The journal itself is ahead of its time(2012), the opportunities and challenges of Myanmar in both regional and global context provided by the journal almost a decade ago, despite being quite too optimistic, are the similar challenges Myanmar, ASEAN and its member states, dialogue partners and the international community are facing and tackling nowadays.
