This is a book that examines aging from all over the world. It looks at physical activity, diet and environmental factors that affect people as they grow older. Lots of tips on planning for your future about money, long term care, family and other things you might not think of. It gives great tips for living at home with support as you get older which I found some useful ideas. I received a copy of this ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.
