I enjoyed reading this book on a Saturday afternoon. Very concise, almost to a fault. The framework itself is very helpful. Would have loved to see more examples to help solidify the learning. Even still, the ideas here are helpful. Worth understanding the framework!

Short -- the authors say they cut a lot of the book before publishing (I downloaded the pdf version from Church's website), and I could tell. They move very quickly at a high level. More detail than a summary version, but not as much as a full hard cover. But they're probably right in saying that you learn Pink Sheets by making your own, not reading about them.
Pink Sheets are a way of organizing and expanding and clarifying one's ideas ("intellectual property") with the goal of turning their ideas into a practice (not a business, they reiterate). It's an interesting idea, and I can see how those who are able to distill their ideas into these models with metaphors and stories can use that prototype in all their work. Similar to how one might develop a branding with a colour palette, font, and logo and then apply it to all their output.
Another tool for the kit.
