Descended from a race of wolfen shifters from another world
Danielle was an omega, born to alpha parents.

Because they were embarrassed, they’d produced an omega, they sent her away to boarding schools. Her parents have it all planned right down to the alpha they plan for her to marry and claim so none of their kind will know she was and omega and their offspring.

On her way to spend some time at her cousin’s cabin, Danielle gets lost in the mountain forest, frightened by the legendary werewolf monster reputed to roam there. About to go into heat, her scent has lured him to her. As she is fleeing, she falls and hits her head Azan rescues her and takes her back to his cabin.

For reason’s she can’t explain, she is not afraid of this alien werewolf shifter. She is in heat and need relief only he can give her by making love to her again and again.

And then he is gone…

DNF - quit at 25%
I just didn't like this. There's no real world building, it just dives right in, with no background, or knowledge about werewolves or aliens or what's going on other than her having a fight with her parents & the hiding that she's an Omega. Why is being an Omega bad? I have no clue. Didn't even learn the werewolves lost ability to shift until near the part where I quit (right before leaving him)... The wording was awkward for the most part, that I read. It just didn't flow well. It seemed to be too focused on the sex than the actual story & that sex isn't even steamy, just "get it done" type of thing. There's not a lot of explanations for things, they just are or just happen. Like apparently werewolves & aliens have a knot on there dick (that keeps him locked with her after ejaculating) because she was totally in the know about it, but it wasn't explained to the reader, which made no sense to me since I didn't know until his knot sets in place! Her estrus driving her to want sex with this alien without knowing him (or caring) just because he's male- as long as her symptoms from the estrus are relieved. I've never been a fan of stories that involve "estrus that forces sexual need for relief", cause I want a relationship to develop, not sex to relieve symptoms. Nothing really drew me into the actual story, since I was disgusted that it was all chemical reactions to her estrus -on both sides. How can I learn about the characters & decide I like them when they just screw like bunnies for the first 3 or 4 days they are in each other's presence. Then she leaves (apparently he wanted her to leave as well) when her estrus is done, and then has issues in town while trying to find her way. No thoughts that she could be pregnant either. So I quit, I just couldn't. I want a story to include romance, not be smut & just about the unwanted sexual need, & it wasn't even erotic. I didn't learn very much about the characters in that 25%, so I didn't form a "like" or a desire to continue to learn about them.

At my age (approaching 60), life is way to short & my time is to important to force myself to read a book I'm not enjoying, especially when there are so many other books out there waiting to be read.

💢Wow what an epic story. Yes, definitely a Must Read!

🔹️Danielle is a Omega, she is a disappointment to her parents, they were so embarrassed she was an Omega. She has done everything her parents wanted her to do so that they would be happy with her but they were never happy, she was a mistake they put her on a heat suppressor when she turn 13 so she wouldn’t go into her estrous cycle. Her parents went to far this time, Daniella took off plus quit taking the pill. Her estrous cycle came fast the pain was intense. She needs help.

🔹️Azan is from a planet called Rajunas, he stays in a little cabin in the woods, then he smelt her. Her Omega body was calling him and he tried to say no, he could take so much. What’s a Alien to do?

☄️ This review is my own opinion, this author is one that I love to read her books.

OMG!! This was such a great Sci-Fi story. Danielle is much stronger than she thinks she is as an omega. She was controlled by her parents all her life but she would not marry an Alpha who they chose for her but one that she didn't love. She met an alien shifter called Azan who helped her through her first estrous cycle. LOL. She fell in love and was heartbroken when she thought he left her. After some twists and turns, they get their happily ever after.

Good read

This was a good quick read. I loved how she had finally seem her parents for what they were and stood up to them. And I loved how she wanted As an more than Gideon until she learned the truth. I just think it's too bad that we won't get to read more about his friends from his home planet.

A well written paranormal story that kept me turning pages. This is omega, Danielle and Alien shifter Azan's story which I enjoyed reading. I received a copy of this book via StoryOrigin and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Wanted to like it more than i did

There were too many grammar errors and plot holes for me to like it much. I was excited about the story, but there was mixing up of people's names and holes in the plot, plus, the title really didn't make sense with the story.
