Honestly, the beginning was a little shaky. The early dialogue between the characters was a little "off." Nothing bad, it just didn't flow very well. But that didn't last long. Once the story got into the main conflict, things really took off. We got to meet some really cool characters (both human and dragon). The action was well done (and there was a lot of it). The dialogue was much better as the story went on. Everything flowed together nicely and I'm looking forward to the next book.
