Every “quiet” town has secrets. The one nobody expected is about to rock Whisper Cove.
During what should’ve been a romantic double date, a fire breaks out at a historic home. Harper Harlow and Jared Monroe race to the scene to make sure nobody is trapped or in danger … and discover one heck of a secret.

Jared’s problems are even more pronounced. Whenever he questions an individual present at the house that night, they threaten him with a legal suit before clamming up. On top of that, he’s worried about Harper, who seems fixated on the case.

Entertaining Paranormal cozy mystery series
This is an entertaining paranormal cozy mystery series. Fantastic characters in an entertaining storyline. Harper Harlow is a young woman who lives in a suburb in Michigan. She has the ability to see and speak to ghosts and his created a method of helping them pass over to the other side. Her best friend since she was five years old Xander is your partner in their business ghost hunting Inc. Between helping people get rid of ghosts out of their homes and businesses occasionally Harper and crew get involved in murder mysteries around the area. Her fiancé Jared is a local police detective and Zanders uncle is his partner. Once again Something Happens in their town and Harper is out to find the ghost of the last soul. Read on and see what adventure happens this time. Can I find a ghost can I solve the mystery who did it and why? Read on and find out.

Laugh out loud fun..
As a Harper and Jared are at Jason's restaurant with Zander and Shawn a fire breaks out at a nearby Victorian mansion house. The gang all rush off following Jared as he heads into the burning building on a rescue mission.. emotions run high as Jared and Harper disagree about who should be taking risks but it turns out that there's only one victim, the owner Patty Porter, and she was already dead before the fire started.
What's weird is the property layout and a hidden tunnel which leads to a parking lot also hidden behind a fence.. a half dressed couple exiting the rooms, a group of men who shouldn't be there watching the fire.. it's Rain who supplies the, obvious, answer.. Patty Porter has been running a brothel right under everyone's noses!
As Jared and Mel track down the paying customers and Harper and Zander focus on Patty's ghost Harper's struggling with her emotions.. what is going on? Has she developed new empathic powers following her experience with Luke? Or is there something else happening.
Enjoyed every moment.. and the ending was epic!!

When Patty Porter's house burns down, no one guesses that Patty ran a house of ill repute. But Patty's death was murder.
She became a Madam to pay for rennovations on her house as she got older.
Jared and Mel have plenty of suspects in an assortment of cheating husbands.
Meanwhile, after Harper talks to Patty's ghost to see if she knows her killer, Harper begins to experience strange feelings.
This case turns out to be more dangerous than either Harper or Jared could have imagined.
And when all is said and done, Zander finds that dreams can come true.
Great paranormal murder mystery, romantic and sensitive to an issue affecting our senior citizens.
Very timely.

More haunted high jinks in Whisper Hollow
Jared and Harper are still adjusting to being engaged and enjoying planning the wedding. One night while out with Sander and Shaun their meal is interrupted when an historic old building close to the restaurant goes up in flames. Jared runs in to see if anybody is inside quickly followed by the other three who are shocked to see doors opening and people emerging partially dressed. Things get even more mysterious when the houses owner is found stabbed to death. This is a mystery with many twists and turns, it still has the trademark snarky humour and Sander as ever is a delight.

I love the snarkiness of the characters and the main storylines in Lily Harper Hart stories. However, I could do with way less over-the-top got-to-have sex constantly from Harper and Jared; they are around 30 years of age, not 16 and horny for God's sake. Also, the constant thread of Jared yells at Harper because she didn't tell him where/what she was going/doing is just old. Zander is also way-over-the top stereotypical of gay; he could be toned way down and still be quite the interesting character. A lot more of the ghost storyline instead of the constant daily chit-chat would also be refreshing. These stories would be awesome without the understory taking over the main plot.

I think this one is my favorite so far. Each book seems to have a little bit more than the last one. Jared and Mel are investigating a house fire. The house was owned by an older woman who has some SECRETS! This story definitely took some turns i was not expecting and I loved it!. Jared and Harper are planning some more of their wedding and Zander has decided he now wants to get married and is being a complete pill about it.
I really like this series, and hope we get more of these character soon. 😁

Wow
This was definitely fabulous. This series is my favorite of the Lily Harper Hart identity and it never disappoints. I definitely recommend it, her other series, as well as the books under her Amanda M Lee identity.
The story was entertaining and absorbing. There is a sex them to this book but nothing graphic. No language, no graphic violence.
Harper is a bit off in this book and Jared is concerned. Zander is his usual hilarious self and Shawn is his steady self. Mel and Jared have some great lines. Definitely a fun read.

