Payback is right!
This was excellent! It kept the pages going following Karen and his compatriots struggle against almost overwhelming off to bring down the Colosus and the AO organization. The victory is costly but now Merrick and his organization will be the ones on the run! I can't wait for the next book!

Best book Ever
Explosive in every scene. So many characters to keep in check. But everyone is unique and badass in their own way. Even the bad guys got mad game. So smart and very well thought out, with action, action, action all over. I don't know how they're going to top this one. Best book ever.

Action packed
All Hell has broken loose and now that everything has come to a head the Nexus students and friends can now unleash their talents to full affect and to great enjoyment of the reader i found.
The best of the series yet and something im in two minds about as it brings us almost to the end.

A proper David Gemmel ending
Payback is a bitch. Nice to see our heroes getting revenge on the Arbitrators.
Great characters with realistic situations and lots of and adventure.

Kaiden is back in action and man is it exciting. The action never lets up, going from one groups fight to the rest of the main groups fights, until they're all reunited fighting together. Do they win? You'll need to read it to find out.

Great revenge
Absolutely fantastic action from beginning to the end! Can't believe what happened to Wolfson at the end! Sounds like this is coming to a close in the next book this has been an AWESOME Series!!!

Whoowee ...what a rise
I'm still reeling from book 10, just finished this one and BAM... another kick in the gut. I sure didn't see that coming. Young Joshua, you're as wildly twisted as your father and I'm loving your books!!!

Unsurprisingly, this volume is heavy on battle scenes. But as Wolfson tells Caiden, the best soldiers fight for those they care about.
