A marriage is worth as much as it’s profitable. But can they keep their hearts out of this contract?
Jewelry designer Tamara once again finds herself face-to-face with the Earl of Melton at a party. He's the CEO of a hugely successful company, with a strong build and masculine features, not to mention her father’s choice to be her husband! With the confidence of a conquering hero, once again he asks for her hand in marriage. Although she refuses him right away, in order to save the business she has worked so hard to start, eventually she agrees. They hatch a plan to become husband and wife for half a year, each pursuing their own business goals―him, a successful merger with her father’s company, her, a steady list of clientele―but can Tamara resist his passionate act?

Sawyer is your typical harlequin hero, with stars in his eyes for his ambition and is willing to get it by using the heroine. Tamara has not had many upstanding men in her life and her dad pushing her into marriage instead of realising her ambition is painful to see.

Sawyer proposes a marriage of convenience, gets his two friends to help out and gets Tamara to agree to a fake marriage. However, her father throws Sawyer a curveball and expects a baby before the merger between them. Sawyer in typical male fashion, thinks its a bit of an inconvenience but he's confident he can swing things his way. When Tamara finds out, Sawyer finally realises he loves her and throws ambition aside for her.

While the humour is relatable, its disappointing that the men run the plot. Tamara is really just led around by the nose and its disappointing that she doesnt really get her back in any of this. Her father comes out the winner. To be honest, this plot device is a bit overplayed and ridiculous.
