at times, mainly near the end, it was just too easy and Matthew and Damien barely had any conflict once they got past having to tell Gwynn, Matthew's dad about them. And there were legitimate things they had to do deal with, but it all went a little too smoothly to feel all that realistic. (I also got annoyed once again with the Single Dads calling each other by their handle names from the online support group then their real names, and them thinking about each other as those handle names. It's just ridiculous to me. If I met my friends from online in real life, I would address and think of them by their name, not their online handle. I even at times - if the person has given it away - refer to them with their first name even online. It's just too weird to me that these guys don't do that, at least in person.)
But overall this was fun times. Seeing all the dads together is always fun, and seeing them having fun and being a family together, the epic Glitter War between Damien and Laurence (Gwynn), and so on. I enjoyed Matthew and Damien's romance, and I didn't mind the Daddy kink, I felt like it fit their dynamic well.
So I enjoyed this final installment and I've really enjoyed and loved this series overall and am sad to see it go, but am excited to see what other projects Piper Scott will gift us with. I was happy that all these guys got their happy endings.
So while this wasn't perfect, imo, I still very much enjoyed and appreciated it, so two thumbs up from me for that alone.
Yikes! Talk about falling for someone you aren't expecting to! Matthew goes on vacation with his father and his husband. While there, he meets this guy who takes his breath away. Of course, it just so happens to be one of his dad's good friends from the Dad group. Both Matthew and Damien feel like they shouldn't get involved, but they can't stay away from each other and eventually decide that they shouldn't stay away. There are funny moments (especially when the gang gets to chatting), lots of amazing glitter, and lots of love all around. I loved the relationship between Matthew and Damien, Matthew and Laurence, and Damien and Laurence. There were ups and downs all around, but they were adults who worked through it well. It was great to see Damien start to take care of himself as well. I enjoyed this a lot.
I am voluntarily reviewing an ARC provided by LesCourt Author Services
*I voluntarily read this book. All opinions stated are solely my own and no one else's*
4.5 stars
Damien was confident, funny and sexy whereas, Mathew was insecure and questioned his true worth. Their first meeting was full of heat, desire and hunger. These two guys were hot between the sheets, as their need burned fiercely.
Damien was like a headless chicken, running himself into the ground yet Mathew became his anchor, sanity and breath of fresh air.
Mathew came along way after meeting Damien. He became stronger, confident and spoke his mind.
I enjoyed watching these two men come together. Mathew and Damien’s love shined brightly throughout the pages and it was beautiful and breathtaking to watch. Their daddy/boy relationship wasn’t heavy: it captured a daddy’s need to take care and provide for his boy and a boy’s need to be loved and taken care of.
Bumping up a star rating after listening in audio!
When I first read this book when it first came out I liked it a lot, but Michael Ferruaiolo’s narration made me absolutely love it. Knot and Matthew both feature throughout the series, but always as a side role; and when given their own story they truly shine. This book is what you’d expect from Knot, it’s funny and flirty, but it’s also what you’d expect from Matthew, it’s sweet and tender. A perfect ending to the series (besides the collection of chats), but it also desperately makes me want more!
Matthew and Knot are perfect for each other, but we all knew they would be, right? The wedding in Fiji was fantastic to start off this last book of the series, and everything just got more hilarious and hotter and glittery from there. (I know, I'm still shocked there could be more glitter than what was seen in Fiji, but it happened in all the best of ways!) I wish there had been a little more time with Knot's family, but I understand that the Single Dads are the purpose behind the books, so I guess miscellaneous chats between Knot/Mimi and his siblings are the closest we're gonna get.
This series of books, although can stand alone, have shown me how a group of strangers can become the best of friends and share the love like a family. It also exemplifies how love can change a person from a workaholic to a loving man and father. The sex was hot, but with the love aspect added, made it beautiful...and hot! A wonderful read to a close of wa great series. Thanks Piper, for making my heart tingle and feel alive.
Yet another tangle in the knot tying together the group. A member hooks up with the son of another member. There’s a cute kid featured heavily. I enjoyed the happily ever after ending, but I’m tired of the glitter wars and having to remember so many characters and relationships. One of the main characters engages in a juvenile revenge scheme with others cheering him on. His work situation is referred to as a “dumpster fire” at least a dozen times (or so it seemed to me).
As sad as i am for this to end this was perfect...it was sweet and fun .i laughed so many times.. The chats were everything and seeing them together playing like boys was just so much fun. Even the issues were wonderfully written and made me smile even when sad. I also love love love that matthew got his hea and we finally learn more about our beloved knot. Wonderful
Independent reviewer for Gay Romance Reviews, I was gifted the audio file of this book.
