(audiobook) The previous book sure was interesting, introducing this special group of people and the curses they’re burdened with. It was now time to deal with the changes in dynamics that occured when Rebecca came in the picture. And what changes!
Rebecca appears to be much more than I thought. She has powers and a determination that keep the story going. Caden experiences feelings he wasn’t used to, and now he has to deal with them. They change everything. Especially since an unexpected event–that I won’t explain because I don’t want to give away the plot. Let’s just say that his relationship with Rebecca isn’t easy. But there are surprising developments too. I loved that storyline! There’s also a new character that comes into play. This book is very much character driven.
We also get more informations about the secret society they’re a part of and the magics. There’s still a lot to uncover.
As for the romance, it takes an unexpected turn, and goes so far that it left me frustrated. I like my romance to develop more slowly. But once I got on board, and accepted the strong feelings between Rebecca and… nope, I won’t tell! The choices they made and the actions they took made sense and were a sure proof of the love they felt. It was actually emotional.
But now I can’t wait for the next book, because I want to know what’ll happen to all those characters.
As for the narrators, one of them comes for just a couple of chapters. The two others come back to their characters, and they do as much a good job as in the first book.

As I sit down to type this review I filled with a wide range of emotions - hurt, love, anger; just to name a few. Rebecca and Caden's love story is fraught with obstacles and pain. Their story took me on a roller coaster of emotions. Lust has twists I never saw coming! And that ending!
The narrators, Jason Clarke, Cindy Kay, and Tim Paige, do a superb job bringing the story and emotions to life.

This paranormal book has many twists and turns. There are dark magic elements, evil guys lurking and no one knows who can be trusted. The small group of friends band together to fight the evil and try to find away out of the mess. Narrators Jason Clarke, Cindy Kay and Tim Paige are great.

OMG...There are tears streaming down my face as I type up this review along with shock. The ending is so deep and has made it so hard to type up this review. If you read or listen to this story, please prepare yourself for one hell of an ending!!
The characters were amazing!! Rebecca is such a strong willed character. The love she had was incredible, especially for Caden. And Caden.....I have no idea how to even put things into words....He is THE most loving, loyal, caring and supportive character that I have ever gotten the privilege to know. Even though he has suffered a lot, he still continues to be all the things I mentioned above.
The story-line is phenomenal!! There was so many twists and turns that my fiance and I never saw coming. We found it a compelling, complex and interesting story. The twists were sad and shocking!! This story for sure made us stop, shake our heads, become very sad and I cried at the end, while Ed sat with pure awe and amazement.
The narrators were awesome and kept us wanting to listen to more. All three narrators made this book so enjoyable and we found ourselves shutting off the TV and wanting to listen to more of the story because the narrators pulled us in that far into it. I felt as if I was part of the story as they continued to tell us more of the story. They even made the voice overs so believable. We highly recommend this story, but tissues will be needed!!

I couldn't wait to dig into this book after listening to book one. This is Caden's story, and if you love a little paranormal, a lot of lust and extreme suspense, this second book is for you! Caden is falling for Rebecca, and wants to be normal again. Becca too has feelings for Caden and what she goes through is mind boggling! With an ensemble cast of characters, we have twists and turns that take us through the darkest of magic and the most evil of people. Who can you trust? Who are your friends? And where will this all go? The ending is beyond surprising! Leaving us on the edge, Daniele Lanzarotta has me waiting for book 3 to be released on audio!
Narration by this team is superb. Jason Clarke is amazing as Caden as he goes through so many emotions. Caden is complex, and Clarke nails it. Cindy Kay is Becca, and she gives her such amazing strength. Becca has life changing decisions to make, and Kay brings out all the feelings as if we were there making them with her. And Tim Paige as Austin with that southern accent, he is amazing, and then switches to Justin with ease. This is a great ensemble and bring this one to life.

Tucker has some serious issues......
I'm beyond mad at Tucker. He is the biggest jerk I've ever read about. I wanted to climb into this story and kick his a$$ a few time tor how he treats Rebecca. He has do some awful stuff to hurt her and Caden. I have a lot more respect for Rebecca as we learn more about her story. She is a lot stronger than you realize and how she can control John and put him in his place is simply amazing.
There are some funny/sad thing that happen in this story. I love the part how Jones is called The Fairy Godfather. I was laughing so hard I had tears coming down my eyes. If you have read book on in the series get started on book 2 right away. More question are answered. This book is very well written and the flow is wonderful. Can't wait for book 3 to come out.

This is the second book in The Sinners Series, a Paranormal Romance. I like the cover! Liam, Rebecca, Tucker, Justin and Caden’s adventure continues in this emotional installment, full of lust and suspense. The storyline is intense and captivating. The story ends with an unpredictable twist, and I can’t wait for the next book in the Series to know what happens next. Jason Clarke, Cindy Kay, and Tim Paige did an amazing job with the narration!

this had so many twists and turns... things that showed up i never saw coming... it was wonderfully written.. sexy.. fun... it made me smile and made me think about throwing my kindle across the room haha.. i loved it so much and cannot wait for more.

OMG!!! I m not ok. Someone send wine... Daniele is killing me with this series. Oh my what a twists and turns!! I didn't saw them coming! Such an addictive, intense, mysterious read that left me wanting MORE!!! I need book 3 ASAP. Can't wait!!

This book is non-stop action. I’ve spent most of the storyline with my heart in my mouth as it is so emotional. Daniele shows great courage in her writing. There is a fearlessness that I admire in this book. I can’t wait for the next one. A fantastic performance from all three narrators.

lots of different things happening in this book. I like the characters and the fact that they have a common enemy to fight. I'm not big on the lust curse. or cliff hangers, only because it doesn't seem to be another book out to complete this series yet. would listen/read if there was one

Consistent with the style of the first part of the story, which was very good. I loved the twists.
