About the author

African diaspora history has been either completely ignored or deliberately misconstrued to the point that the descendants are in a constant identity crisis. Realizing this, Quineka Ragsdale knew that a tool was needed to not only teach her children, but also others, unapologetic African diaspora history. Therefore, she decided to create one. The Dallas native and Journalism major began writing the Demarcus Jones book series in 2010. Her natural love for history and writing flowed into a fictional character who brings mystery, adventure and excitement intertwined with factual history.  "The Greatest Hall of Fame (Book 2)" is another great Jozef Book and Breakfast with a healthy bowl of homemade granola mix. Quineka Ragsdale brings a young girl's adventure through a maze of rooms to experience defining moments in the lives of American heroes and leaders. Great for MG readers, class book projects, history bowls, and youth programs. Be challenged and motivated to be like Zaria and live out the lessons learned by the amazing heroes she meets. Not only do they look like her but their lives mirror the challenges she overcomes in this adventure. There's so much to learn and many ways to enjoy it with readers. 4.5 stars! #JozefBookandBreakfast

The Greatest Hall of Fame Book 2

Zaria’s adventures with the Greatest Hall of Fame
was well documented. Each journey showed her something about her life by using the lives of some famous African Americans. The principles that guided them, Zaria choose to apply to her own life. Things like courage, determination, confidence, empowerment, believing in one self, dedication and passion helped her make some good decisions.
This book was very hood and contained some awesome life principles. It was illustrated so well! I loved this ebook!
