A simple, no strings seduction does NOT go as planned. Native alpha Victor Santana recognizes his mate at first scent. The peachy smelling witch may have gotten the wrong hotel room, but she definitely got the right wolf. He's unleashed a sensuous lover and he isn't about to let her go. Cherie Valentine wants to lose her virginity before her birthday. What she doesn't want are complications or commitments of any kind. Can she enjoy the sexy alpha teaching her all about hedonistic delights and keep her heart out of it? Not if Victor has anything to say about it. But a devastating deceit by a trusted friend may break them both. For fans of hot romance that leaves you panting in after-glow, Accidental Lovers delivers a can't-put-it-down page-turner.
I love Dany Rae Miller's Wolven Moon series so I was very excited to jump into Accidental Lovers! This book starts off with a bang, literally!
When 20 year old Cherie decides that it's time to lose her virginity she sneaks into the bed of her good friend, Jesse. Or at least she thinks she does:) After doing the deed, when the lights come on she is shocked to realize that she just slept with her best friend's cousin and her (possible) future boss, Victor Santana. While Cherie does her best to forget the accidental encounter, Victor has other plans. Recognizing Cherie as his mate he will stop at nothing to have her again, even if it means pulling out all the stops to woo and romance a woman who doesn't believe in love.
KABOOM! That's how this novel starts. The aftershocks swept me through Victor and Cherie's relationship as rapidly as I could read. "Accidental Lovers" is a cover-to-cover read. The main story contains the majority of OMG! hotness; and, there is enough coverage of its secondary characters to endear them to me. Great read.
This is a sweet and sexy supernatural romance! It can be read as a stand-alone story, but for full enjoyment I would recommend reading the first two novels as they set the scene and introduce you to the characters.
I don’t usually read books about virgins. But to be honest, I would read anything by Mrs. Miller. So I agreed to read this ARC and give my honest opinion.
Cherie and Victor’s story is absolutely perfect. This is book 3 in the Soft Witches novels but it reads like a standalone with only vague references to the other books in the series. Mrs. Miller’s writing styles leads to the development of endearing characters that are so well written that you feel like you know them. The chemistry between Victor and Cherie is off the charts and the naughty scenes are so hot I thought my phone would catch fire! My favorite line is, “I need to remember whatever I ate so I can have this dream again.”
I haven't read a wolf shifter book in a while. So glad I read this one! This book was thoroughly written and a joy to read. Cherie wants to lose her virginity so she sneaks into what she thinks is her best guy friend's room. Ooops. She has a great time but is mortified to learn that not only was it not her best bud but it's also the man who owns the resort, who she's interviewing with for a job! There was a lot going on in this book but it was very easy to follow. I can't believe this is book 3...I need to go back and read the first two. Luckily, this is a standalone book. Great read!
*My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read.
Eeeekkk!!! This book is one hot sexy read! I can't get enough of Victor and Cherie!!!
Victor and Cherie's story is full of drama, swoon-worthy sweetness, usual friendship drama, and lots and lots of sexy times, you'll be inspired! The writing is wonderful, I feel as if I'm part of the story, and the emotions I felt while reading this are so real.
Victor and Cherie's story is one fast and sexy read that you wouldn't be able to get enough of.
This book was so far from what I was expecting, but in the best possible way. Cherie Valentine is a badass strong willed witch who doesn't want complications or commitment but when she loses her virginity to alpha wolf Victor Santana all bets are off. Their connection is strong and unbreakable...or is it? I am completely obsessed with this series and cant wait to see what happens next!
