Pay your debt... or die. There’s no way Eli could ever pay her father’s debt. Not the way Max wanted her to. The message is clear to everyone now. Max wants Eli dead. Period.
But Kye won’t give up so easily. There must be a way to keep her alive. He’ll find a way. He’ll make sure of it.
Easier said than done. Kye’s words have no meaning to Max anymore — he’s lost his trust. Praying and hoping for Max to somehow ‘disappear’ is no longer an option.
Kye must decide what matters most to him. The Screaming Demons or Eli? Where do his loyalties lie?
Besides her love of chocolate, dogs and music… reading and writing is Summer’s number one route to escape from crazy friends, family and the in-laws!
She found her own happily ever after with a martial arts fighter who also happens to be an adorable IT geek! Now, she loves to write about hot alpha males that come with a pretty face and covered in tough-as-nails muscle... who are secretly looking for their true soul mate (shhh…)!

This was the third book in the Screaming Demons MC Series. Lots of drama with Eli and Kye as they try to escape Max. So much tension and suspense with lots of twists. Guaranteed to keep your interest. This book continues where Rough Ride left off. It's not necessary to read the first two books in the series but you will get a better understanding of the characters if you do. Quite a read that you will enjoy. I read an arc from Bad Boy Update and voluntarily chose to write a review.
The final conclusion to the Screaming Demons trilogy, Rough Choice picks up where Rough Ride ended; which left you hanging on the edge of a cliff by your fingertips. This fast-paced, action-packed MC romance offers danger, betrayal, twists and turns, loyalty, suspense, heartbreak, vengeance, drama, deceit, and plenty of heat.
I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.
It was nice to finally end this couple’a story. I really don’t feel like it warranted three books, especially because they spent so many years growing up away from each other The author never really had them reconnecting in a boyfriend/girlfriend way. It was a lot of fast paced movement I never really felt like they knew each other. And I don’t feel like they really delved into the relationship between them. In fact it didn’t ever show them together doing anything but work and some mediocre steam.
Logic Has Left the Building, but at Least the Plot Finally Moves
By the time I reached Part 3 of this biker romance series, I honestly questioned my life choices—mostly because this installment goes back up to around 250 pages. Surprisingly, though, it wasn’t as painful as Part 2. Not because the logic improved (it absolutely did not), but because the plot pacing finally did. Instead of a drip… drip… drip… we now at least get a steady, albeit tiny, stream of story.
Unfortunately, the character development still makes no sense. The brotherhood you usually expect in MC romances is basically nonexistent. The president decides everything and the rest follow like sheep. And our male main character, who somehow climbed the ranks, remains completely oblivious to the fact that the club is casually holding people against their will. This is the same man described as “highly observant,” so—logic definitely left the book early.
As for our Harvard Law graduate heroine… she still has not grown a backbone. Not even a tiny one. I’m genuinely unsure how she survived law school, because studying law requires at least a scrap of self-confidence. She is described as timid, frightened, and hesitant—which makes it impossible to believe she could ever represent a client in court. At this point, a bunny has more assertiveness.
And then comes one of the biggest head-scratchers: the club president wants her dead instead of simply collecting the debt she owes. If she’s dead, how exactly is anyone supposed to repay anything? Once again, logic has left the chat.
But—to give credit where it’s due—the pacing is infinitely better than in the previous books. The story actually moves. The plot exists consistently. That’s a huge improvement. Unfortunately, the character motivations remain baffling and the logical holes are big enough to ride a motorcycle through.
Overall, yes, this installment is better—plot-wise. Just don’t expect the characters or logic to catch up anytime soon.

