10 Stories in this Anthology and I think they were all about average but if the point of these is to find new readers and entice them to an author backlist or coming SOON stories, almost all of them failed in that by not including enough info to drag a reader where they wanted them to go.

Becoming Vexx by Rae B. Lake. 2.5 Stars. This story sets up the Eve's Fury MC. An all girl MC club with a mission of righting domestic violence wrongs. There was no romance in this story it was all world building back story. I liked it but I'm not convinced it'll make a good MC series. I think the author doesn't have a real good grasp of Vexx. She didn't have a real sense of self for the character she needed to be. Additionally, I'm not a fan of glossing over the repercussions of killing people, like nobody investigates when people go missing or when you have a reputation for being the reason people go missing. This story is clearly setting up for the Eve's Fury MC series but it ends without any info on when the first book is coming or even links to any other prior books for the author. Big marketing fail, IMO. This was the last story in the anthology.

Twisted Fate by Scarlett Black. 2.5 Stars. This is a prequel to Betting on Forever which is the story about how Alessia falls in love with Blade. THIS story is about how Alessia is betrayed and falls out of love with Hawk. It's nothing but insecurity and cheating and depressing. There is no romance in this story. Apparently we will get Hawk's story in an upcoming book. I would have given less stars to this story because it's not a romance and I would never have picked this up to read on it's own.... but to my surprise, I'm not sure I would be adverse to finding out how much Hawk has grown and see how his new romance turns out.

Fierce Love by Claire Shaw. 2 Stars. I'm not sure where this book fits into her backlog but this book is about overcoming trauma but also lands on a cliffhanger with no info about when or where the next part might be found. This is another short story that suffers from lack of timeline. There are allusions to times before when they were together and she has had his kid (although there is no way to know exactly how old that kid is) so I was very, very confused about the Monster she lived with and how that all came about for her to be separated from Joker. None of this book made sense to me.

Alluring Allies by Elizabeth Knox and E.C. Land. 2.5 Stars. I was very confused by the purpose of this crossover story in this anthology. Stoney and Boss are not compatible. Stoney is a legit chauvinist at the least, misogynist is more likely. He has no respect for Boss at all. Boss knows he has no respect for her and based on her personality, sleeping with someone that has so little respect for her was such a ridiculous thing to do I just could not fathom it. But to do it twice and once as a f/f/m threesome in his office? Blah. No. Just. No. Boss is also in love with Cowboy. So when we get to the cliffhanger for this one I was left trying to understand where this relationship and problem could possibly go. Then the authors leave this message:

So, with no HEA even intended...this is just dramalama for the next 18+ years. It goes without saying that this is not a romance and there was no romance. I'm not intrigued by this.

Reckless Angles, part two by Amy Davis. 2.5 Stars. This was a part 2? I don't know where part 1 is but I didn't realize it was a part 2 until I started this review and read the title more carefully. I'm guessing part 1 explains how they ended up in bed together with no memory of the time there. This the first story that actually finishes without a cliffhanger for the couple. It does kick start the next book but that is what these stories should do. AND it informs us the story will be out this year. All better marketing than any of the previous stories in this anthology so far. That kicked it up a half star.

That said, unfortunately this book has 12 chapters and it's not until chapter 8 that Rip is even remotely likable. While he steps up, getting there is difficult and hurtful. It left me with a bad impression of Rip. I didn't find this book sexy or a lot of chemistry and worse, I don't think that Rip would have been with Indie if she hadn't gotten into the problem she had.

The next book seems like it will be a good one.

Torn Between by Dani Rene. 2.5 Stars. This book is another cliffhanger that stops in a weird place with a lot of loose ends and questions hanging, like all annoying cliffy's. And again, no info on when or if the next part will be available. Seemed like an interesting start with some twists and turns and secrets to understand. However, again, although there was kissing, both MC's don't really have any screen time where I felt all the chemistry I needed to for the story to end where it did. Instead I felt like Syren was much, much too immature to embark on any type of HEA relationship. She's heading off to college at the cliffy away from Shadow which is time she definitely needs to grow up, I'm not sure that she will actually get it in the next book. Finally, that an 18 year old girl could be considered the President of any Motorcycle Club is laughable. Ruined all the credibility and no amount of suspended disbelief could get me past that.