Absolutely loved Ghostly Business!
Great story line -- some twists and turns -- humour
and drama ( mostly Zander's ) and a truly fantastic
ending. So happy Zander got his proposal wish!! This
is a phenomenal series and one I can't get enough
of. Can't wait for book 16!!!!! Glad more ghostly goings
on was in this book. I kinda miss the story lines of
the earlier books that had more ghostly goings on
and less about relationships. But all said and done
I definitely love this series!!!!

Harper, Jared, and Zander are at it again. Zander is driving the couple insane trying to take over their wedding preparations and he's driving his boyfriend, Shawn, crazy with his outrageous requirements for a proposal! I'm the middle of all that drama, a historic house in town catches on fire and a dead body is discovered. Finding out what happened is going to take a lot of work but worse than that, Harper is feeling off kilter and doesn't know why.
A great story, wonderful characters and meticulous writing, with tons of humor and snark!

I thought this was going to be a good story, and it was. Then, 30 minutes from the end of the book, it turned into an exciting story that I had to finish tonight. The only patron of the brothel willing to cooperate regarding the madam's death turns out to be the murderer, Brett. His paramour, Natalie, who took care of Patty, the madam who was suffering from alzheimers ends up being the sole beneficiary of her estate. In a surprising turn of events, Shawn totally gave Zander the proposal of Zander's dreams. I never thought that would happen. This is my second favorite book in the series now.

It was a good story. When do many suspects used the exact same words,I was surprised that didn't make Mel and Jared suspicious, but they ignored it. I guess it was a red herring. It's always worrisome when Hart's characters seem to hit "happily ever after" , because that means she will probably go start a new series, and I am not eager to never read about Harper and Zander again. Frankly I 'd love stories about ghost hunters with babies!

JK! I love that Jared always calls Harper, Heart! Their hearts truly beat as one!
I don't know how I feel about Patty's ghost though! She is different from all the other ghost Harper has experienced! In fact, I never believed that Lily Harper Hart would ever write about a brothel! This story is so, stand-alone from the rest! I love that it ends in someone else's happy ending!

The perfect mix
This series is one that has the perfect mix of love, friendship, romance, humor, mystery and the paranormal. The author is very talented to make all of the that work every book, especially book #15! This one had a few new things, one at then end that was a perfect fit for Zander.

Amazing read!
This author but it out of the park again! I love this series and this latest installment is no exception! I won't give any spoilers, music you enjoy your cozy mysteries with a ton of snark and romance. If you also enjoy bad guys you'll love to hate and a mystery that's wrapped up by the end then you'll love this series! Best of read in order!

WOW!!!
Great story, I couldn't put it down. The ending was spectacular! Can't say more because I don't want to spoil it for anyone! So I will just say it's a must read for any AML/LHH fan, but then so far I have found all her books to be must reads. I have read them all and they are all winners. 🏆

Oh my heart!
I have a huge love for Zander! I was hoping the emotional upheaval in this book was for a different reason but am super satisfied with the way she wrapped it up! If you havent read Harper Harlow and love Amanda M Lee and Lily Harper Hart I highly recommend her. She is Aisling and Bay kind of mashed into one person. Love love love it!

What a great read!! I haven't done a review for this series in a while now. Lily Harper Hart as done it again. Love the "Harper Harlow Mystery" series. The characters are so well developed from the first book to the last one so far. Keep them coming, please!!

Jared and Harper stumble upon a brothel in the middle of town after a fire almost destroys it. There’s too many suspects between the men and the women that were there. And just for fun, the ghost seems a little off her rocker as well. Super read! Enjoy!!!

Good read
Book 15 finds our group at the fire of a historic home that turns out to have a lurid past and possible present. There are plenty of secrets associated with the place and a current murder of the owner. There is also humor, angst, mystery, suspects, and a surprise ending. Highly entertaining.

This was another winner. I highly recommend all their books and different series. They all write wonderful paranormal mysteries with a great cast of characters. I have read almost 100 of their books and lived everyone of them. Once you start one you want to keep reading till the end. Diana Romano

Great book in this series! The characters are well developed and the conversations flow naturally.The plot and subplots move quickly,making it hard to put the book down. I can't wait for the next installment !

This series just keeps getting better with each new book. Just like Harper's gift gets better. I love the interactions of the characters, the drama, the comedy of Zander, and the things they get in to. Lily has another hit on her hands.

Wonderful delightful book
This was a great book! It was cozy paranormal romance at its best. This is one of my favorite life series. The antics of the main characters just make me !laugh out loud. My only problem with the book is I read it to fast. Worth your time to read

Great Harper Hallow story
This is a great exciting story about a person who leads a very interesting life seeing and transiting ghosts. Sometimes these ghosts have unfinished business. The interactions between Harper, her boyfriend and her best friend are very funny.

I have read all 15 Harper Harlow books & enjoyed each & every one of them, I've enjoyed the main characters and their friendship. I hope there will be a book 16, cause I have to see how their stories play out!
