The Runner.Celeste Teale is a budding international Biathlon star. Born to an English Father and an American mother she has been trained all her young life in a multiplicity of sporting skills. Running, skiing, shooting and Martial Arts. The success of her activities attract the attention of the profiling wing of the CIA who are currently seeking female agents with potentially lethal skills. She is co-opted by an established CIA agent while holidaying with a girl-friend in Key West. After a very brief period, Celeste falls for her mentor Harry in a big way, but it all un-ravels when she discovers that Harry is a rogue player.

A compelling read. Flows easily along and I became immersed. Highly recommend. Good twist to story.
