Sold To The Prince Of The Meldanians

I WAS JUST WALKING HOME WHEN THIS PSYCHO GRABBED ME, STRIPPED ME, AND THREW ME IN A CAGE…Great. Now I’m ready to become a dragon’s next meal.Along with my clothes, he also took my wallet and my ID.Once I’m sold, they will do whatever they want with me.

They will own me.

“Don’t worry, girly,” — I hear a voice. He goes and grabs something from the dresser and walks over to my cage.“This will only hurt for a second.”

“Back off!” — I scream.

“Come on, it is just a tag.”“The sooner we get this over with, the sooner we can get you sold.““You’ll bring in a pretty penny, I think.”“With this boyish body, you could please a wide range of clients, even the ones with the greatest appetite.”

“You ain’t gonna sell me to some nasty beast!” — I keep screaming.

“I can do whatever I want, sweetheart.”“Whatever I damn. Well. Please.”

“You are certainly a little feisty, but that can be a selling point — for the right buyer, of course,”

“Now, who do you think will be most likely to purchase you?”

Born and raised near Pacific Grove in California, where only about 15000 souls live, Hollie found her passion in writing since she was just nine. She would write odd short stories about fantastic beings or plays she would enact with her friends, where she was always captured by some sort of beast. In these stories, there was no Prince Charming, only dragons and werewolves that were both scary and fascinating.

As she grew older she dwelled into more adult topics. She learned about the fun and fire of steamy romance novels, where the peculiar traits of her favorite characters made them dangerously alluring, physically and psychologically. Today these characters are like people inside her head. They that won't leave her alone until she gives them life. And even though she is the only one writing, Fifty* is always there to assist with inspiration.

*Mom's girl. Probably the brattiest chihuahua ever.

Sold to the Prince of the Meldanians. This book was interesting and intense. Amelia got kidnapped but was rescued by a dragon prince that treated her with the utmost respect. Once at Prince Eldan's home, she found refuge but still wondered how her family would survive without her. She encounters hatred among the humans and the Dragons that almost cost the humans their lives. But have no fear Prince Eldan to the rescue. It was a great read! Totally AWESOME 😁

This is one of the best stories I've read about humans and shifters 😃. It actually would be interesting if the paranormal community was able to stop the human race from destroying the earth 😁. I wouldn't want to see a huge war, but Somebody needs to stop us killing ourselves 😕. Thanks again Hollie, I truly LOVE your stories and can't wait to read more 🤓.

TERRIBLE

DNF. So stupid I couldn’t get past the first couple chapters. The dialogue was ridiculous, the characters if you can even call them that were horrendous and this is probably the worst book I’ve ever attempted to read. What a waste of time

Good story

Really enjoyed the fantasy aspect of this book. Its so much a story of life in a different world than a romance novel. Good read!

This is a great and unexpected storyline. Too bad Mommy isn't a nice person. So glad they got their happy ending.

I’m in mixed minds about this book as I didn’t love it but I didn’t hate it. It felt slow moving and nothing really happened. The MC being sold was only 2 pages even though that was a huge advertised plot point and a lot was mentioned but never followed up and the writer seemed to forget or change points during for example the prince brought the MC with a bracelet and made a point that he would see it again as he sent a tip to the police and would get it back in an evidence bag but then later on the Prince says that he never followed up on the raid and didn’t seem to care so seemed contradictory. The book ends just as it gets interesting and there is no bonus scene so have no idea if her sister gets better, if she gets her friends and family across the boarder or get to see the wedding/honeymoon between the prince and MC. Seemed very unfinished and they spoiled it for me

This story is in a future where the earth is ruled by Shifters and paranormal beings. Amelia is kidnapped and is sold to Prince Eldan who is a Dragon shifter. Amelia is a very strong young woman who's mother and father let her down as she grew up and was responsible for looking after her younger siblings as a result. When the prince confirms that if she wishes he would return her to her family Amelia has conflicted emotions , she loves her younger siblings but she also has feelings for Eldan. As this story un folds i found to a gripping read which i really enjoyed.

Hollie Hutchins takes us into a futuristic world that exists after the war between humans and shifters. There's a kidnapping, a evil queen, a manipulative brother, and of course, the good hearted hero. Oh, and did I mention they were dragon shifters? Then there is the heroine. She's good hearted and very responsible. Seems she's had to be since her parents were tired of the parenting job and she automatically started picking up the slack as care giver. It was quick read, with a clear plot that continued to build throughout the story, and of course characters the reader can love or love to hate. I thoroughly enjoyed the book.

Good contrast of good and evil. Good story I didn't want to put it down. I would recommend this book. Prince Eldon is my favorite he has so much compassion and love for all kinds, and that is amazing to see in a character. All characters in the story drew you in and kept you wanting more. It ended good, but abruptly. Amelia also had compassion, especially for the kids, it was sweet and heartbreaking at the same time.

Lovely

I had read some of previous reviews and agree with some parts, while imperfect, personally feel like this was a winner of a book.
Loved the main characters and the plot, storyline. Loved how the battle turned out.
Only thing I wanted was an epilogue after a wedding (after signing license, in front of everyone) and the meeting of the in-laws, and finally her friend coming over.
Plus announcement of all humans allowed to become citizens after five years of good citizenship.

A welcome suprise

The prince isn't a douche like so many it these types of books. It seems like the two actually love each other once they get together. As opposed to the usual abusive codependent relationship where. It's not insta love on the part of the heroine.
But.
There are some typos and thier love comes out of no where. Or I'm not very observant. He's nice to her but there wasn't flirting or anything. No chemistry or much emotion really. He barely gets annoyed at his brother harassing the heroine.

This is an intriguing shifter romance with a fascinating story-line & a plot with an undertone of good versus evil. The characters are well developed and interesting. There is enough drama, intrigue, suspense, twists & turns, family issues, devious plans, deceit, betrayal, compassion, sexual tension & a happy ending to keep the readers interest. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

This was a great book. Set in a post apocoliptic world where the supernatural rule. She is kidnapped and sold or so she thinks to a man she has no idea what will happen. well turns out he just was buying her to rescue her. Little does she know his mother is evil. she wants nothing more then to stay with her prince but at what cost. I wish there was more to this story cuz i just loved the characters.

Amelia taken and told she will be sold. Eldan is a dragon shifter and buys Amelia to rescue her and takes her home. While together sparks fly between Eldan and Amelia, but he is a prince and his mother the Queen has other plans. To get rid of all humans in their Kingdom, will they be able to stop his mother? Fast-paced shifter read with loads of drama and plenty of steam. The story is entertaining with plenty of twists and turns. I liked it.

A romance of unexpected adventure and danger. Amelia is sweet and very caring woman. But in a world where humans live mostly in poverty and are governed by paranormals, being sweet isn’t a good thing. Then there is Eldan. He is a shifter but not like any she has ever met. He will open her eyes and maybe win her heart. The story has some action and a lot of intrigue. The romance builds in this one and makes a very good story.

This was a very touching story. A little of the premise reminded me of Cinderella with her handsome Prince. It had a universal theme of helping and family love. This is truly a tale worth reading!

How to review this without spoilers? A mostly sweet young adult intrigue where the dragon shifters are in charge, which can be read in a day. There is adult content.

Good story, lacks details.

I really liked the story and the characters. However, there was a lot of missing detail. No descriptions of people or shifters. And some typos. However, I did enjoy Amelia and Eldan. They were likeable.

Sold to the Prince of the Meldanians

This is first book I've read by this author and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was thinking it was an Alien story but finding it was about shifters was a pleasant surprise.
