Very Good Read
This is a new author with her first book published. I am excited I stumbled across this book. It is a very quick read, took me less than an hour to read it. It pulls you into the story and attraction between the characters. I am looking forward to part 2 of this story. There are hints at Detective Matt Boomer and PI Dixie St. John having a relationship that has been building for 3 years. I would love to have more back story. Which I feel will happen in part 2...fingers crossed. Jessica Avary has a great voice and a knack for creating a world and characters that are not only believable, but relatable. I cannot wait to see what else comes from this author.
