Great story but lousy editing
This is book 2 in the series and I can’t wait for the next book. Loved the storyline and the characters. I would have given 5 stars except the editing was horrendous. There were many parts I had to read over because they didn’t make any sense. The character’s names were mixed up constantly. Editing, editing, editing.

I hate saying this
I read the first book.... I was intrigued by the plot and characters . This book however is probably the most disappointing to me because there is so much potential for it to be a great story but the writing style is very convoluted. The dialogue is disjointed and confusing. Half the time I couldn't tell who was actually saying what. It reads like it was written in another language then Google translated and printed from the translation with out being edited for proper english syntax or punctuation. I feel with the proper attention from a copy editor this would be an excellent novel. Unfortunately I am not able to invest in finding out what happens in book three.

This is the second book in the series and I do recommend reading them in order. I found the story entertaining but it does need to be edited. Bella and Killian, Maxim and Matteo are great characters and the story has loads of twists and turns with loads of drama. The typos are distracting, a good story.

I DNF’d at chapter 2. The errors are so abundant in the first chapter, I couldn’t even find purpose of the story. The distraction is real. Edit, people. Edit, edit, and then edit again.
The story has zero personality. It’s monotone and flat. Slash’s intentions are clear, but the emotion doesn’t translate. The author tells, rather than shows, what the character’s are going through, in awkward, choppy sentences.
I never want to discourage an author. However, I won’t be reading any more of her work. This is too bad a first impression.

Grammatical nightmare
This book has so much potential but there are just so many errors that it’s nearly impossible to follow. Between names being mixed up and lack of quotations during character conversations...it’s just a mess and becomes a headache barely 1/4 of the way through.

I enjoyed this book, loved all the drama that was involved in this book. The characters were great, well thought out. Did not like Bella,s stepdad one bit. Was a dark romance. Only down side finishes on a cliff hanger, which sadly isn’t my favourite read sorry. Great book thou recommend

Oh dear, I was really hoping this one was going to be a lot better than the first but the editing seems to have been totally forgotten here. The story is all over the place. I really wanted this to get better. I am sad that I don't know if I can even make myself read the last one to find out what happens to Bella and her guys. :/

worse then book 1
Author needs an editor, the writing in the book was so bad compared to the first book, which was already bad. The intimate scenes were as if a teenager wrote them and thought they were being creative using “adult words” and throwing every word they knew into a sentence. It was pitiful.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Bella, Killian, Matteo and Maxim are really good characters. Killian, Matteo and Maxim are dominate characters. The twist and turns, hot and steamy with emotions that makes you want more.

Horrible book
Hard to follow..poorly written,terrible grammer, bad editing, i truly cant say enough negative stuff about it..i couldnt make it thru the first chapter..for heaven sakes where are the proof readers?

Would be a good book if it was edited right.
This would be an amazing story but the grammar needs to be checked, I had to re-read over the story line to figure out what was going on. So many mistakes in the story and a lot of the story did not even make sense.

Extremely entertaining, captivating and interesting sexy read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong, intriguing characters. I want to read more from this author.
