I am really astonished that how this book is underestimated. It is one of the best books out there to be read on mythology.
Definitely, do not think of them as a replacement to the actual texts but as an explanation to what is existing.
The clarity of presentation is the first thing which I admire about the author, and also the illustrations.
Reading these sacred texts and understanding them with several aspects and then representing them to the readers! Not easy at all.
The book holds very lucid narration, clear content, and a vision. The purpose of the book is very clear from the moment you start reading about it.
This book is divided into two parts.
One segment contains information about Gita and another one about the Hanuman Chalisa.
Though both these names appear to be very common to the reader or any mythology fan. The explanation and reflection provided in this book are thrilling.
It is wonderful how things are related to a wide spectrum of different elements.
I love the acceptance in the book which has its purpose, it is not being something, not trying to be a retelling or else.
It is one of it's kind, trying to present a clear look to what you might already know or if not then also providing clarity over different subjects.
It is a very important book, somewhere working for spreading awareness among readers about the TRUTH.
I don't know what is about those elements which some hate about the author and his writing but neither it is in a way that I want to give my time to their hate, I just want to understand the reason.
For m this book is current replacement of the nonfiction book which I was carrying for a long time.
Whether or not you should buy it?
it totally depends on your choice and need, if you are not interested to listen to what it haves to say and unwilling to accept what it says then reading it might go in vain.
It is not a book which you read and say "okay that's fine now I am done" it is similar to any non-fiction or fiction which you read, again and again, to find something different every time you read, to find something new.
Beautifully composed and narrated this book contains several insights over the most popular and heard texts.