Slaying Camille by Chelle C. Craze. 2.5 Stars. This book is another cliffhanger that stops in a weird place with a lot of loose ends and questions hanging. And again, no info on when or if the next part will be available. I didn't like Slayer. He's a judgmental tool when we first meet him and I never shook that off. We don't get to see how he reacts when he realizes how Camille has been making her own way, yet. I imagine that will be coming and I don't know how that's going to go well. This story has an interesting premise but it didn't capture enough of my curiosity for more before it cut off.

Lost Creek MC, Book 1 by Nia Farrell. 3 stars. This was a good introduction to an apocalyptic future US story that again, ended on a cliffhanger with no information about when the next part will be available. That easily brings it down .5 star just like the two stories prior to this one in the anthology.

The story is pretty straightforward although there seems to be a lot of swirling chaos coming in the next book. Adrienne is a sub but also a feisty heroine and Book is a stoic Dom. This has paranatural overtones and heaps of native american symbolism and practices used and described through the book. Adrienne is clearly the daughter of MC's from an earlier series or duet but I hadn't read it. I was still able to keep up. No big huge plot holes that were left dangling in the unknown from those books as far as I could tell. What fell flat was the chemistry and sex scenes. For a Dom and Sub into discipline and pain, the erotic parts of this book didn't really get very steamy. They were graphic but I wasn't brought into it as much as think this relationship demanded. For people with the intertwined past and present they have I didn't feel the connection like I should have.

Vault's Loss by Erin Osborne. 2 Stars. Another start to a book that ends on a cliffhanger at a weird place. I'm going to warn up front that the HMC has sex with other women even though he believes himself hopelessly in love with the h. And, she catches him with his pants down or other compromising positions more than once. I know a lot of readers won't like that at all. The h is 17 during all of this; the H is early 20's as far as I can tell.

First, this one leaves out a lot of pertinent information as well which I don't understand. If the author is going to start at the beginning, than do the whole beginning. Instead we start with a terrible tragedy and then skip ahead what must be months but considering how well adjusted Annabelle is, it seems like years. But since she was just changing schools that implies weeks. IDK what is going on with the timeline? What happened to her parent’s estate? How did she end up living where she’s living with strangers? Then the other tragedy happens to Vault and I just could never get a handle on the time line. Did Vaults tragedy happen after Annabelles? Did it happen the same night, IDK? What happened to the men that night after she was found? Maybe all of that is in an earlier book in the Phantom Bastards but that doesn't do me any good since I haven't read them.

Next, we don’t see any romance between Annabelle and Vault in this book. They apparently had some great time together (still can't tell how much, weeks? Months? IDK!!!) and that confuses the timeline with the tragedy for Vault even more. If it happened around the same time as Annabelle’s, why is he spinning out of control now? If it happened later, why were those guys still around after they found Annabelle? Why does it seem like Annabelle didn't know Hound? ARG. The timeline kills me, but, whatever, they spend enough time together that Annabelle is hopelessly devoted even if she is realistic about where the relationship is right now.

Finally, this is another book that ends without any information about when the second part will be available.

Rein by Addison Jane, 3 Stars. I was totally into this book. I would have given more stars to this story because I was legitimately sucked into the story that cut off in a hell of a cliffy when I least expected it. I could live with that if there was any info on when the rest of the book would be available. Instead it pushed the reader to the first book in a series that I have no idea if it's connected to this world or not. I was beyond annoyed by that bit of marketing. Had there been any hint of a release date for the second part of this story, I would have given this 3.5 stars at least and up to this point there hadn't even been any sex. I hope the rest of this anthology doesn't follow the same way.

I'll keep adding to this review as I finish each story.

IRON VEX MC CROSSOVER
ELIZABETH KNOX AND EC LAND

It's gonna be quite an adventure to see where this goes.

FIERCE LOVE
A SONS OF HAVOC NOVELLA
CLAIRE SHAW

When things go sideways for the guys on their way back home from a run and Wire, Sons of Havocs tech guru is taken Carrie has to step up and put to work everything Wire taught her.

TWISTED FATE
A BATTLE BORN MC PREQUEL
SCARLETT BLACK

This story just killed me. Never have I ever grieved a couple the way I grieve for Hawk and Alessia. They have been together forever and one extremely stupid choice has messed it all up! It's completely unbelievable that after all the years they've been together it came down to this.

BECOMING VEXX
AN EVE'S FURY MC PREQUEL
RAE B LAKE

Eve's Fury is going to be a great new addition to the world of MC's. Vexx has had a belly full of abusive men and her along with the rest of the women are about to set the world on fire to be rid of those abusers.

