Cankerfell Tunnels, a place where people travel to gain fame and wealth, yet every single individual who goes in disappears. Most assume them to be dead due to the many bodies discovered in the surrounding woods. These deaths are attributed to one murderer. No one believes the killer to be human, however. When Priscilla Linnel's best friend, a paranormal investigator, ventures inside them with her fellow teammates, she never comes back. With a possible paranormal entity on the loose, will Priscilla follow in after her friend and meet this supposed creature herself? Or, will she be greeted by a more dreadful fate?
Like gore? Messed up obsessions? This has to be the book for you !!!
This book is very well written, at first I thought there was too much details but then I realized I wouldn’t have been able to picture it so well without them. This book kept me at the edge of my seat, I was horrified at some things but that’s why I love it. If you yourself think it’s too detailed just make it past the first two chapters and you’ll see how good it is. I have gotten a few friends to read it and they loved it.
I started reading this a week ago and man am I stunned. LIKE I DID NOT EXPECT IT TO BE THIS CRAZY. My gosh was this a ride. I can't wait to read the next books. The writing is great and the characters are so gooodd lovee the creature and the fl so much. This definitely went beyond my expectations. I'm so glad I found this book. Thank you so much author, I can't wait to look into your other books too.
I read this book on Wattpad when I was younger and eventually got a copy of the book… I ended up getting almost all of Redswoods books. Her writing is amazing and fantastic and this book truly got me interested in reading horror/thriller. A life changer if I had to say. The pacing was amazing and so was the characters, the plot was fantastic. This book is a gem I will not ever stop recommending among other books Redswood writes. I appreciate her writing as a reader and writer myself.
I loved it soo much !! It was so gruesome and i liked how the author did not try to sugarcoat the bad mental state of either of the two protaginists !!! I can't wait to read more of her stories !!
I recently finished re-reading this for the 2nd time and it'll always be one of my favourite dark romances. The setting was great, immersive, and suspenseful. I also liked their dynamic a lot. And that ending!
There were moments at time where I felt like the story dragged on for a bit but overall, it didn't impact my experience that much (maybe it's because of my bias) but I am definitely planning on reading the rest of the series some day.
I Love this book!!! Descriptions are sometimes long and some scenes feel like info dumps but the overall plot is very interesting and keeps you on the edge of your seat. The creature is awesome though! Would highly recommend if you like both the horror and romance genres, just make sure you can handle gore.
Stumbled upon this on Wattpad and omg was it good. Literally one of the best fanfictions I ever read on there. It's so well written, and extremely detailed, and that helped create these vivid images in my head. The characters are extremely well written, and everything is so well thought out. Even the sequels did not disappoint.
I cant lie when I say I genuinely love this book so much, and when I say this I mean it (it's my fifth time reading and yes I am sad) maybe I'm rereading it cause I'm a twat or smth though idk
