A Woman's Guide to Conscious Love: Navigating the Play of Feminine and Masculine Energy in Your Relationship
Definitely a great read, loved this book, will need to reread and do the routines, I am starting to write them down so I can go through each and everyone of them, especially to help my relationship flourish more than they are… While it’s written for women, I think many men can benefit from this book. Definitely recommend this book!!
It’s a good read but mainly general points. I didn’t read it with intensity. I feel like it’s a good side tool to have when you don’t exactly know how to channel your feminine or masculine energy because the author provides exercises. There is a lack with respect to communication teachings and I was looking for a book mainly on communicating through feminine and masculine energies.
This started out questionable at best. And the references to law of attraction and accessing the universe were really not my jam. However, the chapters about feminine and masculine energy and how to balance the two and what they look like when they are out of sync were very interesting to me. I was hoping for a more scientific approach, as opposed to a spiritual focus, but I appreciate the perspective even if I don't agree with all of the practices.
