This book is written in not a very polished language. The sentence formation at times seems immature. There also seems to be an ideological bias against liberal economy. Often when the book mentions the contribution of a private company, it doesnt fail to also mention that "some experts" are on agreement that india is worse off because of this private company.

Overall not a good book.

Great book to understand the baseline for Indian Policy Decisions. A great resource for anyone starting out economics.
