Mini-review: I'm feeling generous tonight so I'm giving this an extra half-star for two reasons:
1. The author ever so slightly changed her pattern and had the guy also get injured
2. Rage wasn't completely disgusting and needing to use the CWs to get off when they're on a break to quote Ross from Friends.
That being said, I did have quite a few problems with this book. Like the grammar and writing are still garbage, and the author needs to get a thesaurus because if I read those two sentences again ("Gotta get ___'s d*ck wet" and "I pull her flush to me"), I'm turning it into a drinking game except plot twist, you'd end up in the hospital from alcohol poisoning.
A huge problem I had with this book was this false narrative of traumas fixing themselves or disappearing when you have the right man with you. Like no, that's not how it works. Cleo was brutally raped to the point of having nightmares where she screams and then two months later she's back to sleeping with Rage and not jumping at everything? That's not how that works. Authors need to stop writing things they don't understand.
All that being said, this was yet another garbage book helped only by the main dude not being a total creepazoid.

Wow. I have been patiently waiting for this one to come out. I wanted Cleo's story so bad. What a story it was. She has been through hell and back. Something very tragic happened to her. She goes into herself and does not want anything to do with anyone. Rage her man even leaves her. But then he realizes that he needs to go get her and take care of her. Once he gets her back things really don't get any better because she is still feeling guilty over what happened. But Rage is there to get her through it all. When Cleo finally puts some of the past behind her and moves on it comes back to haunt her. Will Rage be able to save her once again? How will this affect her in the end? I absolutely loved this storyline. It was exactly what I was and so much more. I loved Cleo and her story. It was emotional and heart wrenching but E.C puts it all back together for you in the end. I cant wait to read more from this series.

This book is so sick and so wrong
She was raped and tortured, when she is in the hospital H left her for months
One day he reappears and took her his home by force
Somehow she ended up apologizing to him and thanking him for wanting to be with her after everything she has endured! What the freak!
She felt guilty all the time for leaving and never stop apologizing, H never did it! Never embraced what a coward he was!
I’ve never read a book like this, you left your woman like that? What a Club! What kind of brothers he has?

Cleo's Rage Devil's Riot MC by E.C. Land will haunt you with each page you read. This was an emotional story about how Cleo is trying to come back from the abuse and torture she suffered when she was taken. Rage was the one man she loved and needed the most but when he left her she was crushed. Rage was filled with so much anger and hurt when he saw what Cleo went through that he lost it and decided it was best to leave her and let her heal, but by doing this one act he destroyed her. Now Cleo is keeping herself from her friends while recuperating under Stoney's care at the National Clubhouse, but she is far from being fine . Cleo doesn't want to be around people who are happy in their lives while starting new families when she knows that this will never happen to her due to the injury she sustained. Cleo views herself as broken and worries that Rage will never want her or feel the love for her once he learns all the things that happened to her. When Rage finds out what Cleo tried to do to herself and is told the state she is in now, he sees his mistake in leaving her and is on his way to get his woman back. Rage is determined to win Cleo and help her heal when he takes her from the clubhouse and is on a mission to help the woman he loves come back to the living hoping that she will forgive him. The interaction and chemistry these two have was beautifuly written as you witness how the love of a strong man can get his woman to want to love and live again. Not even her scars will deter Rage as Cleo will always be beautiful to him and he will do everything he can to give Cleo the life she wants and craves. When these two come together their reunion was explosive and powerful and with Rage's help Cleo is becoming her old self again. Now her happiness is about to be destroyed when someone from the past wants to even the score. Will Rage and his brothers be able to save Cleo again or will he lose her forever. This is one exciting story that had it all drama, violence, passion and emotion. You will be on edge from beginning to end, this is a must read and I highly recommend. I voluntairly reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This series just keeps getting better and better. Loved Cleo and Rage together. Their story is gripping and will suck you in at every turn of the page. Cleo has endured so much and trying to muddle her way through life. Rage is there to help here through everything, he needs to show her just how much she is loved, she needs that. The intensity between them is explosive, action packed and deliciously sexy. Great read, loved it.

I can't get enough of these MC books. Cleo's been through so much and Rage is her strength. Intense, action, sexy tattooed men, page turning good. E.C. does it again.

Cleo is a waitress, who was kidnapped and raped, she's still trying to recover and deal with everything. She may feel broken but she has a core of strength.

Rage's sister committed suicide after being kidnapped and raped and knowing what Cleo went through he couldn't bear to see her in pain and left her to deal with everything alone. Knowing Cleo also tried to kill herself gutted him, but he's determined to right his wrongs and have her back in his life permanently.

As horrific as Cleo's rape and torture was, the beauty of watching Rage help her come back to herself and to him was heartwarming to read.

The angst of the mysterious stalker just didn't work well for me. It felt tacked on, unnecessary and there were lots of realism issues that I felt detracted from Rage and Cleo's story. Which is a contrast to how real and raw it felt reading about what happened to Cleo and her path to recovery.

Have the tissues ready when reading about Cleo and Rage! great world building and the writing is getting so much better with the flow. This one was really thought out and the delivery was exceptional! My fave so far! Oh but who is in the next one but the Devil Brothers themselves! This series just keeps getting better with each book. I have waited for Cleo and Rage for what seems like forever. Cleo went through so much physically and mentally during Thorn’s Revenge. She has been away trying to heal, but Rage is done waiting. He knows he made a mistake and left Cleo when she needed him the most, but he is now going to claim his woman and prove that he is there for the long haul. This story gave me all the feels and took me on an emotional rollercoaster ride. Rage is going to prove to Cleo that he loves her no matter what. Rage was so caring and patient with Cleo and helps her heal. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to seat what would happen next. I read this in one seating and didn’t put it down until I was finished. E.C. has written a beautiful story of healing after such trauma and that while the memories will never fully go away, you can make them hurt less. It just takes time, love and knowing that it is not your fault. I have loved each of these stories and the characters in them. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next DRMC story.

