The end result of the recipes are as delicious as the book itself

I can’t really rate this book because most of the ingredients are pretty impossible for me to obtain in Atlanta, Georgia, so I cannot cook anything. I see now the author lives in Australia. This book could possibly be good for someone living in California who goes to the local farmer’s market every day OR if you happen to have any of the below ingredients (I have never heard of most of these):
Celeriac
Chicory
Fennel
Castelfranco
Persimmon
Bottarga
Witlof
Quince
Romano beans
Sorrel

A beautifully written book for the home cook. AAL has a range of recipes from simple to complex, but all are delicious and will make your loved ones happy. It is also filled with tips and tricks to improve your cooking. I’m working my way through each recipe and am yet to be disappointed. A must buy!