Finally, the trilogy is complete to start the Screaming Demons MC series! It features Kye and Eliana, aka Eli, and co-stars the hero for the next story. Not that it would have changed my mind, but it wasn’t very clear that this series began with a trilogy, so that is why I am stressing it.
** This contains multiple topics that could be difficult for sensitive readers. Listed below are high-level topics. **
— If you have not read any of the previous stories, the following may contain spoilers. —
The first part was dedicated to the past from the time Kye and Eli met, became best friends, and how he came to be at her father’s funeral collect her for Max, the leader of the MC.
The second part focused on the payback Max demanded from Eli and for Kye to prove he was still loyal. This part is about the steps required to survive and build a future, wherever and whatever that should entail.
There are some grammatical issues, primarily missing words, misspellings and/or typos, but nothing difficult to interpret. I uploaded my notes to goodreads for anyone interested. I mention these for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow and visualization.
⛔️ Contains references to, or scenes detailing, subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some, including, but not limited to: adult language; derogatory terms; mental health challenges; adult intimate scenes with elements of dominance, submission, consensual / non-consensual, etc.; violence such as abduction / kidnapping, murder, death, torture, war between MCs, betrayal, drug use / distribution, prostitution, human trafficking, gun running, assault, vandalism, threats / coercion, theft, embezzlement, etc.
MMC/FMC- Kye and Eliana POV- 3rd person Genre- MC Romance Heat- ☄️☄️☄️ much hotter than previous two books in the series. They make up for lost time by doing the thing like bunnies. Parts are named without resorting to crude terminology. Only one purple prose-y word is used (“Pearl”). Series? Y. Cannot be read as a standalone. Safety: no cheating, no S. Violence, no sharing, no OW/OM drama. No cliffhanger for the main couple, although overall story arc not resolved. Triggers- violence (including torture and Unaliving People), language, explicit erotic content. Tropes- Love On the Run, Chicks Dig Scars, Friendship Lasts Forever. What I liked- what a difference between the first two books and this one! First off, the writing and editing is much tighter in this book and they’ve trimmed most of the excessive material. I don’t feel like this book should have been combined with another. And Kye became likable! He is no longer concerned about power (now he’s mainly concerned about survival) and Eliana is his top priority. They are able to open up their love for each other. We finally get some heat in this book and the author keeps it pretty classy. No crude words are used during the love scenes, yet they are steamy. The couple and their friend Grier work together effectively, and you can really see evidence of their friendship. And the book was never boring. What I didn’t- not much. I did wonder what was going on back at the MC, but I have a feeling that the next book will elaborate. Verdict- this book was worth slogging through the first two to get here.

This is the third book this series & the continuation of the story from “Rough Ride: Screaming Demons MC # 2” into this book is smooth & absolutely flawless but it has to be read in sequence to fully understand the story. The plot is interesting & quite suspenseful with some unexpected complications. There are good scene descriptions & world building. The unique characters have good chemistry between then & are quite unique with their responses to the looming dangers they face. There is: a manipulative MC president (Max) gives an order to a MC rider (Grier) to kill a female attorney (Eliana aka Eli) naturally her lover, a MC rider (Kye) vows vengeance & retribution but discovers a unexpected ally, Max’s daughter (Fiona), MC riders, a compound, twists & turns, drama, suspense, secrets, discovery, divided loyalties, deceit, betrayal, emotional turmoil, manipulations, decisions, threats, danger, violence, murder, a prowler, suspicions, surprises, confrontations, ultimatums, verbal conflict, contentment, love & a satisfying conclusion for this couple. I enjoyed reading this MC romance & would recommend it. I am looking forward to reading about Grier & Fiona with great anticipation.