I am a huge fan of E.C. Land and her Devil’s Riot MC Series. Every installment, starting with book 1, has been amazing and Cleo’s Rage is just as amazing. Rage and Cleo have been hooked on each other from their first meeting, but their feelings for each other are tested when Cleo endures a horribly traumatic experience. Rage proves to be a great guy by staying by her side and caring for her, just waiting for her to come back to him. Loved Rage and Cleo, they are truly good for each other and to each other. Also love the interaction with all the Devil’s Riot families. Great, quick read, hated that it had to end, but I’m already looking forward to the next book in the series...I have a feeling it’s going to be really, really hot!

This is an exciting action packed suspense filled MC romance.Cleo has been through hell and back.It's hard for her to trust but Rage has broken down her walls and been by her side through so much.But when things go bad again she thinks she may never be she will never get the chance to tell Rage his she really feels.There are some dark things in this story but the characters are unique an strong.The twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes and makes you feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.

I have been waiting for this since finishing Thorn’s Revenge (Devil’s Riot MC #2). Cleo’s Rage had me on the edge of my seat the whole time reading it. The things Cleo went through and is still recovering from no person should ever have to go though, ever. This story is an emotional roller coaster. I’m truly loving this series more and more with each word, sentence, paragraph and chapter. E.C. Land does an amazing job getting you to fall hard for the characters in each book and making you have all the feels even beyond the last word. Thank you E.C. for another amazing story. I can’t wait to see what you do next. 🖤🖤

Heartbreaking!

This is a very heartbreaking but beautiful love story. There is so much darkness and pain but then there is sunshine and love to push through all the darkness. Cleo is broken (or so she thinks she is). She has a lot of heartache to get through but Rage is there to calm the storm and lessen the pain. I absolutely loved these two characters. They are strong but not afraid to show their emotions. Their story is tragic and beautiful at the same time. It kept me on the edge of my seat filled with intense emotion and longing for their lives to be complete and happy.

Fantastic writing and wonderful characters. I can’t wait to read more from this amazing author.

She has lived thur hell on more then one occasion and came out the other side stronger then ever.
They got together and fell in love, and when she was taken and hurt, his rage knew no bounds and he hurt for her.
He was giving her time to heal and to figure out what she wanted to do, but a man can only take so much and when he blows , he takes and helps her heal and to find the love that was pushed aside, and that they once had.
Together they can and will overcome just about anything and everything .
Just proves the theory that love can conquer all.

Cleo’s Rage by E.C. Land was an awesome read. This is the fourth book in the Devils Riot MC series and it was amazing. This book had me laughing, crying, angry, wanting to hurt several people. I had all the feels. This book has action, suspense, romance, MC, cartels, mafia, revenge. The book is well written and has very likeable characters. I did not want to put the book down. I can't wait for the next book in this series. I highly recommend this book.

This is the 4th installment in The Devil’s Riot MC series. I have enjoyed every one of these books and especially this one. After an absolutely horrible tragedy, Cleo is broken. She thinks Riot doesn’t want her anymore and is very depressed. Finally, Rage gets his s@&$ together and goes to claim his woman. However, it won’t be easy..... read to find out if these 2 finally find their happy ending. This is a wonderful read!!’

The 4th installment in The Devil’s Riot MC series. Cleo is broken, after a horrible event in her life. This makes her think Rage doesn’t want her that she is to damaged . She's definitely wrong, but it isn't until Rage finally pulls his head out of his ass does she realize just how wrong she is. As with most things in life, it isn't easy. You gotta read this one to see what happens in the end. You won't be disappointed.

Fabulous, I had been waiting for Cleo's story since Thorns Revenge, this is emotional and I'm not ashamed to say I shed a few tears not all sad I might add. As with the other books in this series, it is action packed and has the other characters involved which I love, a true MC family. From start to finish I could not put it down.

Loved this story. Cloe is broken, her world isn't as it once was, after being held prisoner, raped and tortured she learns she lost her unborn child, the man she loves walks away when she needs him the most.

Rage isn't able to deal with what happened to his girl. When he hears the torment she lives with he heads to bring her home where she belongs.

When trouble comes knocking his will do everything to keep her safe.

This is not my first reading with this author with this author knowing how to give the all to one you get ready to devour. We will take everything that Cleo and Rage have to give us in this one feeding off of their emotions. In return they will get love to add to theirs to get them through what ever is thrown at them. The intensity will fuel you giving the energy to stay with it. This is quick with it hard to let go when you reach the end of it.

WOW!!! The story of Cleo and Rage is heartbreaking!! To “watch” her struggle and deal with the torture and life she was dealt with... then how Rage barrels in and let’s her know she is loved through it all. Cleo has been through hell and back. The only thing to help her is the one thing she has has to let go, Rage. Rage loves Cleo and is wiling to do anything to show her how much and to keep her safe. Now that he has her back he vows to her he will never let her go. When Cleo's in danger again can Rage protect her?

What an incredible addition to this amazing series. From the first page Cleo and Rage will have tears in your eyes from all the pain, heartbreak, the loss,and despair. There are so emotions from one page to the next you won't know which way to go. This book has everything you need from beginning to end and it won't leave you hanging. Cleo’s Rage had a little bit of everything, action, suspense, and intrigue. This series just keeps getting better. I laughed, cried, got frustrated, but overall left me with a smile. This was definitely a page turner, you will not want to end. I enjoyed every single second of this story.

What a great title. Loved this story so much. Read it in one day. This is a great MC. Can't wait to see what happens next!
