For the Ante-Fae bone witch, Raven, her experience with a serial killer has left her shaken and as she enjoys her new friendship with Ante-Fae Trinity, she finds herself drawing closer to the edge than ever before. Trinity has his secrets and he threatens Raven’s relationship with Kipa, Lord of the Wolves as well as her friends. When Raven’s recklessness causes issues and even more danger, can she find a way to help her friends and come back to herself as she deals with nightmares’ and memories that threaten everything she holds dear? And will the price be Raven’s life?

WITCHING MOON follows up after Sun Broken ended and it is everything I love from this author and more. We get new characters to meet and enjoy, find out how everyone fared after Sun Broken (Wild Hunt book 11) ended and the aftereffects that affect everyone involved. What I love about this author is how much character growth goes into the books as they move along. Each time I pick up one of this author’s books, I am awed by her world building and character development. I love how diverse and unique the world and characters are in the Wild Hunt series. It is filled with life-like characters t hat fairly brim with energy and leap out of the pages while I read the books. I always want to know more about them and how much each has grown within the series books. The author’s worldbuilding is amazing as it seems so massive on scale and yet works perfectly within the series as we find out more about the principal players in the series as well as the surrounding scenery.

WITCHING MOON picks up a few months after Raven’s run in with Pandora and her madness. Filled with nightmares, anxiety episodes and more, Raven has tried to move past it but cannot as it impacts every part of her life, From her relationship with Kipa to her friends. I loved how Raven could not walk this one off as much as forget it as well. It was nice to see how Raven dealt with something or someone more powerful than she. It gave me a better sense of who this character is, and I loved how dark she became as she dealt with her memories and terrors. Yasmine Galenorn delivers a darker book in the series but one that works perfectly in my opinion with moving the overreaching story ARC in the Wild Hunt Series and kept me glued to the pages till the very end. I loved every aspect of Raven’s journey to healing from this traumatic event and trying to repair the relationships she damaged by pushing them away during her time of afterwards. The author does a great job in capturing Raven and other’s unease and helplessness as they try to help Raven deal with everything that happened in Sun Broken.

WITCHING MOON delivers a wonderful addition to the series and I loved meeting new Ante-Fae to enjoy and I am really loving Raven’s mother as well. She was a hoot to see in action. If you are looking for a wild, unique series that will leave you breathless than grab the first book in the Wild Hunt series, The Silver Stag and get ready to be drawn into a world so amazing, you won’t want to leave it. I can’t wait to see where the author goes in the series and with her beloved characters. I do recommend reading this right from book one as each book capitalizes on the past ones. It will be easier to understand the whole story ARC that is making its way through them.

I was given an Advance Reader Copy as a gift from author without obligation. I am providing an honest review.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, told from the point of view of Raven, not long after the events of the previous book. Raven is still suffering, not so much physically, but definitely mentally from her ordeal at the hands of Pandora and as hard as she tries, she really is not coping too well. This book helps her to deal with those events in more than one way and it was good to see Raven slowly coming back to her normal self.

On a night out with Trinity, they visit a quiet, abandoned garden, only for Raven to hear the shrieks of a spirit. When she goes to help, she fears she has woken something up, something deadly, nasty and something that needs putting down again! However, this creature is so vicious, it's going to take more than just Raven to do so, so the Wild Hunt step in to help along with a few others as well.

I loved Raven in this book - she really showed her strength through admitting her fears and asking for help - something we, as humans, don't tend to do too often! And it worked! She came out better, stronger mentally and a lot happier. I love her relationship with Kipa and Raj is definitely a fave character of mine. It was also great to see the relationship between Raven and her mother as well.

This book was another amazing installment in this series and one I highly recommend. Thank you to Ms Galenorn for sending me a copy to review!

Something I love about this series is that Ms. Galenorn gives us two points of view: one is Ember, the other one is Raven (Ember's friend). This book is Raven's POV, and it felt like a sweet treat. In the previous book, Raven had gone through a tough event and here we see her reactions to it and how she manages to deal with it. The character development gets deeper because we're talking about trauma, deepening relationships and getting to know her mother.

There is action in the plot (Raven is a Bone Witch and she tried to take on a big bad otherworldly thingy), but I felt that it was mostly background for how Raven evolves and copes with the recent events.

I loved the book, I loved the writing and I can't wait to get the next books in the series!

Another epic installment to The Wild Hunt series.

Raven is dealing with some self issues, while an innocent exploratory adventure turns for the worse when something far more dangerous than they were expecting awakens.