Excuse me, a moment please, while I have a hissy fit.
NO! No, no no no nope! I don't wanna! I don't wanna write my review for this book, because that will mean this series has finished, and I don't want it to be!! *insert wailing noises. *insert stomping foot noises. *insert throwing toys out the pram noises. *insert noises along the lines of "I'll scream and scream until I'm sick"!
And breathe.
So, now I've had my hissy fit, spat my dummy and all that jazz, here's what I thought about this last book in the Single Dad Support Group series.
While listening to this series, KnotMyProblem has been a bit of an enigma. He hasn't mentioned a child, at all and we get the whole sorry story about how he came to be in the group! And he was a bit of a d8ck to Aaron (The Proposal, book 2), Gage's favourite a88hole! (That did make me chuckle, that Damian won't use his name!) But here? Here we get Damian in all his glory. And the fall out is massive, given the metric f*ck ton of glitter that went into this book!
I mean, not only did Damian glitter-bomb Matthew's room in Fiji, but when Damian gets his revenge on the idiot at work?? I was walking, and I had to stop, sit on the side of the road and just bask in all the glory that is KnotMyProblem on the warpath! It was truly glorious.
While Damian does all this, he also falls in love with a boy we met when he was just 16 years old, alone and pregnant. Matthew is ALL grown up now, his daughter is 4 years old and Damian is JUST the man for him, just the Daddy for him: the one he didn't know he needed.
And I think that's what I loved most about this. Matthew did NOT question his feeling for Damian, he did not question when Damian tells him about his need to look after his boy, and he did not, not once, question the love between them.
I could understand why Gwynning (Matthew's dad) does what he does when he found out, but I cried a little for him when he talks to Matthew about his relationship with Damian. It was quite an emotional chat.
Michael Ferraiuolo narrates, as he does with the whole series. I loved the narration, I really did. His voices for all the characters are consistant all the way through. I loved how he gets across all the emotions of the characters. But I equally love the way he narrates the chats in the group.
I have no doubt I would have loved this series had I read it, but the narration takes it to a whole new level.
I have loved a lot with this group of men. I have cried and cheered, I have swore and sobbed. And I have loved every minute of these guys. It's always, ALWAYS sad when a series ends, but I seem to be especially attached to these guys!
Thank you, Ms Scott for writing about these guys, I truly loved them. And than YOU Mr Ferraiuolo for bringing to life.
5 stars for the narration 5 stars for the book 5 stars overall, but really I want to give the whole series elevenity-billion stars!
I love Piper Scott. I’m loving the Single Dad Support Group Series. So, naturally, I loved The Answer.
Matthew had been introduced in the very first book and I knew he’d get his own story. It’s been almost four years since he had his daughter Emily and she’s grown into quite a lovely little girl. Being raised alongside her aunt is a cute notion. Anyway, Matthew spends his days caring for the girls, but he’s ready for more. He was a teen dad when he had Emily and he’s now eyeing going back to school. And although he’s not officially a member of the Single Dad Support Group, he’s been invited to the wedding of one of the group.
And he finally meets the elusive Damian. Now, he doesn’t know Damian is one of his dad’s best friends and there’s instant chemistry. Once Matthew makes the connection, and once Damian faces up to the potential consequences of bedding his buddy’s son, they decide to keep their distance. Except I knew that wasn’t going to hold.
But breaking unspoken rules has consequences. Yes, Damian wants a boy and Matthew wants a Daddy, but the distance between Aurora and New York City is pretty big. Unless there’s something that might bring them together. And something that might impact their lives forever.
I loved this book. Have I said that already? I’ll say it again. It’s in the top ten for laugh-out-loud fun. Glitter. That stuff gets everywhere. I mean, EVERYWHERE. So needless to say, I laughed my tush off. I don’t have kids so I avoid the crap like the plague. These men in the support group? It’s a thing. Just another thing to bond over. And the love between them is palpable. I’ve watched the group evolve, struggle, and come out stronger.
Finally, I have to mention Michael Ferraiuolo. His ability to bring these characters to life is heart-warming. I’ve loved every moment of this series and he’s a big reason why. He and Ms. Scott are a match made in audio heaven.
