Marley was what a lot of us women are. Afraid of stepping out of our comfort zone and she ended up settling for someone that we really don’t want. This story showed and proved you have to do what makes you happy regardless of what anyone else says. Their chemistry together was beautiful. Every time Demetri called her Simone I swore he was talking to me,lol.

Best One Hands Down
This is your absolute best read yet A! I am in love with Demetri! Due to "GUIDELINES" that I was WARNED that I was NOT FOLLOWING, I'm not at liberty to go into details about my love for this book or I'll be BANNED from leaving reviews. Which, by the way, was THOROUGHLY READ, I'm not understanding the problem. However, it was a great read and I recommend it to everyone! Amazing Job!

Outstanding job!! Books like this are why I love reading. I love love.. especially black love. I love happy endings. I love the lessons we learn from reading about other relationships. I can’t wait to see what Amani has going on. Oh and looking forward to the Christmas 2019 wedding and possibly a pecan tan 👶🏽😘

Good in every kind of way
This book was so cute. I laughed, couldn’t stop smiling, and shed a few tears. Lol. I love when two people love each other enough, to allow them to find happiness and love elsewhere. Great message. Also, I love how it spoke on not settling. Often as women, like Marley stated, it’s a comfort and familiarity that keeps us in situations. I hope we’re getting an update to attend the winter wedding. Demetri knows he was that guy, and he could definitely get it in every kind of way and that’s all I have to say. Lol. Great as always. I’ll be reading part 3 next.

Marley and Demetri were the missing pieces to each other's hearts. Their chemistry together was crazzzy. The heart wants what it wants. Demetri was just the right kind of guy for me. A mixture of rough, passionate and freaky... yasss!!! I wanted to fight Marley before she got some act right, lol. But I did love them together. Every Kind of Way brings out a great message and the sex scences are hotttt! The bomb 5 star read, recommended to readers!!

Baby passion isn't the word to describe Demetri and Marley's relationship. I would rather say electric, soul stealing!! If my man can't have me feel like that about him just off his smell or the sight of him, then he isn't the one for me lol. The dynamic between Marley and Drexel hit me the most because both were holding on when they should have let go from jump. Hopefully Amani gets her own story and we can an update on Marley and Demetri

Marley and Demetri were so cute! I love the way the relationship gradually progressed until they couldn’t be without one another. I don’t know what my girl Mar was doing with Drexel because clearly he was not the man for her, he seemed so boring! Lol But my oh my Demetri... he turned that girls world upside down and I loved every minute of it! I’m hoping their story doesn’t end here!

I understand she didn't want to hurt him, but babbbbyyyyy you only get one life to live so be happy with it.
Demetri is definitely ZADDYYYY!!! Like mannnnnnn he had me re-evaluating my life a few times while I was reading and side eyeing my BF a few times.

I'm so in love with Bear and Demetri and the way that they love on Kadence and Marley. Marley was in a dry relationship with Drexel and then Demetri came into her life like a whirlwind creating chaos in her order filled life. I'm glad that they got it together and hopefully soon Marley will give Demetri the baby that he desires. I can't wait for Amani's story to unfold.

Super Amazing
Oh my goodness I can’t even begin to explain how much I enjoyed this book...Lawd Demetri #bookbae was everything plus more I thought my face would lock in place from cheesing so hard because he was perfect especially for Marley...I’m just glad that Marley took the chance to explore and didn’t miss out because she was comfortable with familiarity...This book is definitely one of my top ten that I had read thus far and I can’t wait to dive into the next book

Unconventional but oh so good
Amani and Demetri's relationship started off very unconventionally. For some readers that is off-putting, for others like me, it's not a deal breaker. I loved that Demetri gave Amani butterflies and that's she felt with him like she'd never felt before. These two were hotter than fish grease! That damn Demetri so sexy! Hope to see these two in the next installment in this series.

I loved this story. For one it reminds you to never settle or stay in a situation just because it’s comfortable for you. Sometimes what we most desire whether for our career or our love interests literally lies on the other side of our comfort zone. As Marley moms says never apologize for doing what’s best for you or going for what you really want! I’ll definitely be reading the rest of the series!

I’m so glad Marley just didn’t settle. Her heart was not with Drexel. I’m glad that Marley & Drexel still remain friends. Her and Demetri had this connection that she just couldn’t fight. He had Heart, Mind , Body and Soul. Something she lacked with Drexel. Loved the ending.

That was so good
Their story was so good. Demetri was just so Alpha male hottness. I liked his take charge way. I was a little sad the way he and Marley cheated on Drexel. Drexel seemed too aloof for me. Was he a white guy? I could never get a clear view of his physical presence. Other than that little thingy, the story was nice.

I really have a love/hate relationship with novellas. However, I can soooo relate to Marley and Drexel’s story. How many times do we stay in our comfort zones. I can appreciate the real ness of this story. But baby, Demetri Demetri Demetri, is all I have to say. How about a follow up for their wedding?!

Now this one got me! Demetri is bae!!!!!! Marley had me so mad, you know you tripping! The exact same thing Kadee did!!!!! RUNNING SCARED!?! (Ugghhh) You can't run from love. They are so lucky men love the chase. Easy read full of spice with a side of anxiety 😁. A. Jones you delivered on this one!!!!!

It was good Marley came to grips on how she really felt about her relationship with Drexel. Demetri was hard to resist with his bold disposition when dealing with Simone. Nicely written storyline with good characters.

Exhilarating. Enjoyed Marley and Demetri's love brewing right in front of our eyes. I could feel her emotions through the words and enjoyed Demetri consuming her so much he forced her to put herself force. Lovely read.