Ravens friend Trinity invites her to visit a beautiful secret Garden. More than flowers lay in awaiting when Raven hears the shrieking of spirits all around. For fear the two have woken something very nasty and dangerous, Raven will need the help of The Wild Hunt for this mission.

Witching Moon is an action packed and emotional read. Raven's growth throughout this book shows just what a strong character she is. Admitting your faults is never easy and asking for help even more so. Being the independent woman she is, she tries helping herself and realizes her problems go deeper then she is able to heal herself. With the encouragement and help of her friends, Raven begins the journey to heal her mind and soul. Raven and Kipa take a big step in their relationship. Their chemistry is amazing. Kipa is a good man and truly has Raven’s Best interest at heart. Even when she’s trying to push them away. I love how he stood beside her and encouraged her to talk. That one’s definitely a keeper.

Witching Moon was amazing. Action packed and fast moving with a lot of healing and growing. Ms. Galenorn’s world are something magical and I alway enjoy a visit with The Wild Hunt.

Witching Moon, book 12 in the Wild Hunt series, by Yasmine Galenorn, is an absolute must read . I received this book as a gift from the author, with no strings attached, to read and review as I saw fit.
If you're looking for Ante-Fae, Gods and Goddesses, Fae, Gargoyles named Raj, and just about every creature imaginable, this is a read for you. Fast paced, chock full of energy .
Raven Bone Talker, one of the Ante-Fae, is recovering from the mental and physical torture at the hands of an insane Goddess. Her life is in an uproar, and she is having severe issues acclimating back to her life as she knew it, and is forever changed by her experience.
With the help of boyfriend Kipa, and her beloved Gargoyle Raj to support her, Raven tries to find her way back.
When a friend , Trinity, takes her to a beautiful garden, not knowing it's in the center of an abandoned care home for veterans of WWII long abandoned, things go awry in a huge way. Raven enlists her friends from The Wild Hunt Agency to help right wrongs that she deeply identifies with.
I love, love, loved this book ! It's powerful to the core, and hits home in sending a message ~ it's okay to ask for help , and your loved ones always have your back.
Ms. Galenorn, I can't wait for the next book... this series gets under your skin in the best way possible, and if there is such a thing as a book series addiction, then count me addicted to the Wild Hunt.

Thos book continues after Sun Broken. If you haven't read that book I suggest you do before reading Raven's latest book since a lot that happened in that book is referenced back to in this book.
I loved this book. We got to see the aftermath of what happened in Sun Broken and the impact it had on everyone. We also got to learn more about Trinity. I still have mixed feelings about this character, I think he will be good but I honestly dont know! Since we are seeing him from different perspectives (between Raven in this book and Ember in the last book) I dont know where his character is going!
We also got to see Raven's relationship sleeping with Kip. PTSD takes its toll on everyone around you so it is great that Ms. Galenorn paid attention to that when she wrote this book.
Now to the bad guy... he/she/they was intense. It was a nasty one! I love how these books look into hauntings and the different types there are. Ghost have alway been interesting and I love how they are always a topic in a lot of Ms. Galenorn's books.
Over all, a wonderful read! You have to read Sun Broken to understand some of the new characters and the fallout that happens in this book. Love this series and I cant wait for the next one.

This is book 12 in the series and deviates a little from the series in that Raven again takes the lead in this installment. Her experience with a serial killer has left her shaken and as she enjoys her new friendship with Ante-Fae Trinity, she finds herself drawing closer to the edge than ever before. Trinity has his secrets, and he threatens Raven’s relationship with Kipa, Lord of the Wolves as well as her friends. When Raven’s recklessness causes issues and even more danger, can she find a way to help her friends and come back to herself as she deals with nightmares and memories that threaten everything, she holds dear? I loved this book. From the moment that I started there was no putting it down and I proceeded to finish it in one sitting. And once again after finishing this installment in the series I find myself already grabbing the next in the series and can't wait to get started!

Raven has some emotional baggage, and PTSD from her run in with Pandora. This book is focused on how Raven deals with the trauma, and repairing and strengthening the relationships that were becoming strained from her fears.

Raven has become good friends with Trinity- another Ante-fae. When he shows her an abandoned garden, she hears a spirit screaming for help. When she trys to help, she stumbles into awakening a nightmare creature that seems to be trapping ghosts. Raven has to gather her courage, and ask her friends for help to defeat the creature.

As always, this was an AMAZING book by Mrs. Galenorn! Raven has become my favorite character, and I love seeing how she grows and develops in her own books.