The Single Dad Support Group series has been fantastic from start to finish. Filled with so much emotion, highs and lows, laughter and tears, and The Answer is no different. It's been worth the wait to get Knot's story as the only guy left in the support group without his HEA. The author has done to tie up all of the character's stories as Matthew is the young man that he finds himself attracted to when they both arrive in Fiji for one of the other dad's wedding. We first met Matthew in book one of the series as Gwyn's teen son who becomes a father himself. The Answer is a perfect showcase of everything that this series has to offer and I loved it from start to finish. From when the men first meet, there is an instant attraction with a sense of forbidden romance with Matthew being Damien's (Knot) best friend's son. They are definitely hot together and a great match and it doesn't take long for the feelings to match their attraction. There are issues for them to work through with the relationship, including distance, secrecy and an unexpected surprise, but then there is also some trouble that Damien is having at work and when it comes down to it, he problem solves the best way he knows how. The group of men that readers have come to know and love across the series are out in full force in this book with several occasions for them to get together along with their regular chat group that often has me laughing out loud. They've all come so far and it's been a joy to read so while they can be read as a stand alone I can highly recommend that they be read in order as each single dad gets their own story and the group grows in partners and children. Michael has quickly become one of my favourite narrators after listening to him narrate Piper's books. He brings so much to the characters and the story, it's really easy to fall into everything that is going on with the plot, MC's and friendships.
I’m going to miss the guys in the Single Dad Support Group. While you might be able to read this book as a standalone, I think you’ll get a lot more out of it if you’ve read the others in the series. It was so much fun to have the whole gang back together again to celebrate the wedding of one of the group’s members.
Damien/KnotMyProblem literally runs into Matthew when he first gets to Fiji and there’s an instant lusty connection between the two. And then Damien learns Matthew’s name and realizes that nothing can come of the lust because Matthew is the son of one of the group members.
It’s been a while since I listened to the other books in this story so I don’t know if I missed the fact that Damien/Knot isn’t really a single dad at all and that he got into the group by accident or if I’ve just forgotten. In any case, I found that to be interesting and humorous.
I really enjoyed everything about this book. There’s humor and some angst and suspense, all elements of a great story. Once again, Michael Ferraiuolo gave an outstanding performance with all of the different character voices he used in this story. I highly recommend this book and series.
A complimentary copy of this audiobook was provided to me at my request but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author and/or narrator.
I had been waiting for Damien's (KnotMyProblem's) story since the first book and Piper Scott did not disappoint! If you've read, or better yet, listened to the previous books—and if you haven't, why not? They're all kinds of awesome!—you'll know that Knot is a bit of a mystery man. He doesn't live in Aurora and he doesn't seem to have a kid, which turns out to be true, seeing as he joined the SDSG by mistake and they decided to let him stay after they found out.
I felt so bad for Damien's awful work situation, it really made sense that he needed his friends' support to make it through the day and to release all that stress through humor. Were some of their pranks over the top? Yes, but this is fiction, and it was all in good fun. It certainly gave me more than a few chuckles. LOL. The glitter bomb wars and how they helped Damien both in his personal life and at work was a great touch. And Matthew was all kinds of adorable and fit so well in Damien's life. Damien was just the perfect Daddy for his sweet boy and I just adored how amazing he was with Emily, Matthew's daughter.
Michael Ferraiuolo did such a fantastic job with all books in the series, and The Answer wasn't the exception. He has amazing comedic timing and made this group of friends come to life for me.
All in all, an amazing conclusion to the series. Fun, sweet, super hot, and filled with all kinds of shenanigans. Definitely an audiobook (and a series!) I'll be listening to again. Super recommendable!
The Answer is Book 6 in the Single Dad Support Group series. Though each book is about a different couple this series should be enjoyed in order. Damien, Knot My Problem, was always a little vague when it came to talking about his child/children in the single dad's chat. Now I know why. Matthew, we meet in book 1 as the sixteen year old son of one of the single dads and about to become a single dad himself, has come along way. He's an adult now and while on vacation in a tropical paradise at the wedding for one of the single dads, Matthew and Damien met without knowing who the other is. It isn't until Matthew tells Damien his last name that Damien figures out Matthew is the son of one of his best friends. After a glitter explosion in Matthew's room by mistake, Damien and Matthew find themselves alone. I love the chemistry between them. They are just who the other needs. Though Knot stumbled into the Single Dad Support Group, it was the best thing he could've done. He found best friends and his boy. I love this series. It's one of my favorites and I will enjoy it again and again. Definitely recommend! Narrator Michael Ferraiuolo does another amazing job in this series giving voice to each character. I've really enjoyed listening to him throughout this series.
