Despite being outdated with the technology (it shows giant cameras strapped to the UAVs and none of the bit.ly links work), this book was a treasure trove of newbie introductory material about Drones. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it, particularly following along with the Little Dipper build. There are great tips and examples in every chapter and the authors are informative and concise with their explanations. Pictures are clear except when you get to the software chapter. Would recommend and would love to see an updated version come out.
