Would you adopt a 400-year-old teenager? How about one with fangs?

The Last Vampire boxed set is an exciting 8 book series all available in one GIANT collection! Grab yours now for an extremely fantastic low price!

The Girl Behind The Wall:

Vicki was put into a deep sleep and has no clue centuries have passed. That is, until she’s accidentally woken up by a father and daughter on a vacation.

Cars? Cell phones? What’s an Instagram? How can Craig and Alexis explain the world?

No one said educating a teenage vampire would be easy.

The Girl in The Back Row:

High school means classes, making friends, hanging out, cutting classes… and keeping your fangs to yourself. Watch out world, this teen’s bite is worse than her bark.

Welcome to public school Vampire teen. Keep an eye out for the ones who would rather put you back in a box, but this time forever.

Vicki is getting a crash course in teenage life, if she can just keep her true nature hidden.

Fortunately, she wants to make new friends more than mayhem. Too bad others aren’t going to make that so easy.

The Girl With A Secret:

Vickie’s a 400-year-old teenage vampire in a suburban public school. Combine that with vampire strength and speed, mix in typical teenage impulse control and trouble follows.

Her new dad, Craig and adopted sister, Alexis are having trouble helping Vickie keep her identity under wraps – especially as classmates realize there’s something different about her.

Is time running out? Reports of a Last Vampire are getting back to the centuries old Circle. Dedicated to hunting down vampires, they are getting closer to tracking her down.

The GIrl In Plain Sight:

New semester. New classes. New challenges. Can a 400-year-old teenage vampire learn to control her powers enough to manage the halls of public school? And not bite anyone of course…

Vickie is making friends with a new girl, someone Alexis doesn’t trust. Alexis is starting a romance with Will, and Vickie smells trouble. Are the girls worried about the wrong things or can they help each other out?

The Girl Unleashed:

No matter the century, being a teenage vampire is hard when there’s no one around to teach you how to be cool, date and lift a car out of the way without getting caught.

Vickie has grown into a rockstar vampire with her powers, but she can still cause harm. Not a good way to stay hidden when everyone has the number to TMZ and a camera in their pocket. Selfie with the teenage vampire anyone?

Social media can bite worse than a vampire’s fangs.

The Girl Revealed:

Even though she’s a 400-year-old teenager, Vickie still hasn’t grasped the dangers of modern technology. Everyone has a cellphone and can catch anything on video… It’s only a matter of time before our favorite hero with fangs ends up on everyone’s small screen.

I love that Martha Carr and Michael Andrele have found success, but their quick pace is showing in this series as their editing slips a lot. This series had so many errors due to poor editing. "Dad" repeats his stories in various books nearly verbatim. The whole school mess with the principal giving out student addresses is so far from what education in the hyper-confidentiality-aware 2020s is like. And I had to roll my eyes when Victoria's parents called her "Vickie" in her vision. And why didn't Dad call the lady he dated at the podcasters con? Seriously, he was a great guy and did not deserve you forgetting his first potential gal when he started dating.

Another fantastic series

Gotta love magic, good guys , bad guys and vampires. Oh, but this vamp doesn't bite, but there is another branch/species that does. But wait, I won't say any more because I hate spoilers. The only distraction in this series is the editing and spell checking are not at professional level, and it does somewhat take from the stories. But rating on story alone, even that its truly a YA series, the authors get 5 Shooting Stars!!! Can't wait to read the next series of theirs that I find.

A vampire that does not drink blood is not a vampire.

Took me a month to read this because the vampire was not a vampire. Quit trying to Reinvent the wheel . I also came here to read a book not read about your lives. The author's notes had 0 to do with the book. There are a few Spots in the book where you lost track of what was happening And just forgot to continue it later on correctly. Even so I found myself cheering for Vickie throughout.

I just finished this box set. I really enjoyed the characters and the storyline. It was well written and felt like something that could happen if magic was real. After all, whose to say that we won't find a body simply sleeping in a coffin instead of dead. I didn't like the vampire, Vicki at times. Even though she is 400 years old, she couldn't listen at times. All in all, it is a very good series.

Some books were better than others.

This is a young adult series about a young Vampire. It is not set in the Oriceran Universe. Overall it is a good story. Reading 8 books straight through does highlight continuity errors, characters behaving illogically, and plot holes. The teenage characters were very well portrayed. The adult non-family characters were flat.

A new type of Vampire living in an everyday household in USA. What is a Sang? How is the Circle and the US Government involved?
A fascinating storyline that I read over 4 days while in hospital. Fabulous. Highly recommended to YA and not so YA.

A different kind of vampire

I really liked this series. It was a unique take on vampires with some great characters. It's a this series for teens and adults without any gratuitous sex and violence

Good read

Wish she was a little older. The storyline was based on high school. Great storyline and characters. A good read.

Enjoyable, albeit not very inventive or engrossing. There were some editorial errors that annoyed me and took away from the story. The romance was also a bit young and simplistic for my taste.