“Rough Choice” is the continuation of Eliana and Kye’s story. This tale takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions, is intense, addictive, raw, sexy, full of anguish, loyalty, friendship, pain, suffering and definitely love. Things have come to a head with Max the cruel club president. He orders Kye to murder Eliana immediately and bring him proof. If Kye refuses, Max will have him beaten and killed. How will Kye pretend to kill Eliana and provide proof? If you’re looking for a deeply emotional story and a heart-wrenching, second-chance romance “Rough Choice” is for you. The superb writing and complex characters make this intense story a pleasure to read. Summer has written an absolutely wonderful conclusion to this suspenseful, nail biting tale. Hope there is another Screaming Demons MC story on the way. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Rough Choice is book 3 of Screaming Demons MC is the final book in Eliana and Kye's story. I'm absolutely loving this MC romance series I can't get enough of reading about each character and hoping that each set of main characters for each book will end with a happy ending. I found Rough Choice to be both suspenseful and a page-turner. I thought Eliana to be a strong willed character who puts up a fight and loves Kye deeply. Kye I thought to be strong willed, stubborn, and quite entertaining. I'm so looking forward to reading Rough Return to see where author Summer takes Screaming Demons MC to next. I would highly recommend that those who love MC romances to check out this series and give it a read. One amazing MC series!!!!!!!!!.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the third book in the Screaming Demons MC series. In this book, Eliana and Grier are forced to flee and part from Kye when Max forces Kye to choose between the MC and Eliana. Kye and Grier had a back up plan in case things went badly and they did. Eliana has no idea about the plan and just has to go along with it. This book has some twists and turns and a lot of action. They each have no idea if the other is still alive and just have to try to get to the meeting place. Meanwhile Eliana and Grier get to know one another better. I love this series and this was a great fast paced read. I love how the story is unfolding. I love how Kye and Eliana reconnected. Great one.
Here is where we find out Kye’s loyalties – is it to the Screaming Demons or is it to Eliana (Eli)? This picks up where the last one ended and we have no idea what happened. Grier was testing Eli’s loyalty to Kye. Once he found out where her loyalties were, he was able to help Eli fake her death. Grier and Eli are on the run, and Kye is not far behind, until he realizes that Max knew all along, she really wasn’t dead.
Lots of twists and turns – just when you think they got away from the club, something else happens. Will Kye be able to join Grier and Eli in Belize? Or will Max and the Screaming Demons keep him from her? I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I just love Summer's writing, she sucks you in from beginning to end with the suspense, drama, love, with twist and turns in store. This is a great series and a must read from the first book can't miss a book for sure. Will Kye make the right choice, is he really loyal to Max or will his love for Eliana win out. I love Kye and Eli's story they are made for each other and both have heartbreak in their past's that will grab at your heart strings. This series is a must read and I am sure Summer is not yet done. Can't wait to see what the next books brings us.
I am volunterring to leave a reveiw for an ARC of this book.
I don’t want this to be the end of this series! More, please!!! Riding that nail biting roller coaster again! I was on the edge of my seat with the last book, but between the way that one ended and this one began, I nearly fell right off!!! All the suspense was still there and continued. Then just when you’re getting comfortable...bam! Another bombshell gets dropped! I really wasn’t expecting that last surprise! I love how this ended for Rye and Eli, but I’m hoping this is not the end of this series! I want, no...NEED to know what happens with Grier!! I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
This 3 book series was awful. Both the H/h were lame. The MC was irredeemable (human trafficking that the H who was VP somehow didn’t know about even though some of the club whores were actually there against their will? The same women he used over the 10 years the h was celibate, but yeah I’m sure he had no clue). There was no brotherhood in the MC, only fear of the President who did whatever he wanted no questions asked. The only reason I kept reading (skimming) was to see if the heroine did a one-eighty and grew a backbone. Never happened. She was a spineless moron that somehow graduated from Harvard law? Ummm..no.
The H helps Grier and h escape from town after faking Eli's death. He has to go back to see Max proof of death and he is beaten. H stabs Max in eye and gets away. H meets up with Grier and Eli. They go into hiding at a compound. Fiona (Max daughter) finds them. All the drama and Max chooses her to be president. She wants to have Griers baby. Grier leaves with her to go back to mc.
While I did like the book I feel let down and disappointed. IMO it would have been better as only two books. We finally get to the third book and after all this anticipation, Max's daughter walks in and every thing is ok. That's it.

