I cannot recommend this book enough. Whether you workout a lot, or never this book is SUCH an important read for anyone with a body. (I definitely recommend reading Chapters 12 and 13 first and then going back to the beginning) Even if you have zero interest in fitness at all, READ THIS BOOK. If you are the owner of a human body and wish to keep it in working order for any amount of time, READ THIS BOOK.
This book was a very informative read. I am a Kinesiology major and have my bachelor degree in that with a minor in exercise physiology. He was on point with everything he outlined in every chapter. I will say that Tom Holland is a little long winded on some of his points, but overall it was a good read and real helpful on giving knowledge on what the average person should be seeking out when it comes to health and fitness
