Highly recommend to intrinsically motivated players seeking an edge. Adopt this as your practice training manual. As an elite amateur, I have been following the variability practice and interval repetition methods for a couple of years now and can attest to its effectiveness.

Great practice skills that work

I used the practice routines at the range and they made a big difference to my ball striking. Very useful and an enjoyable read.

Ugh!

I wouldn’t recommend this book for the majority of golfers. It will get your head spinning with too many swing thoughts.

Interesting read that incorporates the science of learning.

I found this to be interesting. Did a great job explaining the science behind learning and applying it to golf. Lots of hyperlinks to outside materials. Definitely something to study rather than just read once.