This is book 3 in Cooper's Screaming Demons MC series and would best be read in series order. Our story continues from Rough Choice and continues on the roller coaster of a ride with our main characters. Max, the club prez has delivered his order - Kye is to murder Eliana and bring him proof or die. An emotional, second chance romance that is completely captivating. Steamy chemistry, with all the darkness and danger that you could imagine in an MC world that Cooper has so deftly created for us. Thrilling and addictive - this is one read / series you won't want to miss!

Rough Choice is the final book in the Kye and Eli trilogy and the start of Grier's story. It answers the questions from the second book's cliffhanger right away. Kye, Eli and Grier are all trying to escape the hold that Max has on them. This book isn't as dark as the first two books and if you believe it will end with a HEA you can pretty much see the ending, beautiful beach background included.
Grier starts out very guarded in the book but quickly becomes a lovable character that shows his loyalty to Kye and Eli. The end of the book shows that Max still holds a few cards and Grier is going back into his fold.

This is book 3 of a series and while you don’t have to read the series to enjoy this book it definitely does help. The characters as well as past history in this book flow from previous books and it will make reading this book much easier to understand.
Summer Cooper knows how to keep the reader on the edge of their seats and wanting more. Her writing is addicting and I’m proud to say I’m a junkie for her books.
In this book we have the continued story Kye and Eliana (Eli). Kye has straddle the fence with his life in the Demons Motorcycle club where he helped Max, the man who was like a father to him build an empire based on illegal activities. However, for 10 years has also always wanted a life with Eli. Now he must choose.
Eli owes a debt to Max because of her father. A debt she can’t pay. Now Max has called his marker due. Which means her life is now over. She knows there is only so much that Kye can do for her but she loves him still the same.
Will Kye choose Eli? Do they have any friends in the Demons MC or any place else? Will they get their HEA? You will have to read this page turning, hot as sin, panty melting, life on the edge book by Summer Cooper to find out. Enjoy it...I loved it!
Rough Choice. Wow! I am enjoying this series! This book has captivated my interest and won't let me go until I know everything! I love this series. I love the characters and the struggles they are going through. Kye is definitely an alpha male everyone wants supporting them. Grier is a friend you can't live without. He stood up for Kye and protected Eliana from all harm until they reunite all together again. This is a must read series! *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. All opinions stated are solely my own and no one else’s. ***
I could explode from the amount of squealing Im forced to hold in. It is 2AM and my husband and 7-year old are asleep beside me. During the first book, I could have only dreamed of Kye and Eliana getting such a wonderful ending. But I never truly expected to happen and end so perfectly. Then Grier? Ahhhh. Thats an entire new set of squeals. I can not wait to see what is in store for him. I just know that he is in for a wild ride. I would highly recommend. Happy reading! Rating 5 stars
Note: I have voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this title.
I received the ARC from Bad Boy Update. Eli and Kye's story does not slow down at all!! Kye must choose between his club and the woman who holds his heart. Kye makes the only decision he can...he puts Eli is on the run with Grier and promises to find them. Kye knows what is means for both of them to run out on the MC, but they don't want to be a part of what Max is turning the club into. Kye has to face Max, the MC and then try to find his best friend and the love of his life. Will they make it out alive? No spoilers!! You'll have to read every pulse pounding page for yourself!!
Just when you think Kye & Eliana will get their HEA, events will delay it. They have figured out a plan to escape Max's clutches, with tricking Max to think Eliana is dead. It backfires on them & the rest of the story is based on what happens to their lives. This is a good story as a bridge towards the next novel as I have more questions based on how the last chapter ended. Looking forward to seeing if the next book will be as exciting & thrilling as Books 1 & 2 were.
I volunteered to read this ARC & leave an honest review.
This is the final book in Kye and Eliana 's story. Kye and Grier won't let anything happen to Eli. As Grier test her loyalty to Kye, Let's loyalty to Max is being put to the test. This continues with the action and we watch Grier, Kye and Eliana getting away. This is definitely one stories you will need to read all three books. Skipping any will not give you the complete picture and you will miss some of the details. This book does give us the bases for the next book, hopefully. I was given this book for an honest voluntary review
It was a bit too sugary in the end there considering, but it had a drawn out ending which was nice to see how life will go for Kye and Eliana.
And the whole crazy, dangerous leaving the club, plus Max and danger from the club comes to a huge anticlimactic end. Like seriously? A daughter to take over? That doesn’t sound like a Max move at all. Not after all the crap he out Kye through.
I won’t be reading on. These first three books were decent but not great, and I have no interest in poor Grier and the daughter who is going to be an MC president.
This book is definitely worth reading. The idea of having to question everything in your life. The choices one makes are not necessarily the ones you expect.
The details of the choices that are made and the chemistry between Kye and Eli is totally hot and sexy.
I’m totally looking forward to seeing more.
Any opinions, recommendations, or suggestions expressed within this review our Solely and uniquely made by me. I originally and voluntarily had received in advance copy of this book via Bsprout.
This third book in the Screaming Demons MC series was packed with drama, danger, and emotional tension. Kye and Eliana are on the run, but escaping Max is anything but easy. Just when you think they’re safe, another twist hits.
The story dives into their past, the pain between them, and the choices they have to make to survive. Grier’s role added a great layer of suspense, and the ending left me both satisfied and wanting more.
Dark, emotional, and intense—this was a strong finish to the trilogy. Definitely read the first two books for the full impact!
Stunning conclusion. As Grier takes Eliana away, Kye returns to Max. Max takes Kye and sets out to torture him. On the road Eliana wants to go back and fights Grier to do so. Kye manages to escape by hurting Max and rushes up to meet with Grier and Eliana and they head to Belize. Time passes and then there appears to be someone on the security cameras. It is the new head of the Screaming Demons and while Kye is forgiven and nowmout of the club, Grier has to return.

This is the final instalment of what is one of my favourite trilogies. Kye and Eli are eventually reunited after a gruelling and tough journey to happiness. They deserved their hea, and it smoothly sets the path for Grier’s story. Can’t wait for that as he has also met his match and it’s going to be an exciting ride back to USA with a fiery redhead. Would love the arc for that too. Well done summer and thank you.

4.5 Stars This is book three in the Screaming Demons series and we are with Kye, Eliana and Grier. For this being on the short side of a full novel, so much happens between the covers. Without giving anything away, let’s just say that the journey is a long one for everyone. There is death, near-death, lots of fighting, extreme tension that even I felt, a whole lot of looking over shoulders and some surprises. Oh yeah, and a whole lot of loud bedroom noises, which irritated Grier to no end.
This is a fabulous story and what we’re left with at the end will continue in the next book. I’m really looking forward to it. The Screaming Demons are taking a totally surprising, unexpected turn and I’m excited to find out how it goes.
