Wes deserved every bit of hell Shanell gave him because everything was his fault. Unfortunately, Justice was tied to him. I hated that whole “don’t let her think she won” mentality. Justice should’ve left Wes right after the situation and freed herself from all that stress. Let Shanell ass win. What mattered was Wes hurting because then he would’ve been in a lose-lose situation…he loses his wife, and the other woman is somebody he so called doesn’t even want to be with.
Wes gave Shanell way too much power over his wife by entertaining her, and giving away dick. Then Justice was eight months pregnant on top of that. Whew. At the beginning, I was already like, how am I supposed to like Wes when I can’t stand his trifling ass?
I loved Justice’s introduction because I already knew she wasn’t with the shits. Yes, she forgave Wes, but she at least took action and didn’t make it easy for him, so I can’t even call her stupid. She handled the situation with maturity and never let Shanell see her sweat.
Wes kept dragging his feet when it came to protecting his family. That doll should’ve set him tf off. Everybody else seemed smart while Wes stayed stupid. Then his punk ass wanted to involve the police, knowing if something happened to Shanell, they were coming straight to him. I’ve read enough urban books to know that. He was giving bitch vibes a lot…a whole lot. His wife was harder than him, and she hadn’t even shown her savage side yet.
Bria was dead wrong too and needed to be smacked. Meanwhile, Dap was such an amazing and mature character.

Paid In Karma: A Woman Scorned by Meesha is a different vibe story. It’s interesting and amazing story. Meesha does a excellent job. Paid in Karma: A Woman Scorned a twisted, jealous and heartbreaking story. It’s well written and it’s phenomenal page.
I believe that Wes should be honest with Justice and Shanell in the beginning. He’s the reason why Shanell is acting lunatic and Justice is caught the middle in their drama. He should close the chapter with Shanell before he starts dealing with Justice. I always the team Justice because she’s the strong and caring woman. She doesn’t want any drama with her life. Shanell is discrimination, disrespectful and disgusting.
I can’t wait for part two of this book.

what a read
Shanell is a different kind of sick. She is wayyyy off her meds and will stop at nothing to get someone else’s husband. She needs to be stopped and put down!!!
Wes is dumb as fuck!!! I can’t with the dumb decision he makes when it comes to Shanell and now he is going to suffer greatly.
Bria is a sneak and I don’t care what she went through or why she’s hiding her child you never cross your family no matter if the ex is your BFF.
Poor Justice, I can’t wait until she handles Shanell. She didn’t deserve any of this but her G side is showing more and more.
The ending got me on the edge of my damn seat!!

Oh man if I ever wanted to hurt someone it’s now!!! Starting with Wes and big time Shanell. What a good read. Has all the drama snake back biting you could handle!!! Wes dirty dog for real but he loves his wife. He’s to blame for Shanell going off the deep end. Something bad gonna happen. Loved the characters. Can’t wait find out Bria’s reason for hiding her son. Well written editing great and overall really good read. Can’t wait for part 2!!! Welll done. This author always comes through!!!

Mouth dropping
Omg from beginning to end this was amazing read!! Wow to leave parts of ya life in the past is one thing to leave a psycho stalker isn't as easy. Man I salute Justice for holding her own given the situations. Was learned a valuable lesson but Shannel is a whole special needs case. I can't believe Wes didn't take the opportunity. Bria got secrets because all I see is snake so ready for part 3 Dap so glad he back to take control

Just Wow!
I've been a fan of Meesha for a while now, and just like all the other times, I was not disappointed. This book was everything I needed it to be! Thorough storyline and excellent character development. I hated the air Wes breathed for what he did to Justice and I can't wait for part 2. This storyline was captivating from beginning to end and I will forever be a reader of whatever Meesha publishes. Highly recommend this one!

Man Wes needs to grow a backbone and deal with the mess he's created, he says he loves Justice but I can't tell bc he's always protecting Shanell no matter what stunt she pulls. I can't wait to read part 2 bc I know Justice is about to go back on Wes and Shanell done bite off more then she can chew bc Justice is gonna be a force to reckon with and all he'll is about to break loose

Why some men want their cake and eat it too is beyond me. Why mess up marriage to a good woman who gives her all. And then with someone that's about nothing is just crazy. Wes put his family in jeopardy over a mentally unstable woman and has everyone watching their backs. If I were Justice, I would definitely let him go, especially seeing what happened in that cliffhanger.
Surprisingly well written, full of drama, twists and turns.

Shanell is beyond crazy. She will stop at nothing to make Weston’s life a living hell. I don’t understand why he didn’t kill her when he had the chance. She is a very unstable and dangerous person. I’m ready for Justice to bring out her side Shanell doesn’t want to see. I know book 2 has to be better than part one. Part one was amazing. Okay on to book 2 because I’m ready for Shanell to meet her fate. Crazy ass heffa 😡

This was my first read by Authoress Meesha, and I must say I'm pleasantly satisfied with her ability to weave a storyline. I don't want to go too deeply, careful not to give any spoilers, but what's done in the dark definitely comes to light for certain characters in this book. Great read! I would recommend to others.

What can I say entertaining from beginning to end. Shanell need her ass beat and I want Justice to be the one to do it. Shanell just doing too much for me stop the man don’t want you no more crazy it’s over. Bria needs a whopping too but I wonder what secret she is hiding besides her baby. Great read as usual Meesha.

So much drama went on that this needs a part two or three. Shanell has to die before dap kills her himself because dummy to stupid to see she's crazy. I do hope his wife get the chance she's been waiting on to with her also.
