It seems getting to true love is not just a walk in the park!
Lloyd and Jacqueline were both suffering from past trauma in their lives. He from guilt over the tragic death of his wife and her from the trauma of a serial cheating husband. Once she gets the strength to break ties with her husband she lands a job at one of Lloyd's banks and soon after fate puts her in a situation that changed her life. She begins to see her true worth and her ability to manage her boss and his companies puts her in a position to find true happiness with a man who truly appreciates her. Thankfully Jacqueline realizes before it's too late that her ex husband will never change and more than that her heart is now beating for another man who sees her, respects her and yes loves her. Now they have a chance to be a blended family. And because she forced him to take responsibility for his companies, his daughter and his employees he is now healed from the guilt that was eating him alive! Love covers a multitude of sin and revitalizes the heart. Great love story! I like Lloyd and Jacqueline's story very much.

Wow
Another Great Read boy I really enjoyed these stories and this one with Lloyd and Jackie was just amazing. After all her ex out her through she finally saw the light and decided she wanted something better for her and her children. So if course she needed a job and ended up with a boss who was still grieving the death of his wife. But somehow she was able to get through to him and make him get himself together and start to live life again without so much pain. But of course nothing in life is that simple especially when an ex all of a sudden decides to show up out of the blue like nothing happened and think they deserve a second chance just because they think they've changed and now wants to prove they can be a good father and want their family back! Unbelievable but that's life for you and them you wake up. Anyways I'm hoping this series isn't over yet. I would like to see if her other two sisters get their own story too. Thanks for sharing!

Another great romance novel Jasmine Carter!! Lloyd and Jacqueline romance blossomed from a boss and employee relationship to a intimate relationship. This story contains intriguing, dreams, hope, betrayal, deception, determination, tragedy, loss, lies, and finding true love. I will be recommending this book to everyone I know!!

I enjoyed this story of a second chance at love for the perfect couple. Jacqueline and Lloyd are the perfect pair for each other. The character interaction was wonderful for this couple and their story was well written and flowed beautifully. I read this story in one sitting, enjoyed greatly.

Really loved this book,the plot was different . Like the way Jackie was able help her boss get over his grief and save his business. Would like more books like this one.

Good read
Nice to read a romance that does not rely on sex to make the story interesting. Actually the book is a “clean” interracial romance with a little twist to make it interesting. Recommended