For some reason this was a tough book for me to read, I was bored and kept putting it down. I did like how Raven was able to get help, so that the Raven at the start of the book was very different from the one at the end of the book. Her being kidnapped and tortured not haunting her so much. I also liked how both her and Kipa talked about Raven and how she was hurting, how to get help and their relationship through out the book. The big bad was creepy and glad that Herne and the others could help. But it was Raj who stole this book. I liked how he was with Raven, how at times he kinda hit her with some deep stuff, making Raven aware that he knew something was wrong with her and he missed his friend.

Raven is still recovering from PTSD after her terrible experience at the hands of Pandora. Investigating a haunted structure, she accidentally awakens a malevolent entity, Lykren, who dwells at a conflux of ley lines. He attacks Raven on the physical plane as well as the spirit plane, frightening her into a panic. Ghosts? Who are you going to call? Raven! She is reassured by Arawn that he and Cerridwen are always looking out for her. She learns about Trinity’s heritage, a surprising revelation. She finally gets help for her PTSD from Ferosyn. An attempt to destroy the Lykren ends badly. Getting powerful reinforcements, they try again, finally successful after a tense battle. Typhon is getting stronger.

Witching Moon is a slightly different twist of the traditional ghost story and I was glad
of the chance to read it. You do get the chance to see a bit more of Trinity as well as Raven
being able to deal with the trauma she went through in Sun Broken at the hands of the
wicked and twisted Pandora. Kipa along with other familar characters from the Ante-Fae
books are there as well a new character who comes in handy towards the end of this
particular book.
All in all, a most enjoyable read and one that I would recomend along with the rest
of the Wild Hunt series.

This is another gem from Ms. Galenorn!

Every time a book from Yasmine Galenorn pops up on it's release day ( I always preorder!), I hurry to get stuff around the house done so that I can settle in and read to my hearts content. I have never been disappointed, I always end up riding waves of emotion and getting lost in amazing worlds . The characters are so well developed. I have to say that interchange with Raven and Herne? Big tears. I had wanted to know how Victor's girlfriend was, even managed to squeeze that in. So many details to keep track of, blows my mind! Beautifully written.

Raven is having a hard time dealing with what happened to her. Her emotions are everywhere and its affecting her day to day life. Her friendship with Trinity is also being questioned. Oh and lets just throw in a creepy hospital that is occupied by an evil being. Will Raven be able recover from her horrible encounter? Will her relationship survive her trauma?
Buckle up and be ready for another fast paced wild ride like only Yasmine can deliver. Raven is honestly becoming one of my favorite characters and i love all the characters in this series to. This was another fantastic book in the Wild Hunt series by Yasmine Galenorn. Raven is one of my favorite characters. My heart broke for her after the last book and I loved seeing the honestly written aftermath of experiencing such trauma. I cherished getting to see more of Raven’s world and Trinity. I am also very intrigued by Raven’s mother, Phasmoria. She is fantastically written. I can see her having a girls night with Raven, Ember, and Angel but at the same time she’s a little intimidating. Once I started the book, I couldn’t put it down. The plot was riveting with several surprises. I am always amazed with the authors mix of characters from mythology you think you know and ones most people gave never heard of. I cannot wait for the next book!

This book took me through Ravens trauma. It really brought out her human side. But she grew from it, and became so much more! I am never ever disappointed in the wild hunt series. And Raven has quickly become one of my absolute favorite characters to read. Absolutely worth every star!

Brilliantly magical journey

I always look forward to Yasmine Galenorn books. This is no exception.
It's great to have followed these characters through the previous books. It helps to understand why Raven is struggling. But it's still a nail biting and exciting. I can't imagine anyone with an appreciation of urban fantasy could not enjoy this!

As always Galenorn delivers. I love her books. You really need to read the series to follow along, as this definitely isn't a stand-alone. It has its story that starts and ends with this book, but so much goes on prior to this that really explains some of the happenings that you need to read the series....which you should do anyway as they are AWESOME!!!

bedazzled witchcraft

Magic and adventure with a side of crystals (and legit magic wands).

Tortured off page, Raven comes to terms with her new reality, and PTSD that comes from survival.

Complex relationships, parents who still live, and platonic adult friends bring a lot more layers to this series than any other monster of the week PNR.

Loved This

This one is from Raven’s perspective, and I adore her. We get to know her a little better, and to see that even she has things that frighten her terribly. I love seeing how her relationship with Kipa is growing, too.

A haunting

It's time to get back in the saddle and our girl is asked to help on a case. Our heroine is coming to terms with her PTSD & her friends support is much appreciated. Having your mother along can be a daunting thing but in this case it's invaluable.

Still a good read

The characters are interesting and compelling. Each book seems episodic and the breaks between seem kong. This book, while nice, nothing much seemed to happen.