I love anthologies. They're the perfect way to sample several authors before buying their books. This collection had some great stories. But I was really excited for the collaboration between EC Land and Elizabeth Knox. I'm looking forward to reading more from all the authors. A must have for lovers of MC romance!

YESSSSS!!!! This MC Anthology was EVERYTHING!!

Addison Jane. This was such a good story to start this anthology off! Asher and Phee are definitely a story that I need the rest of! There are so many layers to both of them, they come from crappy situations and there's so much to learn!

Vault’s Loss by Erin Osborne. This one was so different than the last. Vault and Annabel are a tale that you tell your grandkids about, but we didn't get the full story for that. They both lost so much, but Vault is a dick and may have ruined their relationship. I'm really curious to see where Erin takes us with these two! Sounds like there is so much more to come!

Book by Nia Farrell. First, the title had me perplexed, but I LOVE how different this book was!!! One, I love that this is set in the future and a little bit like post-apocalyptic MC. Book and Adrienne were great characters. We really got a pretty complete story with these two. I couldn't really ask for more!

Slaying Camille by Chelle C Craze. When we first got introduced to Lilly/Camille I was super curious about her past, then when Chelle threw us Slayer I was even more curious! There is definitely more to be told about these two and I can't wait for more!! I really hope Slayer can help Camille live her life again.

Torn Between by Dani Rene. I LOVED the action in this book! It was definitely the most action based and I'm dying for more. I LOVE Shadow and Syren so much. There were tons of layers to this story and Dani wrote it so perfectly. It's the perfect segue to whatever comes next.

Reckless Angels MC by Amy Davies. This story was a little more fun, which I really liked. Rip was definitely your stereotypical MC guy and Indie was the opposite of a bunny. The big surprise in this was so awesome, and I loved where it took Indie and Rip. Add in Austin and we had a really good story. I definitely want to read more about the brothers!

Alluring allies by Elizabeth knox and ec land. YESSSSSSS. I've been dying to know more about Boss. We got a little clue about this book in Bet On Me, and I've been dying to know more. Then we got some of the Devil's Riot guys. I haven't had a chance to read EC yet and now I definitely have to! This was definitely a favorite of mine. There are many twists and turns and we got the perfect amount of story to reallllly suck us in! I NEED MORE!

Fierce Love by Claire Shaw. This was definitely another favorite for me. Joker and Carrie definitely have a story that hasn't been completely told. Seeing Carrie's past catch up to her was super sad, but she isn't taking it laying down. This girl is FIERCE and I just HAVE to know what's going to happen next!!!

Twisted Fate by Scarlett Black. This was another story with seem layers. It wasn't my favorite, because it wasn't an HEA, but we definitely need to know more about this group! Alessia and Hawk had an interesting start, but I'm sure this isn't the last we see of them.

Becoming Vexx by Rae B Lake. And this one was my third favorite. I LOVE strong female leads Lana turned Vexx, was definitely that!! I'm really curious to see if we get more from Maino and the other MCS. Eve's Fury is the best MC name and I was sooo excited to see this MC take shape!

What a huge variety of stories on offer there are available in this anthology. There are hardcore MC clubs involved in all manner of things, set in different time frames including one in 2055 with a really interesting concept of water being like gold. While others being the beginning of a new story to have their full stories developed later which is exciting. Whatever you are looking for it will be in here. I have chosen just a couple or my review would end up like a novel.

Rein by Addison Jane
The Brothers By Blood MC in Phoenix has two new members who have transferred from the Montana branch, Bandit and Rein. This is Rein’s story and Phee... Shake’s sister. Hot does not adequately describe Rein... he is the total package and caring as well. Phee is a sweetheart who after a traumatic past is much more resilient than I would be. They make a fabulous couple but whether they will admit that is another thing! This story hooks you in straight away and honestly if you haven’t read any of the other books in the series you could still read this and enjoy it in its entirety but be warned it’s a cliffhanger!

Vault’s Loss by Erin Osborne
This is the second generation of the Phantom Bastards MC. Annabell and her parents were ambushed and when her parents were both shot they took her. This is the start of Vault and Annabell’s story. I found the story a bit repetitive at times and this slowed the pace down, while I understand why the author did it, it just seemed a tad stretched out. I would be interested to know what happens in their story though as it seems like Vault is heading into a very dangerous yet exciting situation.

