Good summary reference source on current state of best-practice construction management. Would have been handy to have once or twice for work projects.

Grandson asked if I wanted to read his college textbook, so I did. Fun seeing this topic covered in such a logical, organized way. CM has come a long way in 50 years since my Dad was on the leading edge.

Author adds some personal editorial comments from time to time. Transitions from factual content to editorial are a little awkward, but I got used to them.