I thoroughly recommend this anthology to everyone who enjoys a hearty MC story.

Excellent MC Anthology. Twisted Steel is made up of 14 MC Romances from 14 different authors, some of who I’ve read before and some new to me - which is always exciting to find. I loved all the storylines and the characters in each. The storylines vary from tragic, haunts from the past, abusive pasts, club wars and so much more. But they all involve alpha men, their clubs and the women they call theirs. The stories were all about the clubs, the brotherhoods and the thrilling, suspenseful lives they lead. Oh and of course there is lots of hot sexy romance going on.

I can’t recommend this collection enough. Some of the stories are parts of ongoing series, some are the start to a series that this reader can’t wait to see where they lead and others are MC crossovers which are always great. One in particular is Alluring Allies. This crossover from Elizabeth Knox and EC Land was outstanding. Stoney and Boss are both Alphas and Prez’s of their respective clubs. When these two get together is fireworks and friction (and not always the good kind). The butt heads and have a great dislike for each other, but when they do get together, watch out for the explosions. The story ends giving us a great glimpse of what to come in their series and this reader can’t wait. But this is just one of the amazing stories in the anthology. If you like thrilling MC action with strong characters and hot romance I highly recommend grabbing up Twisted Steel, MC Anthology, ASAP. You won’t regret it. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars

I loved this anthology and yes, it's easy when Elizabeth Knox's name is attached to it. However, there are some other authors in the anthology that I also enjoy!

Addison Jane introduced new characters from her Club Diaries series. If you haven't read that, GO READ IT!! Wow!! I love Rein and Phee!! And you're going to meet some new members that we're all going to love in upcoming books (Hint! Hint).

Scarlett Black has a prequel offering for those of us that love her Battle Born MC. It's like seeing old friends and remembering they're dysfunctional as heck. We know what happens with Alessia and it sounds like we'll know more about Hawk later. Thank you for reminding us, Scarlett!!

Elizabeth Knox and E.C. Land bring us a story that's been a longtime in the making and the crossover is AWESOME! Lawd, Stoney and Boss are dysfunctional but an immovable force that just won't move away from you. You're stuck waiting to see what happens next. Boy, do you see what happens next. Let's all say a prayer for the future generations!

By the way, Erin Osborne, Rae B. Lake, and Chelle Craze never disappoint. The new authors to me in this anthology have me looking for more of their books.

I received an ARC via Booksprout and am leaving a review. However, I really enjoyed this anthology and purchased it as well.

I’m a true lover of anthologies and especially MC, so I was excited to read this one! Some stories stood out to me maybe more than others, but each one told a different story about MC life and that is one of my favorite genres. I was also introduced to some authors I’ve never read before, and will definitely be reading more by them. While I may have commented on the two below, each one deserves kudos to the authors and I highly recommend this book!

One story that stands out is Torn Between by Dani Rene. Shadow is one hot biker who will rule the MC one day. And Syren is the daughter of a MC President. While these two shouldn’t be together, the chemistry between them is sizzling! While this story is short, it certainly packs quite a bit into it. I’m hoping that this author makes this story into a full length book because I need more! So good!

Another story that I need more of is Rein by Addison Jane. Rein is also known as Asher and he moved to another MC where he is given the job of looking after a Club members sister. Phee has had a very hard life and doesn't need anyone looking after her. But when these two meet, you just know that somehow these two belong together. As I read about their journey, I didn't want this to end. I'm hoping there will be more of Asher and Phee! Loved it!

The stories in this anthology are filled with hot alpha bikers, sassy heroines, splashed with some action, and sprinkled with hot as hell steamy times. I was introduced some new to me authors, and authors that I stalk on the regular. With the new to me authors I was introduced to a whole lot of characters that I can not wait to acquaint myself with, and with those authors I already stalk I was reacquainted with some known characters. Now with this being said there are some very swoon-worthy moments, and lets not forget the moments that will have you clenching your fist in hopes of throat punching a person or two. There are a few that set you up for a series, a few that start a story for a couple, and that one story that answers the questions of what happened, or why didn't they work.

Twisted Steel is perfect for MC lovers everywhere... where else will you get epic MC romances in one place?!

Shadow and Syren have been on my mind since I have finished this hot little number. This little novella is a quick read but it does hold quite a bit of drama, angst and steam between the pages. I am very eager to see what the future will hold for the dark and stormy Shadow and Syren, the MC Princess.

"Frustration blooms like a flower, and the petals are slowly being plucked by Shadow, one by one."

Dani's characters and storyline didn't let us down with her impeccable badass biker boys and the rumble of biker territory angst. She captured it all with her sultry words that flew off the pages within this anthology.

This is a fantastic collection of stories and a must-read for anyone who enjoys a good MC romance. I just love anthology's they are a wonderful way to find new authors who write books in your favorite tropes. I thought these were just great books and while I had read books from most of the authors previously there were a couple of new to me authors in this collection. They were all good well-written reads and while I did enjoy one or two a little more than the rest they were all really good books and I would recommend.

TORN BETWEEN (A FALLEN SAINTS MC PREQUEL) BY DANI RENÉ
What a great MC story! I can't believe it's the first one by this author! JUST WOW, WOW, WOW! Shadow is the VP of one MC club. Syren is the daughter of Prez of another MC. They "knew" each other when she was still a teen, now she's almost eighteen. Shadow due to some business will come to the other club, and they will meet once again. Sparks will fly! Their connection is sizzling hot! Be ready for them as Shadow and Syren will take you for a ride that is not always obvious!
I hope book 1 in this series will come soon enough!

I loved every story that was included in Twisted Steel. I really like MC stories and each one here made me want to read which series it was from or put me on pins and needles waiting for the new series to come out. Every author out did themselves in getting me hooked. After reading it I had to go out and make sure to follow all of the authors who participated in this anthology. If you like MC stories you will love this book❤️❤️

This review is for Torn Between by Dani Rene

It is in your moment of decision that your destiny is shaped...

MC stories are almost always full of hard core brutality and sexy hot leather clad bikers. This description fits Shadow to a "T". Shadow is the VP and next in line to be the Prez of his MC Club. He has the reputation of being short tempered and savage, definitely not boyfriend material. But he does have a soft spot for Syren. She herself is next in line in her MC Club. Her father being the Prez. Shadow wants to keep her at arm's length, she is too young for him and he is definitely not good enough for her. Also his best friend Talon has his eyes on her.

Syren has a crush on Talon, but it's Shadow that has her all hot and bothered whenever he is around. This novella is a quick read but oh so good. I hope we see more of this story in the future as there is still so much to tell.

Absolutely loved every single story in this anthology!! Authors really outdid themselves. Once I got done with one, there was another one waiting. Full stories, not just pieces like in some anthologies. Love having some of my favorite authors all in one book. Would definitely recommend and hands down 5 stars all around!!

Excellent MC Anthology!! There is 14 amazing MC authors in this book. Some of who I have read before and some new authors to me. Anthology is the perfect way to find new authors.

Rein by Addison Jane: Wow the ending!! I can’t wait for more of Asher and Phee. This was just the beginning of their story and I want more these two.

Scarlett Black gave us the back store of Alessia and Hawk. The reason she left everything behind and went to Reno to start over.

This review is for Alluring Allies, this is the introduction of the story of Stoney and Boss. While I like Stoney, I’m not a fan of Boss. When I read MC stories I prefer a male as an MC prez, not a female. So that alone made it hard for me to like this story. I get Boss has to be a hard core woman but sometimes it was just too much. Also I don’t really go for that swingers thing.

The other story I read was Becoming Vexx. This is a story about women who have been abused and decide to start an MC that helps those type of victims. We get the story of Lana’s transition from being an abuse victim to dishing vengeance out.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. The book is about young kids being taken advantage of my an adult. About a family being separate from each other. Phee growing up with out her best friend because she was killed by a counselor. Phee got her a job working with horses that she loves but her past caught up with her. Now would be the time get the book. I will be getting more from this author.

Anthologies are a perfect way to find new authors to love.

I went straight for Torn Between by Dani René (the reason I picked up this anthology).
Shadow and Syrens's story, I've got no words to describe it. It's everything I know and love about Dani René's writing. A hot alpha hero and a sassy heroine.
I don't think there's a genre Dani René can't write. I'm hoping for more from Shadow and Syren or the Fallen Saints MC.

Next I read Fierce Love by Claire Shaw. My first read by this author and it pulled me in.
Joker (Jason) and Cassie's story is action packed with a real family sense within the MC.
It was left open for more which I'm hoping for.

**will update as I read more**

I know 3 of the authors. E.c. land Elizabeth knox and scarlett black. They blew me out of the water with their stories. The others are new to me so i had to adjust a bit but they were all great stories.
